The Electrostatic Charge Prevention Technology is a core factor that highly influences the yield of Ultra High Resolution Flat Panel Display and high-integrated semiconductor manufacturing processes. The corona or x-ray ionizations are commonly used in order to eliminate static charges during manufacturing processes. To develop such a revolutionary x-ray ionizer that is free of x-ray radiation and has function to control the volume of ion formation simultaneously is a goal of this research and it absolutely overcomes the current risks of x-ray ionization. Under the International Commission on Radiological Protection, it must have a leakage radiation level that should be lower than a recommended level that is $1{\mu}Sv/hour$. In this research, the new generation of x-ray ionizer can easily control both the volume of ion formation and the leakage radiation level at the same time. In the research, the test constraints were set and the descriptions are as below; First, In order not to leak x-ray radiation while testing, the shielding box was fully installed around the test equipment area. Second, Implement the metallic Ring Electrode along a tube window and applied zero to ${\pm}8kV$ with respect to manage the positive and negative ions formation. Lastly, the ion duty ratio was able to be controlled in different test set-ups along with a free x-ray leakage through the metallic Ring Electrode. In the result of experiment, the maximum x-ray radiation leakage was $0.2{\mu}Sv/h$. These outcome is lower than the ICRP 103 recommended value, which is $1{\mu}Sv/h$. When applying voltage to the metallic ring electrode, the positive decay time was 2.18s at the distance of 300 mm and its slope was 0.272. In addition, the negative decay time was 2.1s at the distance of 300 mm and its slope was 0.262. At the distance of 200 mm, the positive decay time was 2.29s and its slope was 0.286. The negative decay time was 2.35s and its slope was 0.293. At the distance of 100 mm, the positive decay time was 2.71s and its slope was 0.338. The negative decay time was 3.07s and its slope was 0.383. According to these research, the observation was shown that these new concept of ionizer is able to minimize the leakage radiation level and to control the positive and negative ion duty ratio while ionization.
In this study, the relationship between in situ seismic wave velocities and RMR (rock mass rating) was investigated in a test bed for the examination of the basis of rock classification (RMR) based on seismic wave velocity. The seismic wave velocity showed a monotonous increase with depth. It was also found that there was no systematic correlation between the seismic wave velocity (Vp) and other parameters (RQD, joint spacing, UCS, rock core Vp, and RMR) collected at the same depth of the same borehole. However, correlative relation was observed among RMR, RQD, and joint spacing. On the other hand, when all the data in the borehole (three holes) are examined without considering the depth, Vp still shows no correlation with RMR parameters (e.g., correlative coefficient for uniaxial compressive strength and joint spacing are 0.039 and 0.091, respectively), but Vp shows weak correlative relation with RMR and RQD (correlative coefficient for RQD and RMR are 0.193 and 0.211, respectively). Thus, it is found that it is difficult to deduce physical properties of rock mass directly from seismic wave velocities, but the seismic wave velocity can be used as a tool to approximate rock mass properties because of weaker correlation between Vp and RMR with RQD. In addition, the velocity value of for soft and moderate rocks suggested by widely used construction standards is slower than that of the observed velocity, implying that the standards need to be examined and revised.
European style fermented sausages were made with normal pork, PSE and a 50 : 50 mixture, inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum 1-74 and Staphylococcus simulans MIII and ripened for 21 days following commercial manufacturing procedures. In all treatments, pH droped sharply between 0 and 3 days during ripening. PSE sausages showed the lowest pH and Aw at the end of ripening than other treatment groups. Protein solubility, hardness, cohesiveness and chewiness were significantly (P<0.05) low for PSE sausages. Springiness was the highest for normal sausages but the other two treatment were not different. PSE sausages had poor texture low redness value during the ripening. The added sugars apparently dropped the pH fast in PSE sausages. Total bacterial count and lactobacilli increased from 0 day to the third day of ripening. The number of Staphylococcus sp. decreased in normal sausages by the end of the ripening period. Fermented sausages with PSE meat could be produced if the mixture had lower (<50%) amounts of PSE meat. In addition, added sugar must be reduced to prevent lowering the pH to a level that will affect processing and quality attributes of fermented sausages.

The shield tunneling method can minimize surface settlements by preventing the deformation of tunnel face and tunnel intrados due to tunnel excavation. For this purpose, it is very important to control the operating conditions of shield TBM. The face pressure and backfill pressure for tail void grouting should be the most important and immediate measure not only to restrain surface settlement, but also to influence the effective stress and pore water pressure around the circumstance of tunnel during excavation. The reaction of the ground to the application of face pressure and backfill pressure relies on the stiffness and permeability of ground. Especially, the reaction of saturated clayey ground formations, which shows the time-dependent deformation, is different from the permeable ground. Hence, in this paper it was investigated how the TBM operating conditions, ground stiffness, and permeability impact on the surface settlement of saturated clayey ground. For this purpose, a series of parametric studies were carried out by means of the stress-pore water pressure coupled FE analysis. The results show that the settlement of soft clayey ground is divided into the immediate settlement and consolidation settlement. Especially, the consolidation settlement depends on the ground stiffness and permeability. In addition, the existence of critical face pressure and backfill pressure was identified. The face pressure and backfill pressure above the critical value may cause an unexpected increase in the ground settlement.
The abdominal tumors in children are different from those of adult. These tumors are the third most common one, preceded by leukemia and brain tumors, in children under 15 years. X-ray examination is the most important method among diagnostic approaches. The role of diagnostic imaging is to identify the precise anatomic location and extent of pathologic process with the minimal number of imaging procedures. 23 cases of abdominal tumors were reviewed in respect of age incidence, site of origin, radiologic findings. The results are briefly summarized as follows : 1. Neuroblastoma was the most common(6 cases) and wi1m's tumor(5 cases), choledocal cyst(4 cases), ovarian mass(3 cases), hydronephrosis(2 cases), were descending order in frequency. 2. The most common site was retroperitoneum(60%). Kidney was the single most common site of origin. 3. Radiologic findings. The most common findings of plain radiography was ill defined soft tissue mass and this method was helpful in the presence of calcification especially in neuroblastoma. Ultrasonographic pattern was anechoic(cystic), echoic or mixed pattern, but this method provide less precise anatomical details, nevertheless ultrasonography wes paticullary useful imaging modality for the pediatric abdominal tumors. IVP findings were renal displacement, caliceopelvic system distortion or nonvisualization of kidney, these information was helpful in determining the location of tumors. CT scan showed homogenous or inhomogenous, cystic or solid, mass with their anatomic location. 4. Ultrasonography was the most widely used specific diagnostic method, but had limited value in detecting the anatomic location of tumors. CT scan was superior to ultrasound for determining the extent of tumors.
Purpose: This study aims to observe bleaching resulted from multipurpose contact lens solutions used to manage lenses with the subjects of colored contact lenses being distributed in Korea. Methods: The lenses have been worn for six months, and their refraction is 0.00D. Three types of colored contact lenses of which margin has been colored with a different manufacturing method have been adopted (type 1: pigment application method, type 2: chemical bonding process, type 3: sandwich method), and multipurpose solutions used were two types containing different components. Each of the colored contact lenses was stored in the multipurpose solutions for 20 days and went through vortexing for 15 seconds per day. Their fluorescence absorbance, surface roughness, brightness index, and color coordinate index were measured before and after the vortexing to see the degree of bleaching. Results: In the two types of multipurpose solutions, every type of the color contact lenses showed no statistically significant difference in their fluorescence absorbance value before and after the vortexing. Regarding surface image, the front surface of the lenses was smooth in every type, and about the back surface, type 3 indicated less protrusion than type 1 and 2. About the difference of color on the lens surface before and after the vortexing, type 3 showed significantly less difference than type 1 and 2; however, all fell into the permissible error. Conclusions: About the bleaching of colored contact lenses resulted from multipurpose solutions for soft contact lenses, there was no difference observed in terms of fluorescence absorbance and color. According to the methods of manufacturing dyes, however, there was difference in the protrusion of the posterior surface image.
A 15-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of formulated diet or macroalgae (Undaria pinnatifida) on the survival, growth and body composition of juvenile abalone (Haliotis discus hannai) under the different rearing environmental conditions (four shelter types and two water temperatures). Water temperature was maintained to $16.4^{\circ}C$ by heated and $13.7^{\circ}C$ by not heated natural sea water. The survival rate, weight gain and shell growth of abalone were affected by diet and water temperature (P<0.001). Survival rate of abalone fed the formulated diets was higher than that of abalone fed the Undaria pinnatifida at natural sea water (P<0.05), but this value was not influenced within abalone stocked at heated sea water in each shelter group (P>0.05). Weight and shell growth of abalone fed the formulated diets were significantly higher than those of abalone fed the Undaria pinnatifida at each temperature or shelter (P<0.05). Moisture, lipid and ash contents of the soft body were mainly affected by feeding diet than temperature or shelter (P<0.05). This study indicate that formulated diet used in this experiment could improve the growth of abalone independent of water temperature or shelter. and heated water could show a better growth of abalone in winter season.

By comparing test blasting data experimented in three layered-structure polymorphic grounds to a geological profile, influence of blast vibration with respect to uncontrollable ground characteristics was analyzed. Inefficient blast have been performed without sufficient verifications or confirmations because insufficiencies with regard to experiments and data of blasting engineering on the layered structures to be irregularly repeated clinker layer consisted of volcanic clastic zones. It is difficult to quantify N values of clinkers within test blasting region because they have diverse ranges, or coverages. An absolute value of attenuation coefficient N in a field, estimated by blasting vibration predictive equation (SRSD), are lesser than criteria of a design instruction, meaning that vibrations caused by blast can spread far away, and the vibrational characteristics of blasting test No.1, indicating relatively small values, inferred by the geological profile, pressures of gas by the explosion may be lost into a widely distributed clinker layers by penetrating holes resulted from blast into vicinity of clinker layers located in bottom of soft rock layers at the moment of blast. As a result, amounts of spalling rocks are decreased by almost half. Also, ranges of primary frequencies in the fields are identified as similar to those of natural frequency of typical structures.

According to the functional matrix theory, Delaire proposes that individual occlusal plane was determined by variable effects of teeth, maxilla, mandible, cranium, cranial base and soft tissue matrix including the orofacial musculature. and that there is the ideal occlusal plane determined by the most proper spatial position of maxilla and mandible, functionally and esthetically. This study was designed to find out the relation between Delaire's ideal occlusal plane and muscle activity of masticatory muscles in individuals who have normal maxillo-mandibular relationships. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken and his/her individual occlusal plane and ideal occlusal plane were analyzed with Delaire's architectural and structural craniofacial analytic method. For evaluation of muscle activities of masticatory muscles, electromyography of anterior temporal muscle, superficial masseter muscle, and anterior belly of digastric muscle was recorded in fifty Korean normal Angle class I occlusion individuals. According to the average value of ideal occlusal plane, fifty normal Angle class I occlusion individuals were classified into three groups: Ideal occlusal plane group(I group), hyperrotation group(I+ group) and hyporotation group(I- group). The result of this study was as follows: 1. The results of Delaire's architectural and structural craniofacial analysis of lateral cephalography of the fifty Korean normal Angle class I occlusion individuals are that twelve persons(24%) have consistent or parallel with ideal occlusal plane and the average of angular difference was $1.22^{\circ}{\pm}3.69^{\circ}$. 2. There is no significant difference in muscle activities of masticatory muscles during resting(p<0.05), but significant increases of muscle activity of ipsilateral anterior temporal and masseter muscle, contralateral anterior belly of digastric muscle during unilateral chewing and of anterior temporal and masseter muscle during bilateral clenching(p<0.05). 3. To find out the effect of the angular difference between Delaire's ideal occlusal plane and real occlusal plane to muscle activity, muscle activities of masticatory muscles were compared with three groups in each other; I group, I+ group and I- group. The results were no significant differences during resting, unilateral chewing and bilateral clenching.(p>0.05) 4. Although there is no significant differences of masticatory muscle activities among the three groups, the fact that increasing tendency of masseter muscle activity of ideal occlusal plane group(I+) than those of any other groups(I+ and I-) during bilateral clenching was noted. There is only the implication that occlusal plane makes some effects on masticatory muscle activities, espacially that of masseter muscle during bilateral clenching. In conclusion, the hypothesis that occlusal plane is one of the factors which affect the muscle activities of masticatory muscles and that anyone whose occlusal plane consistent with Delaire's ideal occlusal plane has an extraordinary functional advantage in masticatory muscle function cannot be proven with electromyography methods.

Family Restaurant is a service business of a kind. The role of service operator is to improve a sales of service goods through maximizing the service value with customer satisfaction at the moment of MOT(moment of truth). Family Restaurant come to the great growth on the face of it. In future, it will place emphasis more and more on not hardware but software including service quality. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to research the effect on service quality of the job satisfaction of Family Restaurant's service staff. Data was collected from the employee who are working at Family Restaurant located in Taegu. The empirical research has been done over 50days from 1April, 2004 to 20May, 2004. In conclusion of empirical analysis, 4 hypotheses were significant among 7 hypotheses suggested in this study. The research showed as follows : First, the organic trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, the personal trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed positive influence on service quality. Third, the official trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed negative influence on job satisfaction. Fourth, the organic trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed positive influence on service quality. Fifth, the personal trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed negative influence on service quality. Sixth, the organic trait among the effect factor of job satisfaction perceived by Family Restaurant service staff showed negative influence on service quality. Seventh, the job satisfaction of Family Restaurant service staff showed positive influence on service quality. Besides, the critical points of this study are as follows; First, we designated the subject of research to the employee of Family Restaurant only. Second, multi-situations(time, holiday) which can happen as service was offered, wasn't concerned. Third, as service quality was estimated by general service quality. the research in future should subdivide service quality more. I. finally, applied the pervious researches on job satisfaction and service quality in the employee of Family Restaurant. To extend more this research model in future, the variables like customer satisfaction should be added.
