The fire department has one of the most important role as public resources of response to disasters in the aspect of supply and the adequate distribution of resources of response is essential, but the distribution of the response capability to disaster of fire department does not reflect the regional hazard vulnerability and hazard risks. Researchers performed database process with simple mapping based on the regional fire disaster response capability and the regional hazard vulnerability and hazard risks. The cities and towns are divided to four types each, total eight types and relative threat ratios are extracted from every type. The fire disaster response capability was extracted from number of firemen and fire vehicles in defined region. The distribution of the fire disaster response capability was inadequate and not matching to relative threat especially in small cities and some types of towns. The regional relative threat and resources should be analyzed by more delicate mapping and software development in the future.

This paper presents an algorithm that can calculate the evaluation index of power system from the transfer capability point of view. The algorithm adopts a successive linear programming skill to solve an optimal solution. Two indices which are transfer margin index and economic matching index have been developed. Prior to calculating these indices, Maximum Load supplying Capability(MLSC) and Economic Load Supplying Capability(ELSC) are utilized as basic data. For man-machine interface, graphical user interface has been implemented so that an unified software package PSTCP(Power System Transfer Capability Program) has been developed. KEPCO systems planned up to 2006 year have been tested to show effectiveness and usefulness of the PSTCP for power system planning stages.

Purpose: Since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all the hospitality industry has experienced a decrease in the distribution of room occupancy. Therefore, this study aims to examine how to improve the performance of 5-star hotels in Bali by involving market orientation, revenue management orientation, competitive advantage, dynamic capability, and pricing capability. Research design, data and methodology: This study involved 127 managers in 62 five-star hotels in Bali. Analysis of this study using structural equation modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Results: This study reveals that the performance of five-star hotels in Bali is influenced by factors such as market orientation, revenue management orientation, competitive advantage, dynamic capability, and pricing capability. In addition, revenue management orientation, competitive advantage, and dynamic capability have been shown to mediate the effect of market orientation on the performance of five-star hotels in Bali. Finally, pricing capability has been proven to have not been able to increase the revenue and performance of five-star hotels in Bali. Conclusions: Hotel performance is largely determined by several important factors which include market orientation, revenue management orientation, competitive advantage, dynamic capability, and pricing capability. This study provides important implications for hospitality practitioners to improve the distribution of hotel performance.

The importance of innovative capability, the driving force behind innovation as a company's intangible resources, is increasing. In general, companies with high innovation capability are more likely to be successful in innovation, which can be expected to have a positive impact on corporate performance. The innovation capacity of SMEs considered in this study is R&D capability and manufacturing capability. The reason for this is that not only the continuous efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs are focused on stabilizing manufacturing capability, but also considering the situation in which governmental support for SMEs' R&D capability has been actively developed. This study examines whether R&D capability and manufacturing capability have a significant influence on corporate performance and securing competitive advantage, and analyzes whether competitive advantage acts as a mediator between innovation capability and corporate performance through regression analysis. SPSS 23.0 software was used for the empirical analysis of the data obtained through the survey. The research results are as follows. First, both R&D and manufacturing capabilities of SMEs were found to have a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Second, manufacturing capability had a significant effect on securing competitive advantage of SMEs, but R&D capability was not significant. Third, the competitive advantage of SMEs was found to play a mediating role between manufacturing capability and corporate performance.

In this study, we developed a software for statistical process control. This software presents $\bar{x}$, R, CUSUM, EWMA control chart and process capability index. In this system, statistical process control methods are integrated into the automated method on a real time base. It is available in process control of specified type and can be performed on personal computer with network system.

CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) has been recognized as a critical method to validate the competitiveness of software development organization since its introduction. CMMI imposes additional requirements on the software development organization which has been established and certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system. This paper reviews the similarities and differences between CMMI and ISO 9001. This paper also examines what ate required to deploy the CMMI on the aircraft software development organization which has been certified to ISO 9001. The results of this study will help software development organization to provide the direction for implementing CMMI. Some suggestions are presented to identify and strengthen the weak portion of the software process quality management system.

Effective management of a project is a crucial issue to software companies. There are various international standards, such as CMM, ISO9000, and SPICE, applied to project management. But, small scale companies have some difficulties in accepting those standards because of its complexity and enormous manpower requirements. This study proposes a project management approach streamlining the CMM by which a small scale software company can perform the tasks with ease. A prototype system has also been developed to show the capability of the proposed model.

This study aims to explore and understand the role of knowledge intensive service activities in the industrial innovation of Korea. It analyzes public and private service inputs to the innovation of manufacturers. The contribution of KISs to the innovation of both service suppliers and manufacturers was analyzed by using survey questionnaire. The results of the analysis revealed that the contribution of KISs to the innovation capability of manufacturers is significant. Large manufacturers that hold internal capability to supply KISs are also active in using external KISs. The manufacturing firms that utilized KISs intensively proved to be more innovative than those did not. Heavy KISs users also entertained benefits of capability enhancement as they improved monitoring and achieved efficient application of knowledge asset into product and process innovation. The role of public KISs in the innovation of manufacturers appeared to be indirect and done mainly through education and public R&D activities. Direct input, such as public software service, was not utilized as much in service suppliers themselves. The major reason is that public KISs may not be relevant to their actual needs. Manufacturers have implemented both tighter integration of familiar KISs and loosely coupled unfamiliar KISs.

This study presents a methodology that efficiently evaluates and interprets the end-user computing capability in a total perspective in a computing environment. The evaluation system has an evaluation tool, evaluation method and process, and an interpretation system. The validity and reliability of the developed tool construct was verified by factor and reliability analysis with the application of SPSS software. The application and utilization of the developed system was confirmed by applying it to evaluating the computing competency of 316 workers in an enterprise and presenting its evaluation results. This will contribute to developing a methodology for totally evaluating and interpreting the end-user computing capability and improving their computing capability in industrial fields.
