  • Predictive IoT Sensor Algorithm is a technique of data science that helps computers learn from existing data to predict future behaviors, outcomes, and trends. This algorithm is a cloud predictive analytics service that makes it possible to quickly create and deploy predictive models as analytics solutions. Sensors and computers collect and analyze data. Using the time series prediction algorithm helps to predict future temperature. The application of this IoT in industrial environments like power plants and factories will allow organizations to process much larger data sets much faster and precisely. This rich source of sensor data can be networked, gathered and analyzed by super smart software which will help to detect problems, work more productively. Using predictive IoT technology - sensors and real-time monitoring - can help organizations exactly where and when equipment needs to be adjusted, replaced or how to act in a given situation.

  • As a continuing effort to develop an automatic control system for small telescope, we developed the software for telescope control and CCD observations under DOS operating system. For accurate pointing of the telescope in short amount of time, we modelled the angular speed of the telescope by aquadratic function of time (constant acceleration) for the first 15 second and then linear function of time (zero acceleration) aftwewards. By changing the telescope speed from 'slew' to 'fine' before the telescope reaches the desired position, we could achieve the accuracy of a few arcsecond. The CCD control software was written for model CCD-10 of CCD Technology. This CCD can be used for guiding purposes. We also conducted the study for remote control of the telescope using telephone line. Although it cannot be used for real observations at the present form, we succeded in remotely pointing the telescope to desired direction. As faster communication technologies become widely available, simple observations can be made remotely in the near future. Finally we report some observational results made with the present control system.

  • In this study, it has been refering that disposal of rapidly international information society and artificial intelligence neural networks of the vanguard software technology. This paper is human brain cell structure modeling in order to neural networks realization for order language and computer embodiment of parallel processing. And it is shown that the usage extreme of time saving and correct judgement for business services, Overviews some of the currently popular neural networks architectures, and describes the current state of the neural networks technology.

  • The objective of this study is to develope an effectiveness measurement technique for U-shaped JIT production line by computer simulation. A small and medium sized automobile brake master cylinder manufacturing plant is studied for productivity improvement The production line is analysed and improved by applying Low Cost Automation, special jigs and fixtures, and facilities layout changes. An experimental simulation model is built using SIMAN(SIMulation ANalysis) simulation software for the production system analysis.

  • The performance analysis of an electronic equipment test is very complicate due to the variety o vehicles. In this study, automatic design system for the electronic equipment test has been carried out using the standard load patterns. For the test, standard signal patterns for each item are modeled. The test items can be decided by the user by means of these patterns. Also, engineering software modules are developed and proved to be very efficient for analyzing the test results statistically. Experiments are performed for the test system in the vehicle assembly line. By analyzing the test results, it is found that bad samples can be detected without failure. Also, the engineering software modules provide an analytical tool for the automation of the test process.

  • The demand for automatic manufacturing systems is increasing. One of the crucial obstacles to the Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) is the lack of excellent strategies for efficient operations. The aim of this research is constructing an automaton scheme in the low level of factories where various machineries are involved. An operating strategy is established for an automation unit named as a cell which resides between the upper level computers and manufacturing shop floor. The cell is defined to fit into the total manufacturing system. The defined cell has more functions than conventional cells. A scheduling scheme is adopted for the shop floor operations. A set of software has been developed and tested through simulations and shop floor experiments.

  • There is a great deal of effort to improve Computational Thinking in education. In this paper, we define the relationship between SW capability and Computational Thinking, and then examine the current status of pre-service teacher's computing thinking. For this purpose, a survey about the attitude toward SW education and computing thinking was administered to prospective teachers who learned Entry software for one semester. The results of the survey showed that the improvement of abstraction, data analysis, and automation among the pre-service teacher's computing thinking is needed. When educating preliminary teachers, we can see that we need an education method that can increase the analysis and design capability beyond the Entry Software development tool.

  • Fieldbus is a low level serial digital network which will be used for factory automation. This paper describes lower layer implementation of a Fieldbus network interface. Physical layer provides hardware interface between IBM-PC and Fieldbus. Also, physical layer uses manchester coding, shielded twisted pair lines and RS-485 electrical standard. Data link layer includes Intel's iDCX96 real time executive for 8797 one chip microcontroller and Fieldbus data link protocol software.
