The purpose of the study was to identify the standards of quality management in contract foodservice companies. The subject companies were selected by convenient sampling and surveyed for their standards. The questionnaire consisted of 7 categories: managements of food procurement, menu, production, personnel, equipment, information system, and solid waste. As a result of the study, 60% of the respondents appeared to use standard recipes, 51.5% of them spent 21-30% of the total cost as a labor cost, and 70% were reluctant to answer the food cost. The half of the respondents had job description and specification, 74.76% had training manuals on foodservice and computer software program, and 80.6% had a training program for solid waste management.

최근 가장 대표적인 객체지향 언어로 사용되는 Java는 일반적인 애플리케이션뿐만 아니라 인터넷/인트라넷 기반 프로그램 개발, 나아가 컴포넌트 기반 개발에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 개발 언어로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 개발된 프로그램의 재사용 및 유지보수 관점에서 프로그램 품잘평가는 보다 중요한 쟁점이 되고 있으므로 기존의 Java 애플리케이션을 포함하여 현재 개발된 프로그램의 품질평가에 필요한 메트릭 측정이 필요하다. 하지만, 이미 제안된 객체지향 소프트에어 메트릭이 현재의 Java 프로그램의 특성에 적합한지에 대한 타당성 검증이 필요하므로 본 논문에서는 기존의 객체지향 메트릭이 Java 프로그램에 적합한지 여부를 결정하기 위해 필요한 메트릭 측정 시스템을 구축하여 Java 프로그램에 적합한 메트릭 제안을 지원하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 Briand가 기존의 객체지향 소프트웨어 메트릭을 수학적으로 정형화시켜 분류한 메트릭을 Java 프로그램에 적용시켜 제안된 메트릭이 프로그램에 타당성 있는지 검증함으써 명확한 품질평가도구 개발을 지원하고자 한다. 본 시스템을 통해 Java 소스 프로그램으로부터 정량적 정보를 보다 빠르고 정확하게 산출함으로써 기존의 객체지향 메트릭에 대한 검증을 비교 및 분석 수행할 수 있으며, 타당성 문제가 있다면 새로운 메트릭의 제안 및 보완을 고려함으로써 Java 프로그램에 적합한 메트릭 확립을 가능하게 할 것이다.

웹방화벽이 정보유출방지 등의 웹 보안 기능을 효과적으로 제공하여 웹 애플리케이션 보안이라는 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 웹사이트 보안 강화와 안전한 서비스 제공이라는 목표를 달성할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 관련된 표준을 근간으로 웹방화벽시스템의 보안성 평가를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹방화벽시스템의 기반 기술과 웹방화벽의 보안성 품질에 관한 요구사항을 분석하고 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 국제표준과 정보보안 관련 제품의 평가에 관련된 표준을 근간으로 보안성 품질을 평가하는 기준을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 웹방화벽시스템의 보안성 품질수준을 확인하고 품질향상을 제고할 수 있는 기준의 확보를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 연구과제로 지속적으로 변화하고 있는 국제표준에 따라 평가기준을 지속적으로 업그레이드할 필요가 있다.

극한 프로그래밍은 빠르게 변화되는 사업 환경에 기민하게 대응하는 애자일 소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중에서 가장 대표적인 방법론이다. 소프트웨어 산업이 성숙됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질 요소 중 사용성이 점차 강조되고 있으나, 극한 프로그래밍에서의 사용성을 확보하기 위한 노력이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 극한 프로그래밍에 부족한 3가지 사항을 보강한다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자의 역할을 정의 및 제시하구 사용성 평가 방법 도입 방안 제시하고, 개발 프로세스 및 산출물을 제안한다. 제안 방안의 타당성 분석을 위해 4가지 방법을 사용하였다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 지원 여부 분석, 둘째, CMM 핵심 프로세스 영역 만족도 분석, 셋째, CMM 규정 실무 만족도 향상 분석, 넷째, 녹차 쇼핑들을 개발하는 사례를 분석하였다. 녹차 쇼핑몰은 사용성 평가 방법의 도입으로 예측된 실행시간이 23％, 학습용이성이 21％ 향상되었다. 또한, 휴리스틱 평가 점수가 18글 설문지 평가 점수는 16％ 향상되었다.

Many studies in the software reliability have attempted to develop a model for predicting the faults of a software module because the application of good prediction models provides the optimal resource allocation during the development period. In this paper, we consider the change request data collected from the field test of the software module that incorporate a functional relation between the faults and some software metrics. To this end, we discuss the general aspect if regression method, the problem of multicollinearity and the measures of model evaluation. We consider four possible regression models including two stepwise regression models and two nonlinear models. Four developed models are evaluated with respect to the predictive quality.

The purpose of this study is to allow all of the instructors including field instructors to understand relation between school education and computer, generalize and analyze basic data required to acquire basic knowledge to help utilizing the computer for education and seek for understanding. This study intented to present a method to activate computer education focused on utilization education at the elementary education stage. Accordingly, those computer educations on middle/high schools and universities and through social educations have been excluded from the object of the study. In order to conduct fruitful computer education, several supporting systems should be equipped completely such as teachers, facilities, software, etc. Especially, practical experience of using computer is the most important element in the computer education, every school should be equipped with computers to prepare for its generalization. Roles of the teachers have also very important influence on it. Research and development of education software require expert knowledge and enormous time and effort and the developed software should be followed by the systematic evaluation on its quality.

Authors have developed the method of selecting the efficient variant of designing a systems or products from a some number of competition variants in the conditions of vagueness of the initial information. Registration of information vagueness degree concerning the quantity index values is carried out of the expense of giving to the expert the possibility of using different methods of index evaluation numerical evaluations with physical scale; phrases of limited language; and points evaluation. Using of this method and software is important for marketing research, for systems of quality control of products.

Software reliability has the greatest impact on computer system reliability and software quality. For this software reliability analysis, In this study, we compare and analyze the trends of the properties affecting the reliability according to the shape parameters of Erlang distribution based on the finite fault NHPP. Software failure time data were used to analyze software failure phenomena, the maximum likelihood estimation method was used for parameter estimation. As a result, it can be seen that the intensity function is effective because it shows a tendency to decrease with time when the shape parameters a = 1 and a = 3. However, the pattern of the mean value function showed an underestimation pattern for the true values when the shape parameters a = 1 and a = 2, but it was found to be more efficient when a = 3 because the error width from the true value was small. Also, in the reliability evaluation of the future mission time, the stable and high trend was shown when the shape parameters a = 1 and a = 3, but on the contrary, when a = 2, the reliability decreased with the failure time. Through this study, the property of finite fault NHPP Erlang model according to the change of shape parameter without existing research case was newly analyzed, and new research information that software developers can use as basic guideline was presented.

This thesis is to research for analysis of ISO 9000 Quality Management System application status of small & medium-sized Industrial Companies. For this research, 10 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard were selected. By using an evaluation method and a software for analysis of application, this thesis compared, analyzed and evaluated the application status before and after certificate of ISO 9000, and identified the performance and difficulty of QMS application, and then proposed improvement methodology for ISO 9000 effective application.

A computer method is developed for group technology layout and its simulation analysis. The method is composed of three phases: Phase I sorts the parts by its similar production routes and forms part families. Phase II plots the layout by machine cell and evaluates the group layout alternatives by the total process time analysis and the part travel distance evaluation analysis. Phase III also evaluates the alternatives by simulation analysis using SIMAN simulation software. All the computer programs are developed with BASIC except SIMAN simulation.
