  • The neck is the human body is closely con-nected with the life and properties of keeping warm as one of the opening part in clothes. In ancient times it was put on necklace for the protection of neck and in Rome it was worn muffler called focale for the protection of neck throat. in addition cravat directly originated in necktie today was primarily worn for the protection of soldier's neck and has been turned into decorative purpose until today. As the ornament is developed to vari-ous kinds of form the neck decoration is changed and grown again and again. Therefore this thesis studies history of the neckwear and various the symbolic factor. The first factor is the social. The neckwear shows the social position class and status and does social mutual interaction as conversation starters. The second factor is the mental It express individuality fondness attitude and is felt to be indignity by being forced to be worn. The third factor is the political. it shows political tendency by indicating the royal sign or part's sign in necktie like the French royal-ist's green muffler The forth factor is the man's sexual. I expresses wearing stock being brave symbol-izing independence. The sixth factor is the traditional. It is worn with appearing traditionand custom and one of cultural movements. The seventh factor is the ideological. It symbolizes the freedom of suffragettes and emancipation of woman. The social factor is the most extensive among them. The neckwear is various in the way of expression like its kinds and is generalized, It functions as a independent part of clothes.

공공사회지출이 자살률에 미치는 영향: OECD 국가를 중심으로 (The Association Between Public Social Expenditure and Suicides: Evidence from OECD Countries)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to examine the association between public social expenditure(PSE) and suicides in the 27 countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) from 1980 to 2003. Methods : The age-standardized suicide rates and their annual change(%) were obtained from the OECD Health Data 2007. As a measure of social protection, the PSE(% GDP) was used. The covariates included the annual divorce rate(/100,000 population), fertility rate(number of children/woman aged 15 to 49 years), GDP per capita(US$ PPP), male unemployment rate(%), life expectancy(years) and alcohol consumption(liter/capita) for each country, which were all obtained from the OECD Health Data 2007 and the OECD Social Indicators 2006. Using hierarchical linear models that included these covariates, the effects of PSE on suicides(Model 1) and the annual percent change (Model 2) were examined(Model 3). Also, sub-sample analyses were done for six countries that experienced political/economic transition. Results : We could not find significant effects of PSE on suicides(Model 1), but we observed significantly negative effects on the annual percent change for men and women(Model 2). Such findings were replicated in the sub-sample analysis, and moreover, the effect size was much larger(Model 3). Conclusions : Our finding suggests that social welfare protection can be a pivotal factor for suicide epidemiology, and especially in countries experiencing a social crisis or transition.

  • 소셜 카지노 게임은 현재 국내에서 허용되지는 않지만 향후 사회관계망을 기반으로 발전할 소셜웹보드 게임에 대한 정책적 대안을 마련하기 위하여 필요한 안전장치가 무엇인지 살펴보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 세계 선진 각국에서 시행하는 책임도박시스템 특히 미국 뉴저지법에 저촉을 받는 책임게임시스템을 고찰하였다. 이러한 책임게임시스템이 현재의 웹보드 게임과 향후 생성될 소셜 카지노 게임에 적용할 법 제도 마련을 위한 사전 작업으로서 이용자보호모델을 게임전문가들을 중심으로 수립하였다. 그 결과 4가지 과몰입 위험군을 식별 할 수 있는 판단 기준과 각각의 위험군에 대한 단계별 조치방법을 마련하였다. 이러한 이용자보호방안은 현재 웹보드 시행령의 문제점을 보완하고 향후 소셜카지노게임을 위한 법 제도적인 도구를 마련하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 판단한다.

Factors Affecting Breast Self-examination Behavior Among Female Healthcare Workers in Iran: The Role of Social Support Theory

  • Objectives: In women, breast cancer is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death. Screening tests are the basis for early diagnosis. In Iranian women, the mortality rate of breast cancer is high due to insufficient screening examinations and delayed visits for care. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the factors affecting breast self-examinations among Iranian women employed in medical careers. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 501 women working in the medical professions at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in western Iran in 2018. The subjects were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-developed, self-report questionnaire that contained demographic information and questions based on protection motivation theory and social support theory. Descriptive data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23 and model fitting with PLS version 2. Results: The mean age of the participants was $37.1{\pm}8.3years$, and most of the women (80.4%) were married. Most women had a bachelor's degree (67.5%). The findings of this study showed that the coping appraisal construct was a predictor of protection motivation (${\beta}=0.380$, p<0.05), and protection motivation (${\beta}=0.604$, p<0.05) was a predictor of breast self-examination behavior. Additionally, social support theory (${\beta}=0.202$, p<0.05) had a significant positive effect on breast self-examination behavior. Conclusions: The frequency of practicing self-examinations among women employees in the medical sector was low; considering the influence of social support as a factor promoting screening, it is necessary to pay attention to influential people in women's lives when designing educational interventions.

사회적 책임 관련 특성과 소비자태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Responsibility Characteristics and Consumer Attitude on Purchasing Intention)

  • The goal of this study was to determine the effect of social responsibility characteristics and consumer attitude on consumer purchasing intention. And we used survey result data from 400 adults (200 males and 200 females) aged between 20 and 50 years for our research sample. Also, this study aims to look at the purchasing intention based on Fishbein's attitude model, in order to predict consumer purchasing behaviors on the products made by corporations that have good social responsibility. By using consumer consciousness of social responsibility and Consumer assessment on corporations' social responsibility, this study also intends to examine the ultimate effects on the intention. The following is a summary of the main results and suggestions. First, less than 30 percent of all consumers have experienced education on social responsibility, which is significantly low. Consumers' education experience had no effects on consumer purchasing intention. Consumers' education experience on social responsibility is surely related to purchasing intention, but gives no meaningful relations from the actual proof analysis, which is because of the problems of current consumer education programs. Government and official institutions, corporations, consumer groups should provide more educational opportunities than broadcast media, internet, school, and printed media. Second, according to the analysis result on Consumer consciousness of social responsibility, the assessment scores on social contribution and environmental protection are relatively lower than on consumer protection and energy resource saving. They tend to focus more on social responsibility related to individual interest rather than broader social responsibility as a member of society. Third, consumers have a positive attitude about corporation and its products made by corporations that have good social responsibility. Fourth, the most contributing factor on consumer purchasing intention is corporate consumer attitude. The next is product consumer attitude, Consumer consciousness of social responsibility, and Consumer assessment on corporations' social responsibility.

  • The author has analyzed the ecological problems caused by city development and the comprehensive benefits of green space(e.g. ecological, social and economic benefits). The important role of green space in city sustainable development was discussed. Through benefits analysis of green space in city development in Kunming City, the author offered specific measures for green space protection in Kunming: strengthen plant management according to law; enhance nation awareness of plant protection; rationally plan city green land system;and use scientific forms of green land.

지식재산권 보호정책에 의한 중간재 산업 R&D 투자 결정 모형 및 정책 함의 (R&D Investment in Intermediate Goods Industry by Intellectual Property Rights Protection Policies and Policy Implications)

  • This paper examines the effects of intellectual property protection policies on upstream firms' R&D investments in order to derive policy implications in relation to the fostering of the intermediate goods industry. To that end, the dependence on import of intermediate goods and the degree of protection of intellectual property rights are introduced into the model to analyze the effects of R&D investments on the dependence on imports and the effects of intellectual property rights protection policies on the level of R&D investments in order and the social welfare effects are also checked. The policy implications derived in this paper, which used an oligopolistic market model with a vertical specialization structure, are as follows. As R&D investments expand, upstream firm begins to have price competitiveness, the dependence on import of intermediate goods by downstream firm decreases, and social welfare increases. That is, in order to strengthen the independence of the intermediate goods industry, R&D investments by upstream firm should be expanded, and to promote this, the government should strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.

사회복지 실천현장의 클라이언트 폭력 연구: 아동보호서비스 현장을 중심으로 (A Study on Client Violence Against Social Workers: in the Field of Child Protection Services)

  • 본 연구는 클라이언트 폭력이 궁극적으로는 사회복지활동의 효과성을 저해하는 요인이 될 수 있다는 인식을 근거로 아동보호서비스 현장 종사자들에 대한 아동의 부모 및 보호자에 의한 클라이언트 폭력의 실태와 폭력의 부정적 영향력을 분석하였다. 전국 43개 아동보호전문기관에 근무하는 207명의 종사자 대상의 설문조사 결과는 2007년 한 해의 경우 아동의 부모와 보호자에 의한 폭력 경험 비율이 전체 응답자의 62.8%(n=130)로 나타나 다른 서비스 영역의 종사자와 유사한 수준임을 보여주었다. 그러나 클라이언트 폭력의 심각성에 대한 주관적 인식은 다른 영역에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 폭력 경험은 현장실무경력이 많고, 직급이 높은 종사자에게 좀 더 빈번하게 나타났으며, 폭력을 경험한 종사자는 불쾌감, 지침, 소진, 당황 등과 같은 정서적, 심리적 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 어려움은 여성 응답자에게서 좀 더 집중되는 경향을 보였다. 또 폭력 경험은 응답자의 직무만족과 이직의도와 같은 업무 관련 요인에도 부정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 현실 세계의 인간관계를 바탕으로 온라인에서 서비스를 제공하는 웹서비스로 서비스의 인기가 높아짐에 따라 프라이버시 보호, 즉 개인정보 소유자의 권리 보호에 대한 목소리가 높아졌다. 본 논문은 개인정보 소유자의 자기정보 통제권을 보장하면서 소셜 네트워크 간 데이터 공유를 지원하기 위한 정책언어를 제시하고 이 정책을 기반으로 하는 프라이버시 보호 모듈을 설계 및 구현한다. 프라이버시 보호를 위한 정책언어는 개인정보에 접근하는 사용자의 속성을 기반으로 접근여부를 결정하는 속성기반 접근통제모델을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 본 논문에서 제시된 정책 언어와 개발 모듈은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 간 안전한 데이터 공유 외에도 개인정보에 대한 자기정보 통제권이 필요한 다른 응용분야에 적용이 가능하다.

  • 본 연구는 모바일 소셜 미디어 사용 강도와 사용 피로감에 미치는 영향 요인에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하였다. 연구의 프레임워크를 위한 이론으로는 계획된 행위 이론, 사적정보보호 이론, 몰입 이론, 절차적 성과 이론을 기반으로 하였다. 데이터 분석 결과 자기 효능감, 사용자 습관 및 몰입 경험이 모바일 소셜 미디어 사용 강도(intensity)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인 정보 보호 문제는 모바일 소셜 미디어 사용 강도에 부정적인 영향을 미치기는 하나 사용행위에는 영향력이 미미하였다. 미디어 사용 강도는 미디어 피로감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 모바일 소셜 미디어 사용강도가 높아질 경우 피로감은 증가하였다. 절차적 성과 기대 변수는 미디어 사용 강도와 소셜 미디어 피로감 사이에 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. 연구 결과는 소셜 미디어 도구를 비즈니스 및 공공 서비스에 활용하고자 하는 소셜 미디어 관련 기업 및 조직에 시사점을 줄 것이다.
