  • This paper is one of the types of 'sharing economy', a social economic model that borrows and shares things, spaces, and services from the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through sharing of empty space and time in the city, I would like to suggest a way to reduce the closure of small business owners in order to create jobs, which is one of urban problems in the community. We also build a platform that utilizes the free time and space of buildings through space sharing, one of the types of sharing economy, and provides education programs for start-up education, promotion, marketing, and consulting by matching small business owners with building owners. Therefore, in this paper, by sharing the space and time, the landlord and the small business can share the profits of the small business by reducing the business owner's closure and the job creation plan. Coaching urban regeneration was proposed.

  • The R&D investment of power industry has significant influences on the social welfare as well as national economy. It is necessary to analyze how efficient the R&D investment has been performed. The objective of this study is to verify the efficiency of the R&D investment in the domestic power industry. A formula was introduced to by calculate the appropriate amount of R&D investment of monopolistic industry under the regulations which are determined by the proportion of R&D elasticity and price elasticity. It has resulted that there would be no economy of scale as the sales of electricity increases at the same rate of the increasing cost. The R&D investment in the present electricity industry has been performed inefficiently by showing the negative impact on price-cost margin of the intensity of R&D investment, which is the extent of R&D investment to reinforce economy of scale.

This research aims to examine whether the tragedy of the commons has hindered the sustainable development of China's economy or not. On the other hand, we try to analyze a solution to improve this situation. Research design, data, and methodology - Theoretical background study, finding optimization models, and data analysis. Results - In the case of a clear definition of property rights, the air will have a market price. The market price will coordinate pollutant emissions. Conclusions - The tragedy of commons has hindered the sustainable development. The model of China's Economic development should be changed.

Few emperors of the early Qing dynasty adopted appeasement policy that mitigated ironies to a certain extent and showed growth in various business related fields. Even the medical administration had freshness during that period. United medical administrative system was generally formed, chicken pox was effectively prevented, shamanistic treatment was banned, medical journals were complied by the government, medical relief was more intensely done. However, actions on restoring Ming dynasty and against Qing dynasty as well as the reform power grew against Qing government threatening it. The drastically grown forces from the western region damaged Qing dynasty that the governors had to adopt despotic measures in politics, economy and culture. The era of Qing dynasty was the period that had scientific culture at its fast growing pace, but for Chinese medicine, by contrary, due to autocracy and other factors, was faced with barriers in the medical development.

  • Recently the construction of high-rise hybrid type building is progressively increased as the social demands. It is significantly important factors such as economy, the safety of structure, and the flexibility of internal space. Therefore new hybrid structural system, using slim flat plate system, is also required to be attained the reduction of story height, the flexibility and efficient use of space. The most suitable structural system is ,with the economy and flexibility, flat plate system in high-rise hybrid type building. But it was focused in the seismic performance for high performance flat plate system in high-rise hybrid type building. Therefore, in the study, to develop the new flat-plate system with high ductile, durable, good performance for the applications. It was evaluated the seismic performance in the critical region of slab-column connection. And then high performance flat plate system, designed by the economy and safety, was developed as a new technique in the application of high-rise hybrid type building.

Respondents were 214 married people residing in Seoul and its outskirts by accidential sampling. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program using frequency, mean, average, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, multiple regression and legit analysis. Result of this study was as follows. Housing values were classified into three categories named as individualism oriented housing value, tradition oriented housing value, and economy oriented housing value. Housing values were different by respondents groups. For example, individualism oriented housing value showed difference according to age and housing area.
