희망평형에 따른 아파트 단위주거 계획요소에 관한 거주자의 태도 (Residential Preference for Planning Components in High-Rise Condominium)

  • The study focused on residents' preference for planning components according to preferred size of high-rise condominiums. After being examined not only a brief chronological review of spatial composition and planning components in high-rise condominiums but also residents' attitudes toward and preference for current planning components, this research developed a wide range of planning components included in the questionnaire. The main survey was designed to find out the needs of residents for planning components in relation to high-rise condominiums. Descriptive and factor analysis were utilized to find out the residents' different preference for planning components. The findings of this study showed that residents were very aware of healthy housing, environmental friendly housing and digitally equipped housing, and their preference was different according to preferred size of condominium housing. In other words, residents preferring condominium housing with 99m$^2$ or smaller considered features of safety and healthy housing as important, those with between 102.3m$^2$ to 115.5m$^2$ recognized experiential space, and those with 118.8m$^2$ or larger regarded features of housing management and storage as important. It is suggested that the needs and wants of residents for housing have been various to be customized.

산지훼손 유형에 따른 경관 선호의 변화 (The Visual Preference for Damaged Mountainous Landscape)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the criteria for the damaged mountainous landscape based on the shape, location and ratio of damaged landscape. For the study, the preference and landscape adjectives were analyzed on visual images and simulations. The variables for analysis were the amount of the damaged ratio(10%, 30%, 50%), the location of the damage (upper, middle, lower) and the various forms of the damage(spot, line, area). According to the results of this study, in accordance with the amount of damage, the visual preference recorded its lowest with the a rate of 50%. As for the location of the damage, the lower-ridge of the mountain showed the highest preference, and the upper-ridge was recorded as the lowest. The linear damage type showed the highest preference. On the other hand, the spotted damage type showed lowest. The results indicate that the visual preference increases when there is a lower ratio of damage, as the damage locates at the lower-ridge, and also when there is a presence of linear formation development. The group of linear formation-the lower ridge-10% showed the highest preference, and the group of linear formation-the mid ridge-50% was the lowest with the results of 3-way ANOVA. The group of linear formation-lower ridge-10% in particular had virtually no differences of visual preference when it was compared with the original scene. The damage with the spotted formation, on the mid-upper location and the high ratio of damage were analyzed as factors that give negative influence on the mountainous landscape. The main features of mountainous landscape were reduced into two factors, 'total estimation' and 'spatial scale' by the factor analysis with total variance of 65.96%.

  • Power distribution system planning for maximum customer satisfaction and system efficiency requires accurate forecast of future demand in service area. Spatial load forecasting method provides a more accurate estimation of both magnitudes and location of future electrical load. This method considers the causes of load growth due to addition of customers and per capita consumption among customers by land use (residential, commercial and industrial). So the land-use study and it's preference for small area is quite important. This paper proposes land-use preference estimation method based on fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic is applied to computing preference scores for each land-use and by these scores the customer growth is allocated in service area. An simulation example is used to illustrate the proposed method.

한국전통정원에 대한 경관선호에 관한 비교 문화적 연구 (A Cross-cultural Comparisons for Landscape Preference on Korean Traditional Garden)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate cross-cultural comparison of landscape preferences among Korean, Japanese and Western groups, and to get some clues to be used in judging this cultural influence. Moreover this study suggested fundamental data for design theory of modern landscape architecture. The results were as follows ; Natural factors including vegetation, water and rock, structural factors and spatial factors could be significant variables on Korean traditional landscape. The mean preference scores for both landscape element and landscape space were significantly different(p(0.01, p(0.05) with the Korean most perferred, the Western in the middle, and Japanese least. There were both differences and similarities in landscape preference among Korean, Japanese and Western groups.

오대산 국립공원 경관의 이미지 및 시각선호성 평가 (The Assessment of Visual Preference and Landscape Image in Odaesan National Park)

  • 오대산 국립공원의 삼림경관, 삼림 시설물 경관, 집단시설지구 경관, 사찰경관을 대상으로 물리적 환경이 지닌 환경적 질을 계량적 접근방법으로 분석하여 합리적인 이용개발 및 보전관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 심리량 분석을 취해 S.D.Scale을 측정하고 인자분석 알고리즘을 통하여 물리적 환경의 공간 이미지 구조를 밝혔으묘, 시각적 선호도를 측정하여 결정인자를 추출하였으며 각 인자 상호간의 중요성을 규명하였다. 오대산 국립공원의 공간 이미지를 함축하는 변인은 종합평가적 차원, 공간적 차원, 자연성 차원 및 물리적 차원, 호감성 차원 등 5개 인자군으로 분석되었으며 종합평가적 차워, 공간적 차원 및 호감성 차원의 인자가 공간 이미지를 대표하는 인자군으로 나타났다. 시각적 선호도를 결정짓는 주요 설명변수는 계곡물의 깨끗함과 상쾌함, 지형지세의 특이성, 등산로 설치의 자연스러움 및 사찰건물 외관과 주변 인공식생과의 어울림 등이 시각적 선호도 결정의 주요변수로 작용하고 있었다.

차폐유형과 차폐도를 달리한 패럴랙스(Parallax) 공간의 시각 선호도 (An Analysis of the Visual Preference on Parallax Space by Blockage Pattern and Ratio)

  • The purpose of this study is to create a planting design for progressive realization. For this, visual preferences as measured via questionnaire were evaluated by the Scenic Beauty Estimation(SBE) and paired comparison methods. The results can be summarized as follows. Through photo observation, the average visual blockage ratio was 38% and the range of degree of the visual blockage ratio was $30{\sim}50%$. The sketch simulation and filtered pattern received the highest preference score and fumed out to be the most practical pattern out of all the patterns evaluated. Also, in the sketch simulation, the high preference values were observed for a distance of 9 to 12m from the view point to the blockage tree with a D/H ratio of 2. The preference score significantly decreased with the increase of the visual blockage ratio having a turning point at $30{\sim}35%$ of the visual blockage ratio, even though the distance parameters were more important than the visual blockage ratio in the scores. An outstanding view must be handled properly to be preserved or accentuated. Framed, open, enclosed, screened or filtered pattern views should be completely revealed only from their best vantage point, not given away at first glimpse. It this sense, parallax spatial beauty with trees could be improved through the visual aspects of plan arrangements and seems to be an effective design technique for landscape planning and planting design.

패션 판매공간의 VMD 구성요인이 브랜드 선호도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 국내 글로벌 SPA브랜드 중심으로 - (The Influences on Consumers' Brand Preference and Repurchase Intention Through Strategic Visual Merchandising of Fashion Retail Store - Focusing on Global SPA Brands in Korea -)

  • Due to prolonged recession and limited spending of the consumers, domestic fashion brands are putting their efforts in pursuing competitiveness in order to survive in an intense competition, and because of this reason, VMD is being considered significant as a strategy for store environment improvement. An empirical research regarding analysis for systematic strategic VMD configuration factors of fashion retail store and relationship of repurchase intention that have effects on increase in sales was conducted. Thus, this study considers importance and spatial interrelation of VMD configuration factors of fashion retail store through theoretical consideration, and based on this, VMD configuration factors were restructured into reconcilability, attractiveness and epidemicity. An empirical validation through theoretical hypotheses and survey for relationships among VMD configuration factors, brand preference and repurchase intention was conducted. As a result of path analysis, VMD configuration factors reconcilability, attractiveness and epidemicity have effects on repurchase intention, and it was analyzed that epidemicity has the biggest effect on consumers. Also, it was found that brand preference has effects on repurchase intention and through this, as favorability and customer satisfaction for brand has effects on repurchase intention, it is judged that creating a strong brand image and brand image building is important the most for improving brand preference.

출발지 공간 연관성을 고려한 지역별 수단선택확률 추정 연구 (Estimating Probability of Mode Choice at Regional Level by Considering Spatial Association of Departure Place)

  • 일반적으로 교통수단선택 모형은 이용자의 인구 및 개인통행특성 등을 반영한 수단별 선호도를 효용함수로 구축하여 분석하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이용자의 출발지에 대한 공간적 연관성을 수단선택모형에 고려한 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 공간적 연관성을 포함하는 공간로지스틱 회귀모형을 고려하였다. 신뢰성있는 추정값을 얻기 위해 베이지안 기법을 적용하였으며 이 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 수단선호도 조사가 이루어지지 않은 지역에 대해서도 수단분담률을 추정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study is one of studies on the analysis of vegetation spatial image and visual preference of roadside slopes in Chi-Ri Mt. national park. In this article, we analized the soil characteristics and the actual vegetation within slopes and forest lands contiguous to those. The results obtained were summarized as follows; The physical and chemical properties of soil in forest lands were better than slopes and Cheoneun temple - Seongsam pass was the best fertilized among 3 sector. In the structure of woody plants in forest lands, the high importance value species were Pinus denciflora, Quercus aliena within Ukmojeong-Deokdong sector, Q. aliena, Q. varabilis, Q. serrata within Banseon-Seongsam pass sector, and P. denciflora, Q. dentata within Cheoneun temple-Seongsam pass sector. And also, Aster scaber, Arundinella hirta, Pteridium aquilinum were the high importance value herbs within all sector. In slopes, the species diversity indices of woody plants were low, but that of herbs showed slightly high. By the cluster analysis used in similarity index, it was observed that woody plants structure between slopes and forest lands made little, but the herbs made slightly higher than woody plants.

觀光資源에 대한 地리的 硏究動向 (Geographical research trends on tourism resources)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리학 분야에 있어서의 관광자원에 대한 연구동향을 검토함으로써 관광자원 연구의 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 하였다. 관광자원에 대한 지리적 접근은 크게 3 가지 주제로 범주화 할 수 있다. 첫째, 관광자원의 유형화와 공간적 분포에 관한 연구로 내 용상 관광자원의 개념과 범위, 기준설정을 토대로 한 관광자원 자체의 유형화와 그 지역적 분프특성에 근거한 공간적 유형화로 구분되어 발전하였다. 둘째, 관광현상을 유발시키고 관 광목적지를 결정하는 배경으로서 관광자원에 대한 인지 및 선호, 해석에 대한 행태론적 연 구이다. 셋째, 최근에 활발한 연구를 보이고 있는 관광자원의 개발에 따른 경제적 편익분석 및 문화적, 교육적, 환경적, 심리적 영향과 효과에 대한 연구동향을 들 수 있다. 종함검토 결 과 관광자원에 대한 지리적 연구는 그 공간적, 내용적 범위가 세분화, 전문화되고 있으며, 연구주제와 방법면에서도 구체적인 자료와 계량적, 분석적 틀을 기초한 실증적인 연구로 발 전해 가고 있다.
