효소가공 양모직물의 표면 성질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Surface Properties of Wool Fabric Treated with Enzyme)

  • Wool fabrics were pre-treated with corona prior to treating with enzyme for shrinkage resistance. Commercial protease and cellulase were used for degradation of wool and the treatment conditions such as enzyme amount, treating time, and assistant chemicals. Friction coefficient and zeta-potential were measured to certificate an effect of treatment condition on the handle of wool fabric. Corona pretreatment make the wool fabric soft, which result in the decrease of friction coefficient and zeta-potential. Scale removal of wool surface was observed by scanning electron microscope. Amino acid analysis shows the effectiveness of enzyme, and corona pretreatment does not cause severe internal damage.

  • Electroplating of 80%Ni permalloy thin plate for magnetic core materials. was studied The convected flow of electrolyte was used for stirring methode. The current density could be increased up to 250mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$ by flow cell. The composition of electroplated layer with vespect to current density and flow rate was investigated and experimental equation to predict the composition was made. How cell yielded more uniform thickness distribution than paddle cell did. The composition distribution was also studied. The thickness was the most important factor to the permeability. The permeability of 5$\mu\textrm{m}$plated permalloy was over 2000 at 1 MHz.

주석의 도금.확산처리에 의한 황동계 합금의 내마모성 향상 (Improvement of Wear Resistance of Brasses by Electro-plating and Diffusion Treatment of Sn)

  • A study on the improvement of wear resistance of brasses by electroplating and diffusion treatment of tin was carried out. The optimum condition of the treatment obtained was as follows. Plating thickness of tin : 5 - 9 $\mu\textrm{m}$ Condition of diffusion treatment : atmosphere ; fused nitrate bath (KNO3 + NaNO3) temperature and time ; 1st step 320$^{\circ}C$, 60min. and 450$^{\circ}C$, 30min. During the diffusion treatment, internetallic compounds of Cu-Sn were formed and these compounds were identified as η, $\varepsilon$ and $\delta$ phase from the outer tin layer. It was considered that the improvement of wear resistance of brasses by the treatment is because of the formation of intemetallic compounds particalarly $\varepsilon$phase which is very hard, between soft tin layer brass.

  • Permalloy($Ni_{80}-Fe_{20}$) which is known for its soft magnetic properties is a well-known material that has been studied intensively. Permalloy nanoflakes were fabricated with the combination of electrodeposition and sonication process. Ultrasonic power was applied to the deposited alloy which produced nanoflakes in forms of sheet. High internal stress created cracks which helped the peeling of permalloy into nanosheets. Because of shape anisotropy, flakes could be aligned by magnetic field. The magnetic properties of the nanosheets were observed, and the variation of magnetic properties with the alignment of flake was also investigated.

  • .The healing of a bone defect is complex, and involves a wide range of cellular, molecular, physiological, and biological processes. The main effect of bone substitute is to promote wound healing by induce cell proliferation. Bone defect sites usually are localized below the original bone surface; therefore, space production and maintenance between the membrane and the original bone surface is essential. As a result, membranes must have proper mechanical strength to prevent the collapse of the soft tissue and maintain wound space that permits membranes of poly (L-lactide) (PLLA) were fabricated to provide and maintain sufficient space for bone growth.   • The electrolytes in thermal batteries are nonconductive solids at ambient temperature, which prevent the self-discharge and corrosion. To meet severe environmental requirements and guarantee acceptable handling yields, all the pellets in cells should have adequate strength, especially for the cathodes due to their poor binding properties among FeS2 particles. By modifying the surface microstructure of FeS2 through molten-salt heat treatment, the inter-particle binding strength is greatly increased, resulting in the enhanced pellet strength and yield. The addition of Li2O also promoted the soft salt coating coverage of hard FeS2 particles, which can be explained by the enhanced wettability of the molten salt.

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify the different mechanical properties of fabrics among the theme groups classified by fashion fabric trend. This study can be useful for fabric marketers and planners to design new products. In order to carry out this study, the fabric samples of representative theme for‘2002/03 F/W fashion fabric trend were collected from a fashion company and were measured to analyze the mechanical properties, hand value(H.V) and total hand value(T.H.V) by KES-FB System. The results were as follows. 1. The theme-A of‘Luxury, Elegance’was consisted of wool, rayon and PET and had a lower B, 2HB of bending properties and a lower G and 2HG5 of shear properties. The theme-B of‘Technical, Functional’was consisted of synthetic fibers such as PET, PA, PU and elastic fiber and had a higher MIU and a lower MMD, SMD of surface properties. The theme-C of‘Vintage, Aged’was consisted of mostly cotton and had the highest B and 2HB. The theme-D of‘Fancy, Airy’was consisted of mostly woolen wool, polyacryl and polyamide and had a high MMD and SMD of surface properties and a high LC and RC of compression properties. 2. As the results of analyzing H.V and T.H.V through KES-FB system, the theme-A showed a higher Smoothness and lower Stiffness. The theme-B had a lower Smoothness, Fullness, Soft feeling and T.H.V and the theme-C had the highest Stiffness. The theme-D showed the highest Fullness and Soft Feeling but the lowest Stiffness.

그림자 아틀라스를 이용한 부드러운 그림자 생성 방법 (Real-time Soft-shadow using Shadow Atlas)

  • 컴퓨터 그래픽스에서 그림자는 그림자 자체로서 뿐 아니라 장면 내 물체들 간의 거리감에 대한 단서를 제공함으로써 사실감 제고 측면의 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그림자를 표현하기 위한 전통적인 방법으로 그림자 매핑이나 그림자 볼륨 등의 기법들이 사용되지만 점광원(point light)을 가정하므로 결과가 자연스럽지 못하다. 반면, 면광원(area light)을 사용할 경우 부드러운 그림자를 생성하므로 좀 더 사실적인 그림자 표현이 가능하지만 광원면(light source surface) 전체에 대한 적분을 요구하기 때문에 계산비용이 매우 비싸다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 차폐물(occluder)의 광원으로의 역투사(back-projection)나 반영(penumbra)의 크기 계산을 통한 필터링 등 여러 방안들이 소개되었지만 낮은 수준(order)의 근사로 인한 누광(light bleeding)이나 물결현상(ringing effect), 그리고 성능저하 등의 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 그림자 아틀라스(shadow atlas)를 이용하여 이러한 문제들을 개선하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다.

Millimeter Wave를 이용하는 OFDM WPAN 시스템에서 PAPR 감소에 관한연구 (A Study on PAPR reduction in OFDM WPAN system using Millimeter Wave)

  • 최근 60GHz 대역의 millimeter wave 를 이용하는 통신 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 새롭게 정의된 57~64GHz의 ISM 대역에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 국내를 비롯한 미국, 일본, 유럽 등에서도 millimeter wave 를 이용하는 근거리 통신에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 그 중 IEEE 802.15.3c 표준화는 근거리에서 높은 전송 속도를 지원하기 위해 OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 방식의 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 하지만 OFDM 방식은 PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) 이 발생하는 문제점을 가지고 있으며, PAPR 문제는 신호가 A/DC와 D/AC 그리고 전력 증폭기와 같은 비선형 소자를 통과할 때 심각한 왜곡을 발생시켜 전송 시스템의 성능이 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 PAPR 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Sine Soft Clipping (SSC) 기법을 제안하고, SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Filter와 전력 증폭기를 적용하여 IEEE 802.15.3c OFDM WPAN 전송 시스템의 PAPR, CCDF, PSD, BER 성능을 분석하였다.

공기 중에서 자기장 열처리된 CoFeSiB 비정질 리본에서의 자기 바이어스 효과 (Magnetic Bias Effects in Field-annealed CoFeSiB Amorphous Ribbons)

  • 비대칭 거대 자기임피던스 효과를 보이는 자기장 열처리된 CoFeSiB 비정질 리본에서 자기 바이어스 현상을 MOKE 방법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 열처리 과정에서 리본의 양 표면에 형성된 경자성 결정층이 내부 연자성 비정질 상의 자화특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 열처리 후 화학적 에칭에 의해 한쪽 및 양쪽 표면의 결정층을 깎아낸 시편들을 준비하고 각 시편에 대해 비정질 상의 자화곡선을 MOKE 방법으로 측정하였다. 열처리 과정에서 표면에 형성된 경자성층이 내부의 비정질 연자성 상에 바이어스 자기장을 작용하고 있다는 것과 바이어스 자기장의 방향이 경자성층의 자화방향에 반대 방향임을 자기이력곡선의 이동을 통해 확인하였다.
