메라피 화산재해에 대한 지역단위의 사회적 취약성 평가 (Assessment of Local Social Vulnerability in Facing Merapi Volcanic Hazard)

  • 자연재해에 있어서 취약성 분석계획의 우선순위 설정활동을 위한 기초자료로서 재해 위험분석의 주요한 요소이다. 화산폭발은 화산이 인구밀도가 높은 지역에 위치하고 있는 경우 많은 사상자와 재산피해를 야기한다. 화산폭발을 막을 수 없지만, 위험도와 취약성은 미래의 위기를 예측하는 신중한 계획과 준비작업을 통해 저감될 수 있다. 사회적 불평등으로서 사회적 취약성은 다양한 사회 구성원이 재해에 대응 능력에 민감한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 인도네시아 중부 자바에 위치한 메라피 화산 인근 지역주민들의 사회적 취약성을 평가하기 위하여 사회적 취약성 지수(SoVI) 기법을 활용하였다. SoVI는 사회적 위험부담을 이해하고 정량화하기 위하여 지역사회의 복원탄력성에 영향을 미치는 사회 경제적 및 인구 통계학적 요인을 이용하여 평가된다. 본 연구에서 사회적 취약성은 이해 관계자와 지역주민과의 설문조사를 통해 평가되었다. 연구결과로 도출된 취약성 지수는 사회적 취약성의 분포와 원인에 대한 정보를 반영함을 확인하였다.

Induced Abortion and Breast Cancer: Results from a Population-Based Case Control Study in China

  • Aim: To determine whether induced abortion (IA) increases breast cancer (BC) risk. Materials and Methods: A population-based case-control study was performed from Dec, 2000 to November, 2004 in Shanghai, China, where IA could be verified through the family planning network and client medical records. Structured questionnaires were completed by 1,517 cases with primary invasive epithelial breast cancer and 1,573 controls frequency-matched to cases for age group. The information was supplemented and verified by the family planning records. Statistical analysis was conducted with SAS 9.0. Results: After adjusting for potential confounders, induced abortions were not found to be associated with breast cancer with OR=0.94 (95%CI= 0.79-1.11). Compared to parous women without induced abortion, parous women with 3 or more times induced abortion (OR=0.66, 95%CI=0.46 to 0.95) and women with 3 or more times induced abortion after the first live birth (OR=0.66, 95%CI =0.45 to 0.97) showed a lower risk of breast cancer, after adjustment for age, level of education, annual income per capita, age at menarche, menopause, parity times, spontaneous abortion, age at first live birth, breast-feeding, oral contraceptives, hormones drug, breast disease, BMI, drinking alcohol, drinking tea, taking vitamin/calcium tablet, physical activity, vocation, history of breast cancer, eating the bean. Conclusions: The results suggest that a history of induced abortions may not increase the risk of breast cancer.

방사선 비상계획구역에서의 일시거주자의 사회행동 특성 분석 (An Analysis of the Transient's Social Behavior in the Radiological Emergency Planning Zone)

  • 본 연구에서는 원자력 발전소 주변 일시거주자의 방사선 비상시 소개와 관련된 사회행동 특성-특히 소개와 관련된 행동특성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 이론적 검토 차원에서 비상사태시 소개의 의미와 유형, 그리고 소개를 시작하는데 소요되는 소개준비시간을 살펴보았다. 그리고 소개 대상 주민에 대한 행동특성을 울진, 월성 및 고리원전 방사선비상계획 구역 내에 체류하는 일시거주자를 대상으로 면접설문조사를 통해 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방사선 비상시의 원활한 소개 및 안전 확보를 위하여 일시 거주자에게 소개 경보에 대한 사전 지식을 효율적으로 제공하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 방사선 비상시 일시거주자의 교육 훈련 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 일시거주자가 자발적 소개를 하지 않으려는 이유와 배경을 파악하고, 대응 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다.

단계별 주민역량강화를 통한 농촌마을만들기의 효과 연구 - 전라북도 진안군을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Rural Community Planning through the Stepwise Empowerment System in Jinan-gun)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the rural community planning focusing on the stepwise empowerment system in Jinan-gun, Jeollabuk-do province. This paper also tries to examine how this system affect the awareness for community planning and empowerment of the residents. The satisfaction of the people who join this program were also investigated. The subjects of the research were divided into two groups. Group A consisted of the people who join the system from the first stage, and group B consisted of the people who joined the fourth stage directly. The differences of the recognition, capability changes and satisfaction between two groups were compared and analyzed by questionnaires. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. The first, group A recognized the community planning system in Jinan-gun more positively than group B. They thought that it's very useful and beneficial for their community and this system should be continued further. The second, group A considered that they achieved bigger advancement in community design capabilities in terms of personal, relational and social aspects than group B. In addition, group A also showed higher satisfaction for rural community planning than group B. Based on the results, alternatives for rural community planning were drawn as follows. The first, considering that group A showed more positive responses, starting from the first stage is more stable way to succeed in rural community planning. Which means the critical condition of community design is not the community business but the improving the public awareness and community mind. The second, it's considered that the number of participation is proportional to the advancement of capability in community project, so improving residents' opportunity to participation in community design might be effective. The third, community leader is another critical condition. It is needed to pay more attention to the education for the rural community leader with good experience and capability of community affairs.

일반농산어촌개발사업에 있어 농촌경관계획과 경관사업부문의 위상변화에 관한 연구 (Study on the Status Change in Rural Landscape Planning and Landscape Project in the General Agriculture Fishing Village Development Project)

  • Although the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project had a significant impact on the landscape formation and management in rural area, the rural landscape planning and project sectors was not stable by fluctuation variables. On the basic understanding the institutional status of rural landscape planning, some conclusions could be discussed as follows through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative changes and the background factors. The rural landscape plan lacked its own legal and institutional foundations, and the landscape project of the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project was mainly focused on the environment-improving H/W project for expanding the basic living infrastructures. In order to reflect the characteristics of the region and become independent rural landscape management, it is necessary to change the contents so that the S/W business such as the deepening landscape awareness and empowerment linked with improving the physical landscape. To this end, it is necessary to establish a foundation for the rural landscape planning system to have its own status, and it seems to seek to supplement with what is included S/W contents reflecting the context of higher level landscape planning. The landscape sector of the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project proved to be in the process of shrinking in both quantity and quality, despite the temporary expansion in the past. In addition, considering the distortion of the contents of landscape projects in rural sites, it seems that the rural landscape-related public project are now in a position to seek a new phase change beyond quantitative expansion. In particular, along with institutional improvements to secure the independent status of rural landscape planning that contributes to village community regeneration and social sustainability through the role of intermediary support organizations in landscape management activities. Through the integrated landscape plan, which is established in advance and led by the residents in the early stages, there is a need to change the direction to enhance meaning of the landscape planning goes beyond the facility design or space improvement.

신도시계획의 계획지표를 반영한 U-City의 U-방범서비스 개선방안 연구 (A Study on U-Service for Security in U-City Newtown Planning)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보화시대를 선도하는 U-City 추진이나 U-City 관련기술의 연구개발도 중요하지만, 오랜 역사적 경험과 지속적 연구로 성숙되어진 공간계획기법들과 연계되는 U-City의 추진이 필요하다는 시점에서 연구를 시작하였다. 연구방법으로서, 최근의 신도시계획에서 나타나는 각종 공간계획지표의 변화특성, 특히 안전이나 방범에 대한 계획지표의 특성을 분석하였으며, 이어서 안전한 도시공간 형성을 위한 유비쿼터스 기법과 전통적인 안전도시구상을 위한 방어공간이론, 최근의 환경설계를 통한 범죄예방(CPTED) 등과 비교분석하였다. 결과, 각각의 계획적 지표들이 계획단계부터 통합되어지지 않고 추진되어지고 있다는 것을 파악할 수 있었으며, 각각의 장단점을 보완, 연계하려는 시도가 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 본 연구의 주된 관심사였던 범죄예방를 위한 공간계획의 시점에서 보면, 건축적인 접근과 함께 비건축적인 접근이 상호보완적으로 추진되어야 함에도 불구하고, 기계적인 감시 등 비건축적 접근에 치중하는 경향을 파악할 수 있었다. 즉, CCTV 등의 활용이 시대적 요구라고 할지라도 물리적 공간계획의 효과를 상승시키는 방향에서 고려가 되어야 할 것이나 이에 대한 배려는 미약한 실정이었다.

지역사회네트워크를 기반으로 한 사회복지프로그램 기대성과 구조화 : 컨셉트 맵핑(concept mapping)을 활용하여 (Structuralization Expected Outcome of Social Welfare Program Based on Community Network : Using Concept Mapping Method)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회네트워크 기반 사회복지프로그램 기획을 준비함에 있어 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하고 그 적용가능성을 경험적으로 확인하는 것이다. 컨셉트 맵핑은 다양한 이해관계자들 사이의 모호하고 복잡한 아이디어를 구조화하여 시각적으로 제시해 주는 의사결정 도구이다. 이미 상담, 간호, 공중보건 등 휴먼서비스 영역을 중심으로 프로그램 기획 및 평가 과정에서 나타나는 복잡하고 추상적인 아이디어를 개념화하는데 활용되고 있다. 최근, 우리나라에서도 상담 및 의료 영역에서 서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 존재하는 성과의 차이를 경험적으로 인지하고, 합의를 이끌어 내는 도구로 활용하고 그 효과성이 발표되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산광역시 북구에서 아동 청소년을 대상으로 진행되고 있는 부산공동모금회지원 CI사업의 3차년도 사업기획을 준비하면서 사업주체들이 기대하는 성과를 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하여 개념화하였다. 컨셉트 맵핑은 준비 단계, 아이디어 수집 단계, 서술문 구조화 단계, 표현 단계, 분석결과 해석 단계, 유용화 단계로 이루어졌다. 참여자들은 부산 북구 사회복지기관 종사자 11명이였으며, 이들이 제시한 서술문은 총 60개였다. 이들이 제시한 서술문을 유사성 행렬 형태로 전환하여 다차원 척도법 분석을 실시하였다. 군집은 총 5개로, '아동 청소년의 인식 및 태도변화', '아동 청소년 체계의 변화', '우호적인 지역사회 형성', '지역주민의 변화', '사업공급주체의 변화'였다. 이 중 가장 우선적으로 성취되어야 할 성과는 '아동 청소년의 인식 및 태도 변화'로, 이 성과를 중심으로 3차년도 사업을 기획하게 되었다. 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하여 성과를 개념화하는 의사결정과정을 거치면서, 참여 구성원들은 사업의 성과에 대해 명확하게 개념화하였고, 이 성과에 대한 합의가 도출되었다.

패션브랜드의 사회적 책임활동 측정 척도 개발 (Developing a Scale for Measuring the Social Responsibility of a Fashion Brand)

  • Much of the conceptual work in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) originated from studies that were conducted in general corporations; however, many issues were peculiar to the area of fashion brand social responsibility. The purpose of this study is to develop a scale to measure the social responsibility of fashion brands in order to establish a specific, scientifically based marketing strategy. Through a literature review that disclosed 59 items regarding CSR and results from focus group interviews and exploratory factor analyses, we developed 23 items pertaining to fashion brand social responsibility. The measurement items were organized into five dimensions: economic, legal, ethical, environmental, and philanthropic responsibility. We found the 23-item scale to have good reliability and validity. We also found that fashion brand social responsibility positively influenced brand loyalty, including repurchase intention, continuance intention, and word of mouth. Thus, strategic planning for social responsibility in regards to fashion brands is essential in order to secure loyal customers, for both domestic and foreign brands compete in the fashion market.

농촌마을 경관형성계획 수립에 관한 연구 - 영천 유상권역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Establishment of Landscape Formation Plan to Rural Village - Focus on Yu-Sang Region Yeongchon City-)

  • This research was establishment of landscape formation plan to Yusang village region Yeongcheon city. Literature research, field research, surveys carried out for this purpose. In addition, by utilizing design code that appears in the common characteristics of the rural scenic views of the region in improving the quality of life of the local population and preserve the indigenous landscape as well as improve the quality of rural landscapes, management, capital town of the region to form Yeongcheon the center was established in the landscape plan form. The natural environment of the capital region for the landscape formation plan, Humanities and Social Environment, Landscape Resources Status, Social Consciousness, landscape map, landscape design, code identification and basic design and planning through the basic steps to derive design guidelines were applied to the landscape formation plan. Formation landscape plan for the regional launch of the regional landscape improvements, region entrance space and yusang reservoirs place, rest zone in the sacred tree and nurse trees around the plan, and repair the town hall. residents living village road maintenance to improve the environment, and develop a detailed plan, such as the lungs maintenance. The plan is likely to be able to contribute to improving the quality of life of the people and landscapes to improve regional, creating a guide for future business landscape is formed to have a significant advantage as a basis.

Examining Japanese Planning System through the National Territory and Housing Policies: A Focus on Changing Characteristics and Implications

  • There are similarities between Korea and Japan in terms of national planning and development system and housing policies. Japan has suffered from great shifts of social and economic systems due to skyrocketing land prices for three times and the collapse of the bubble economy after the Second World War. The study reviews historically important changes in the national territory and housing policies for last 60 years in Japan. It also investigates changing trends and characteristics of many socioeconomic indicators with regard to population, housing and other fields in response to these policies. First of all, Japan has experienced significant economic growth before and after the 1960's, and the era of national rebuilding projects in the 1970's. After then, the period of the bubble economy has emerged since 1980; however, it suffered from skyrocketing land values between the late 1980's and the early 1990's, and the collapse of Japanese bubble economy in the early 1990's. In response, many urban regeneration policies and projects were proposed to recover the national economy since 2000. It is found that these national territory development and housing supply policies throughout the country have been influenced by the changing characteristics of social and economic conditions. Since the housing supply ratio in 1968 reached up to around 100% on average, Japan has been focusing attention to improving the residential and living quality for existing housing stock rather than supplying new housing units through large-scale new town projects. These experiences are full of helpful suggestions for our future housing and urban regeneration policies as we reach to more than 100% of housing supply ratio on average.
