In this study, international standards in disaster management and the management of the relevant International Standards Organizations(ISO), in particular ISO / TC 292 (Security- Safety) research subcommittee to look at international standards of relevant international standards for disaster management trends, each international domestic law related to the standard were researched. National Disaster Management Authority as a Ministry of Public Safety and Security (formerly the National Emergency Management Agency) has continued to prepare a plan for applying national disaster management relevant to the international standards. As the disaster management international standard continues to be established, disaster management agencies need to continue to keep pace with the international community to find ways to introduce international standards.

The objectives of this research are to develop hazard prediction map S/W for mountain river road. This mountain river road disaster happens by debris flow, landslide, debris accumulation and this cause are locally rainfall and heavy rainfall. System is constructed to GIS base. This research app lied to Kangwondo. We developed protocol to analyze calamity danger in mountain district area and examined propriety system. Furthermore examined the DB required and expression plan for hazard map creation SW construction by mountain rivers road.

This paper investigates the corrosion property of sprinkler pipe and provides the prevention solution. This study examines the property of stainless pipe widely used as sprinkler pipe and performs theoretical studies on the corrosion procedure. It was found that corrosion of the pipes mainly results from deterioration of pipe and wrong installation. The test result is expected to be useful in designing of the pipe system and minimizing of the corrosion.

When the exposed surface of rock slopes investigated, various factors have not been considered. The factors required to be considered include the vlume swelling of rock caused by stress release at the fault zone, unexposed discontinuities in the earth and so on. Also, rock slope failure occurs sometimes due to these factors. In this paper, we intend to help engineers to judge about the stability of similar new cutting-slopes or the maintenance of already cut-slope, so that they can consider these factors.

The rebound test using Schmidt hammer is most popular method to estimate strength of concrete. However, this method is inappropriate for Seoul Metro underground structures due to unsuitable aging effects. Consequently, the strength presumption equation of underground structures is proposed according to the correlation of uniaxial compressive strength, rebound test results and age of concrete. To achieve this, the results of in-depth inspection of Seoul Metro underground structures performed annually for last 8 years was anlayed.

신종인플루엔자 대유행은 현대사회에서 국내에서 겪어보지 못한 전염병의 창궐이란 점 뿐 아니라 재난관리체계를 21세기에 들어 새로이 발생하고 있는 신종 및 특수재난까지 대상으로 하여 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 요구한다. 전통적 재난관리에 익숙한 많은 재난 관련 인력들이 신종인플루엔자의 대유행을 단순히 새로운 전염병의 시각으로 본다면 향후 새로운 형태의 특수한 재난에 대하여 국가사회적 역량을 효율적으로 집결시키기 어렵다. 따라서 신종인플루엔자가 어떠한 것이며 대유행 시 대웅 원칙과 예상 피해 및 세계 및 국내에서 어떠한 방식으로 대비하고 대처하려고 하는지 흐름을 이해할 필요성이 높아지고 있어 그에 대한 개략적 정리를 하였다. 이를 통하여 새로운 재난으로서 신종인플루엔자 대유행을 이해하고 적절한 대처방안을 지속적으로 수정, 도출해나가야 한다.

Recently a construction industry introduces information technology that brings about many advantages in the early planning phase, design phase and construction phase. According to the current basic law of disaster and safety management, Standard Incident Command System is limited to Emergency Rescue Function, and Incident Commanders are only Fire Fighting Agencies. The main purpose of this study is to provide some suggestions to improve general-purpose of Standard ICS for various incidents. Also, there are some suggestions for Emergency Operation Centers as a coordinator and supporter of mobilizing response resources in all large scale disaster.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

Cyberspace is emerging as a critical domain requiring national-level governance and international cooperation owing to its potential financial and societal impacts. This research aims to investigate the cybersecurity policies from major countries for understanding with comprehensive perspectives. Global trends emphasize a comprehensive command-centered approach, with top leadership directing cybersecurity policies. Key policy areas include security across technology ecosystems, protection of critical infrastructure, and software supply chain security. Investment is being focused on zero-trust architectures, software bills, and new technologies like artificial intelligence. For countries like Korea, immediate response and adaptation to these trends are crucial to develop and enforce national cybersecurity policies.
