For the improvement of the cultural rural village(new rural village project), it is very important to find the various planning alternatives. The purpose of this study is to suggest the ideas which are able to be applied to the rural site planning. The YoungMoon project site located in Kyunggi province was selected case study, The followings are suggestions developed in the process of preparing an alternative plan for the case study. 1) The preparing of the rural site plan is the organizing process of the planning ideas responsive to the condition of both a project site and the project directions. 2) In developing the schematic plan, it is very useful to introduce the cluster madang (small public open space) including 25 houses as a basic planning unit. 3) In comparison with the project plan, the alternative plan presented by this study has advantages of amenity and public space of the residential environment of the new rural village. It is properly said that we have to more and more discuss the best solution to take in planning the rural site, and this efforts contribute the improvement of the quality of the new village project.

This study is to improve the quantitative estimation index of biotop area ratio, which is an environmental planning index and environmental ecological planning technique, as a planning means that can induce the improvement of ecological soundness in the spatial planning stage. It is intended to identify the relative importance of space types and calculation indicators currently in operation, and to find alternatives through opinion analysis on improvement of space types and weights. As the method of this study, AHP analysis was performed to evaluate the relative importance of spatial types for in-depth analysis of spatial types and calculation indicators. In order to secure the reliability and objectivity of the study, 50 experts participated. Through this study, it can be linked with the improvement of technologies and construction methods, maintenance efficiency, economic feasibility, and construction technology, which are developed through analysis on the limitations and improvements by type of biotop area ratio. And it is expected to contribute to the improvement of the urban environment and vitalization of the biotop area ratio through the application of the biotop area ratio.

The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.

The purpose of this study is to know how to improve environment of multi-bed room by investigating and analysing factors influencing to patients. 1 measured stress and satisfaction degrees about patient room for 4ㆍ5ㆍ6ㆍ7 men of domestic general hospital wards. The results of research show that patients of 4 bed room appeared the fewest stress and highest satisfaction degree among patients of other room styles. The patients positioned between two beds can give us more stress and fewer satisfaction than others. These results have proven that 4 bed room patients are offering comfortable environment than any other room types as a healing environment. When patient room area are more than 7.3$M^2$ per 1 person, bed interval space is more than 120cm, there is curtain between bed, transit space such as a toilet were established in patient room, patients' satisfaction appeared high.

Modern society has achieved rapid growth in economy and materials whereas it caused such problems as municipal extension and high density of population, Due to rapid change of social environment, it became more complicated and multifarious than ever it before. Helping the people all kinds of routine affairs police box is giving a negative image to the citizens, for its environment doesn't have got rid of its old fashion . It's being an unharmonious factor to its surroundings, a solution is needed. So, this study is focused on recognizing the change of value system with the flow of time, planning a new image of police box for the change and in consequence recovering the trustworthy between people and the nation. For this , by grasping the characteristics of each space and through space-dividing and design corresponding to it, the plan is provided to make a pleasant interior environment of police box and to make it a symbol of local society. As a result of this study, we will have the police box not only as an office providing the locals with security and service but also as eyes of the country which watches the municipal environment.

Smart home in the 4th industrial revolution environment is where all devices in the home are connected to each other to provide the optimal living environment desired by the user. Artificial intelligence speakers are being used as a way to manage and control all devices used in this environment. The function of an artificial intelligence speaker ranges from simple music playback to serving as an interface that controls and manages all devices in a smart home space. In this study, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers based on the current status of domestic and overseas markets and the survey contents of two organizations (Korea Consumer Agency and Korea Information and Communication Policy Institute (KISDI)). In addition, we investigated and analyzed the usability of artificial intelligence speakers. Based on the results of responses from users from two related organizations, major problems were derived, and major improvement measures, such as discovering new functions and improving voice recognition performance, were also described.

In this paper, the new technique combining beamforming with space-time coding is proposed for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) system with multi-input multi-output(MIMO). When MIMO-OFDM system is employing Nt(the number of transmitterantenna) beamfomers and one S-T decoder at Nr receiver antennas, Nt signals removed CCI are outputted at the beamformer and then diversity gain can be got through space-time decoding. As the proposed technique can reduce cochannel interference and get diversity gain in the multi-user environment, the performance of MIMO-OFDM system is very improved. BER performance improvement and convergence behavior of the proposed approach are investigated through computer simulation by applying it to MIMO-OFDM system in the multi-user environment.

It is a trend to pursue the reinforcement of child-centered, play-oriented ecological education programs that support children's development. Most of these nature friendly and eco education is done in the outdoor space. So outdoor activities in child care facilities are essential. The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the outdoor space for ecological child education in the child care center. Therefore, in order to provide the basic data for the direction of the improvement and to grasp the current situation and problems, the survey and analysis of the external space composition and utilization status in the child care facilities for nature-friendly ecological child care education has been done. As a result, the half of the cases did not reserve even the minimum size of outdoor space and fall short of the standards of outdoor space quality as accessibility, complexity, articulation and nature friendliness for ecological education. Therefore, in order to establish an ecological education environment, it is necessary to build facilities in natural green or suburban areas. In addition, they need to use the natural environment such as parks, open spaces, and forests.

This study obtains design assessment indexes that should be considered in order to improvements of the public space was to analysis the importance in the public officials/academics and practitioners side. Obtained assessment topics in accordance with characteristic of public space through previous research to them and after a detailed selection indicators was so lead through the FGI. Derived surface was subjected to the significance analysis AHP through the survey expert. For this study, the importance of the public space are working professionals usability, publicness, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality the order, public officials/academics usability, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality, publicness the order. In addition, professionals working in the comprehensive analysis of the most important priority was to recognize safety, public officials/academics of the most important element appeared to have cleanliness. The results obtained in this study will be used as an index that can be used in planning and evaluation for consideration of the next improvement of public space.

Korea has kept its records of astronomical phenomena since around 2,000 years ago. However, the contents and scope of relevant service have been limited for researchers who need those records due to lack of complete data collection. In this regard, it is necessary to establish efficient collection and management systems of Korean astronomical records by utilizing an environment that is easily accessible. This study is intended to complete the development of a testbed system that allows researchers to systematically input and validate, in a Web environment, multiple astronomical records among the historical documents until Modern Joseon after the Three Kingdoms Period. Recognition of the pre-translated data and tables in advance is followed by its storage in the database built on the Web. Then, data validation is implemented by providing a retrieval service according to a specific form to only a finite number of researchers who have access authority. This study is targeted at a testbed system that takes around three months to be completely developed. The completed testbed system is expected to allow internal and external researchers of an organization to easily access the service on the Web. This will ensure that the accuracy of the data can be verified mutually and help identify areas of service improvement. The opinions collected regarding service improvement will be reflected in the future system. Eventually, domestic astronomical records will subsequently be able to be utilized internationally through the multilingual service.
