Recently, a recommendation system using deep learning in social network services has been actively studied. However, in the case of a recommendation system using deep learning, the cold start problem and the increased learning time due to the complex computation exist as the disadvantage. In this paper, the user-tailored exercise routine recommendation algorithm is proposed using the user's metadata. Metadata (the user's height, weight, sex, etc.) set as the input of the model is applied to the designed model in the proposed algorithms. The exercise recommendation system model proposed in this paper is designed based on the neural collaborative filtering (NCF) algorithm using multi-layer perceptron and matrix factorization algorithm. The learning proceeds with proposed model by receiving user metadata and exercise information. The model where learning is completed provides recommendation score to the user when a specific exercise is set as the input of the model. As a result of the experiment, the proposed exercise recommendation system model showed 10% improvement in recommended performance and 50% reduction in learning time compared to the existing NCF model.
Matrix theory is widely used not only in mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering, but also in social sciences and artificial intelligence. In the 2009 revised mathematics curriculum, matrices were removed from high school math education to reduce the burden on students, but in anticipation of the age of artificial intelligence, they will be reintegrated into the 2022 revised education curriculum. Therefore, there is a need to analyze the matrix content covered in other countries to suggest a meaningful direction for matrix education and to derive implications for textbook composition. In this study, we analyzed the German mathematics curriculum and standard education curriculum, as well as the matrix units in the German Hesse state mathematics curriculum and textbook, and identified the characteristics of their content elements and development methods. As a result of our analysis, it was found that the German textbooks cover matrices in three categories: matrices for solving linear equations, matrices for explaining linear transformations, and matrices for explaining transition processes. It was also found that the emphasis was on mathematical reasoning and modeling when learning matrices. Based on these findings, we suggest that if matrices are to be reintegrated into school mathematics, the curriculum should focus on deep conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and mathematical modeling in textbook composition.
The proliferation of online social networking services (OSNSs) and smartphones has enabled people to easily make friends with a large number of users in the online communities, and interact with each other. This leads to an increase in the usage rate of OSNSs. However, individuals who have immersed into their digital lives, prioritizing the virtual world against the real one, become more and more isolated in the physical world. Thus, their socialization processes that are undertaken only through lots of face-to-face interactions and trial-and-errors are apt to be neglected via 'Add Friend' kind of functions in OSNSs. In this paper, we present a friend recommendation system based on the on/off-line contextual information for the OSNS users to have more serendipitous offline interactions. In order to accomplish this, we modeled both offline information (i.e., place visit history) collected from a user's smartphone on a 3D tensor, and online social data (i.e., friend relationships) from Facebook on a matrix. We then recommended like-minded people and encouraged their offline interactions. We evaluated the users' satisfaction based on a real-world dataset collected from 43 users (12 on-campus users and 31 users randomly selected from Facebook friends of on-campus users).
The extension of life expectancy due to modernization means an extension of the benefit time for elderly care and disease. However, compared to the increase in the elderly, the attitude of children toward parental responsibility is gradually weakening. These social phenomena bring alienation, hopelessness, and stress to life in old age, and the resulting sense of helplessness leads to suicidal thoughts or intentional death (suicide), becoming a social problem. The intentional death (suicide) of the elderly is a social phenomenon that often occurs around them, and the reality can be seen through the movie. In this study, the main character 'Soyoung' in the movie 'The Woman Who Kills' and the surrounding characters 'Song Old Man', 'Jongsu', and 'Jaewoo' in conversations with the elderly problem and death factors were analyzed in the Matrix. ), and then applied to the 'flow chart of problems in the elderly due to modernization' compiled by Byeong-Woo Lim (2019), to explore the factors of intentional death (suicide). As a result of the analysis, the four elderly were exposed to problems of the elderly such as disease, alienation and loneliness, poverty, and loss. (Suicide) was analyzed.

In this paper, to analyze the meaning of middle-aged men's economic activities, TEXTOM was used to analyze them. The data collection period is set from 2017 to 2019. Among the collected data, 100 refined words were converted into a matrix in which the degree of social connection was calculated, and the keyword network analysis was performed again with the NetDraw program. According to the study, middle-aged men put more meaning on their current work and family than their future retirement. Also, the related word commonly included in the top five for all three years was 'work'. Related words commonly included in the top 10 were 'old age', 'family', and 'work', and in 2018 and 2019, 'health' was included in the top 10. As a result of this, the middle-aged men living in the modern age are the generation who keep their families through economic activities and are increasingly interested in health and prepare for retirement. Therefore, policy support for stable economic activities is needed to improve the quality of life for middle-aged men. It is necessary to extend the retirement age, expand jobs and provide effective vocational training so that it can handle its role as the head of a family. In addition, measures should be taken to reduce the wage gap between highly skilled and low-skilled workers.
Personalities. human relations. living patterns. and so on of the aged have been moulded respectively for a long period of time and their present situation of health. family make-up. economic condition etc. are different individually. Various characteristics - physiological. psychological and social peculiarities - of the aged are analyzed and studied in preceding paper to grope planning factors of architectural spaces by referring to sundry records from many branch gerontology, medical science. psycology. sociology. etc. - of knowledge in a position of architectural planning. So. in this paper. the directions of planning residential environment for the aged are studied on the base of those planning factors of architectural spaces. there are room(X$_1$). unit home(X$_2$), public housing(X$_3$), residential district(X$_4$) as dwelling spaces for the aged in X axis and safety(Y$_1$). hygiene(Y$_2$). convenience (Y$_3$), comfortableness (Y$_4$). psychology ($Y^5$), aesthetics ($Y^6$). society ($Y^7$). economy ($Y^8$) as the terms desired to spaces in Y axis. And the directions of planning residential environment for the elderly are studied by discussing mutual matters relevant to the subject on the cells of matrix formed by X. Y axis. In planning residential environment for the elderly. their physiological. psychological. social characteristics should be considered thoroughly and many types of dwelling spaces should be built. Then they can take up their abode to suit their conditions easily.
This study aimed to explore the anger of child, the factors influencing the anger of child, the therapeutic techniques of therapist to resolve the marital conflict as well as the anger of child and the changes of family members after getting family therapy. The data was consisted of recording transcripts and note-taking of 8 sessions family therapy. The study used a constant comparative analysis and Miles & Huberman's matrix and network display as analysis method. The anger of child included aggressive and violent behavior, temperament, fear, anxiety, and negligence of rule. The study revealed parental dysfunctional communication patterns and parental experiences from family of origin as factors influencing the anger of child. The study found therapist's self-disclosure, sharing and comparing with similar cases, explanation of dysfunctional communication patterns, explanation about similarity in generational transmission process, and suggestion of new solutions as therapeutic techniques. The result of study showed the alleviation of marital conflict, the amelioration in the anger of child, and the change in the relationships of family members after getting family therapy.

Recently numerous studies are conducted to estimate the human personality from the online social activities. This paper develops a comprehensive model for political attitude estimation leveraging the Facebook Like information of the users. We designed a Facebook Crawler that efficiently collects data overcoming the difficulties in crawling Ajax enabled Facebook pages. We show that the category level selection can reduce the data analysis complexity utilizing the sparsity of the huge like-attitude matrix. In the Korean Facebook users' context, only 28 criteria (3% of the total) can estimate the political polarity of the user with high accuracy (AUC of 0.82).
The aim of this study is to identify research trends of "Journal of Fashion Business" by analyzing the keyword network of the paper published between 2006 and 2017. The papers selected for analysis in the study were 287 fashion design articles and 281 fashion marketing articles published between February 2006 and December 2017 and titles, volumes, publishing years, authors, keywords, and abstracts of each paper were collected for data analysis. The research was carried out through selection, collection of article data, keyword extraction and coding, keywords refinement, formation of network matrix, and analysis and visualization process. The main purposes of this study are (1) to investigate the extent and level of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices of the hotel in Thailand, (2) to test the different level of CSR practices of the hotel between CSR-in-process and CSR-after-process, and (3) to examine the effect of CSR practices on hotel's performance measured by balanced scorecard (BSC). This study employs survey data collected from 402 owners and executives of hotels in Thailand. Descriptive analysis, paired sample t-test, correlation matrix, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data from the mailed questionnaire. The results show that both CSR-in-process and CSR-after-process practices of hotels were at a high level. However, the level of CSR-in-process practice of hotels was significantly higher than CSR-after-process practice. Moreover, the study found the positive effect of both CSR-in-process and CSR-after-process practices on hotel performance measured by BSC. The results of sensitivity analysis also show the positive effect of CSR-in-process and CSR-after-process practices on each of all six perspectives of BSC. The findings of this study can point to the reasonable reason why hotels should implement CSR practices into their business strategies. In addition, the study demonstrates that stakeholder theory can explain the effect of CSR practices on corporate performance.
