Recently, Crime patterns in our society are diversifying as followed on the urbanization of population and the influx of immgrants. Existing murder, kidnap, sexual assault, etc. Especially, the crimes such as school violence, dating violence, domestic violence, violent abuse and even social hatred a crime, motiveless crime are spreading into every phase of national life. Due to the social situation, the sharp increase in demand for personal protection, the scale of private security industry has been constantly expanded. Following this trend, the personal protective regulations in Security Industry Act has been revised several times since the it was enacted in 1995. However, despite the fact that the legal and institutional aspects should have been amended and improved systematically according to the industrial development, the regulations adopted initially adopted has been maintained so far, which have resulted in various problems as they could not coincide with the purpose of private security, being divorced from the reality of private security industry and social changes. Especially, in the case of personal protection service and facility security service, the legal requirements of both services are identical with each other in terms. Such legal systems may cause confusion to security businesses and employees, or the police managing and supervising them, regarding the scope and duties of security services. In order to improve such problems, the regulations of permission requirement that the personal protective regulations in Security Industry Act should be revised system. In this study, relevant personal protection provisions prescribed in the Security Industry Act have been reviewed critically in this paper. And also the regulations were review of those personal protection provisions enacted in security industry Act, so that the improvement plan for the personal protection provisions that are apposite to the cases in this country could be suggested in order to amend the current laws and provide real grounds for the law enforcement.

The study aimed to build a proposed program for training Social Studies teachers in the light of electronic functional competencies, the researcher used the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design, the study sample consisted of (37) Social studies teachers in Ismailia. A proposed program in the light of electronic functional competencies. A measure of awareness of the dimensions and components of electronic feasibility. The study concluded several results: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (a ≤0.01) between the average scores of the teachers of the research group in the pre and post measurements of the measure of awareness of the dimensions and components of electronic functional competencies in favor of the teachers scores in the post-measurement. Training Social studies teachers on the functional electronic competencies necessary for them to keep up with educational developments.

In this paper we used classification algorithms on social networking. We are proposing, a new classification algorithm called the improved Decision Tree (IDT). Our model provides better classification accuracy than the existing systems for classifying the social network data. Here we examined the performance of some familiar classification algorithms regarding their accuracy with our proposed algorithm. We used Support Vector Machines, Naïve Bayes, k-Nearest Neighbors, decision tree in our research and performed analyses on social media dataset. Matlab is used for performing experiments. The result shows that the proposed algorithm achieves the best results with an accuracy of 84.66%.

This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of safety income system on recipient's economic independence and life satisfaction under the social security system. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 650 adult householders benefiting from the social security system. The SPSS 23 statistical program was used to apply measurement variables related to the safety income system. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The social insurance and the social assistance of safety income system were adopted, having a significant effect on the economic independence. The effect of economic independence on life satisfaction was rejected, while the effect of social assistance on life satisfaction was adopted, showing a difference in the effect of each factor. The findings imply that social insurance and social assistance with support for safe income can be a positive help for economic independence, and unemployment benefit, national pension, long-term care subsidy and health insurance can help to achieve real economic independence, adopting only social assistance with limitation to life satisfaction. Consequently, the safety income system is very useful in helping recipients to achieve their economic independence through its introduction, but there is some distance to meet their life satisfaction.

Mass media in the digital age are not only one of the most important elements of the information society but also a strategic resource for its development. Effectively implemented communication makes it possible to build connections not only between individuals, but also between social institutions and representatives of various generational groups of the mass audience, as well as ensure information security in a crisis period. At the same time, in the context of a constantly increasing amount of information flows, more and more often "a person loses the ability to independently think, analyze, and critically perceive information." At the same time, "imposing" on the representatives of this or that society, through the content of multi-format mass media or active authors of social networks, a certain point of view on the problem becomes a completely realizable task. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the anti-crisis communications in legal discourse in terms of ensuring information security. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of anti-crisis communications in legal discourse in terms of ensuring information security were revealed.

The ultimate aim of this study is to examine the effect of security policy characteristics (policy threat, policy effectiveness, policy compliance cost, policy compliance self-efficacy, social influence) on organizational information security policy compliance motivation based on TTAT (Technology Threat Avoidance Theory). We found the following results. First, the security policy threat has a significant positive effect on policy compliance motivation. Second, it was found that the policy effectiveness has a statistically significant effect on the compliance motivation. Third, the policy compliance cost has an influence on the policy compliance motivation. Fourth, the policy compliance self-efficacy does not have an effect on compliance motivation. Finally, social influence has a significant effect on compliance motivation.

Smart TV sareequipped with an operating system and combined with internet functionality. They can use various apps and contents, and provide personalized and interactive services. However, the Internet connectivity of smart TVs has several security vulnerabilities that can cause significant personal and social harm. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a smart TV with a higher level of security than is currently available. In this study, we analyze consumers' purchase intention for smart TVs with security reinforcement by applying the UTAUT2 model. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was found that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and price value, as important variables under the existing UTAUT2 model, have significant effects on purchase intention. Secondly, effort expectancy did not have a positive impact on purchase intention. Thirdly, there was a moderating effect of gender on social influence. According to the results of this study, social influence has the most powerful effect on the purchase intention of smart TVs with security reinforcement. Therefore, in order to improve the purchase intention of smart TVs, it is necessary to expand the publicity activities designed to promote the necessity and importance of reinforcing the security of smart TVs and make them easier to use.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth factors of foreign private security and to propose a successful activation method through collaboration between Korea private security guard and Korean private security guard. The results of this study are as follows. First, we need to acknowledge the need for Korean - Chinese security activities in Korea. Secondly, analysis and research should be conducted to find out why Korean - Chinese security activities are needed in Korea. Third, it is necessary to improve the language ability as one of the efforts to escape the limited domestic security activities by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Korean - Chinese security activities it is difficult, it should be possible to select talented people who can speak language and to be able to work as a security guard. Fourth, it is urgent to improve the perception of Korean - Chinese in order to promote Korean - Chinese security activities and domestic security activities.

Purpose- This study examines the multi-mediation effect of personal self-congruity and social self-congruity to perceived value and brand attitude on aircraft customers in China. Research design, data and methodology- Survey was conducted on Chinese citizens who had flown via Chinese airlines and lived mainly in the Yangtze River delta. 727 cases were analyzed. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to analyze the data. Results - First, perceived economic value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity and social self-congruity but has no effect on brand attitude. Second, perceived functional value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity, social self-congruity, and brand attitude. Third, based on this, perceived economic value is not directly related to brand attitude. However, there is a relationship between perceived functional value and brand attitude, with personal self-congruity and social self-congruity having mediation effects. Conclusions - The Results show that perceived economic and functional value such as competitive airfare, mileage membership, check-in processes, diversified vouchers and coupons, and also basic services such as flight security and flight attendant service having an effect on personal self-congruity. To improve consumer brand attitude, airlines should take into consideration personal self-congruity factors such as their values and lifestyles, and their social self-congruity factors such as their social status and social security.

The social network service is the bidirectional media that all of the users are be able to directly produce, process, and distribute the information without distinction of the producer and consumer. Over increasing the users rapidly, the users are be able to obtain and share the various information, but the problems occur due to the spread of unreliable information on the service. Moreover, it is spreading the problems violating the privacy and decreasing the reliability of the users by exploiting the open environment. Therefore, sensitive information can be delivered only to users which information producer can trust, and the users should get the information from the trustworthy users. Due to this necessity, it needs the efficient method can evaluates the reliability of the users. In this paper, we define the reliability in the service, make the trust parameter by using the function of the service, and propose the dynamic user reliability evaluation scheme evaluating the reliability of users. We draw the trust range on the reliability of users by analyzing the proposed reliability evaluation scheme.
