맞춤형 리모델링에 대한 실효성 검증 연구 - 리모델링을 추진중, 완공한 공동주택을 중심으로 - (Investigation into the Effectiveness on Customized Remodeling - Focusing on apartment houses completed during remodeling -)

  • The present remodeling makes almost no difference from rebuilding as all the building materials are removed remaining frame structure only. And, in case of vertical extension of building, higher construction cost and safety problem occur. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, therefore, recommends customized remodeling that can be made in light of the resident' needs such as parking lot, elevator, bathroom, and room for the alternative of remodeling of vertical extension of building. The purpose of this study is to present real data that can be referred to the constructor's decision making before starting the remodeling, by investigating and analyzing the weight and importance between evaluation factors for customized remodeling at the completed time of remodeling. Accordingly, the factors were divided into environmental factor, social factor, and economical factor, and the survey was performed for the residents living in remodeling houses. In addition, for the professionals, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) has been carried out for the priority in the customized remodeling. For environmental factor, the level of importance made difference from that before remodeling, except parking level. For social factor, every item, including psychological satisfaction and community satisfaction, made difference. For economical factor, the recognition level of importance in rent made difference, except sale price of the factor for price satisfaction. In case of the factor for cost satisfaction, it was checked that construction cost and administration cost both could be considered important. As a result of AHP, the most importantly emphasized item was construction cost, and sale price, administration cost, residence structure, and parking lot were followed by priority in order. This study could contribute to reliably settle down customized remodeling by giving reasonable and substantial help from the analysis of the differences in the customized remodeling items before/after the remodeling.

농작물재해보험의 농가 수입안정 및 사회적 후생 효과 분석 (Analysis of Farm Revenue Stabilization and Social Welfare Effects of Crop Yield Insurance)

  • Crop yield insurance program in Korea has rapidly grown not only in quantity but in quality for 15 years since it was introduced in 2001. Despite growth of Crop insurance, performance evaluation for crop yield insurance has not fully been evaluated at the farm, consumer and national level. The purpose of this study is to conduct the performance evaluation for crop yield insurance through estimating the effects of farm revenue stabilization and social welfare increase with three popular insurance items: apple, pear and sweet persimmon. Based on the analysis of social welfare effect, cost-benefit analysis of operating crop yield insurance was conducted at the national level. We found that crop yield insurance stabilizes farm revenue based on the estimated four risk indicators: Coefficient of Variation, Value at Risk, Certainty Equivalence, and Risk Premium. The result of cost-benefit analysis shows that crop yield insurance increases social net benefit by 44.1 billion won for the three items. As a result, crop yield insurance program has contributed remarkably on social welfare as well as farm management and its role will be more important in the future.

시뮬레이션을 활용한 소셜커머스의 물류시스템 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the Logistic System in Social Commerce using Simulation)

  • 본 연구는 최근 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 급성장하고 있는 소셜커머스의 물류시스템을 개선하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 개선하고자하는 물류시스템은 공동배송 시스템으로 동일 지역에서 구매하는 고객에게 묶음 배송 개념을 제안하며, 배송비 및 배송기간에 따른 조건별 혜택을 제시한다. 본 시스템으로 인해 소비자는 배송비 절감이라는 이익을 누릴 수 있게 되며, 소셜커머스 업체는 온라인 최저가 실현을 통해 고객증가와 함께 매출이 증가하는 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 기존의 배송시스템과 개선된 시스템 모형으로 나뉘며, 시뮬레이션을 위한 입력 자료는 실제 소셜커머스에서 판매가 이루어진 결과자료를 토대로 하였다. 시뮬레이션을 위해 7가지의 시나리오를 구성하였으며, 시뮬레이션의 평가는 총주문건수, 완료주문건수, 상품매출액, 배송횟수, 배송비, 조기배송율, 오배송건수의 증감으로 실시한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 개선되는 물류시스템에서 총주문건수, 완료주문건수, 상품매출액이 증가하였으며, 배송횟수 및 전체적인 배송비는 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있었다.

소셜커머스의 경제적 가치와 정보품질이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 동기이론을 기반으로 (Influence of Economic Value and Information Quality on Repurchase Intention in Social Commerce based on Motivation Theory)

  • Purpose: In Korea, market size of social commerce has been increased steadily and highly, but profits of social commerce companies have been decreased because of excessive marketing cost. To overcome this stagnant market environment, new marketing strategy that could attract customers and make customers continue to use social commerce is required instead of cost consuming marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among characteristics of social commerce - that is, economic value and information quality - usefulness, enjoyment, satisfaction and repurchase intention by applying motivation theory to the area of social commerce. Design/Methodology/Approach: Previous researches have been studied by applying Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Model, although there are many studies related with customer acceptance model in the field of e-commerce. However, there is not so many studies in applying motivation theory. So this study adopts new approach to examine why customers use social commerce based on motivation theory. Thus, this study adopts economic value and information quality as antecedents, and then customers will perceive extrinsic and intrinsic motivation; usefulness is extrinsic and enjoyment is intrinsic, and adopts satisfaction and repurchase intention as a dependent variable. The data of questionnaire were collected from customers who have experience to buy something in social commerce. 228 questionnaires as data unit of individual level were collected using random sampling. Findings: This study proved empirically that the relationship between antecedents and motivation factors has a positive influence, and motivation factors also have a positive influence on repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study provides the managers an insight that social commerce companies should pay more attention to improve customer satisfaction in order to increase higher performance in repurchase intention of social commerce.

소비자의 체면민감성과 아웃도어웨어 구매행동 연구 -과시소비의 매개효과 분석- (The Study of Social-Face Sensitivity and Consumer Purchasing Behavior with Outdoor Wear -Mediating Effect of Conspicuous Consumption-)

  • This study was to explore purchasing behavior and repurchase intention by considering social-face sensitivity and conspicuous consumption. To do this, first, this study tried to explain how consumers had different characteristics for social-face sensitivity, conspicuous consumption, purchasing behavior, and repurchase intention for outdoor wear. Second, this study tested the relationship between consumer behavior (purchasing behavior and repurchase intention) and social-face sensitivity by considering the mediating effect of conspicuous consumption. As the results, first, there was a significant relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and conspicuous consumption, which had a significant effect on the purchasing behavior with outdoor wear(purchase frequency, purchase cost). Second, social-face sensitivity (consciousness of shame) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands, status symbol, pursuing fashion), and social face sensitivity (consciousness of social formality) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands). The relationship between the conspicuous consumption and purchasing behavior showed that conspicuous consumption had significant effects on consumer behavior (purchase frequency, purchase cost). The relationship between the social-face sensitivity and purchasing behavior showed that being conscious of others had a significant effect on purchasing behavior. Third, purchasing behavior with outdoor wear had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Finally, this study confirmed that conspicuous consumption had a partially significant mediating effect on the relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and purchasing behavior.

장애인거주시설 유형별 이용자 보호비용(care-cost) 비교 (Comparison of Care Cost Among Large Institution, Small Group-home and Independent Living Home for Disabled People)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인거주시설 중 장애유형별생활시설, 장애인공동생활가정, 장애인자립홈의 이용자 1인당 거주시설 보호비용을 산출하고, 이를 시설유형별, 세입재원별, 장애정도별로 비교하여 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 보다 엄밀한 보호비용 산출을 위하여 회계분야에서 사용하는 원가분석(cost-analysis)방법을 활용하여 거주시설 이용자 1인당 연간 보호비용(단위원가)을 산출하였다. 연구결과 거주시설 유형별로 생활시설은 약 15,000천원 ~ 20,000천원, 공동생활가정은 약 10,000천원 ~ 11,000천원, 자립홈은 약 4,025천원으로 나타났다. 장애정도가 유사한 이용자들만을 별도로 선정하여 거주시설 유형별 보호비용의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 생활시설에 거주하는 이용자가 공동생활가정 이용자보다 높았고, 공동생활가정 이용자는 자립홈 이용자보다 높게 나타났다. 이로써 우리나라에서 주장되고 있는 시설보호의 '규모의 경제' 논리는 실증적인 근거에 반한다고 할 수 있다. 서비스 효과측면에서 뿐만 아니라 비용측면에서도 향후 정책방향은 소규모 지역사회시설을 중심으로 공급을 확대하는 것이 필요하다. 이와 함께 현재 턱 없이 낮게 설정되어 있는 소규모 지역사회거주시설에 대한 정부의 재정지원 수준을 높이는 일도 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

Prospects and Economics of Offshore Wind Turbine Systems

  • In recent years, floating offshore wind turbines have attracted more attention as a new renewable energy resource while bottom-fixed offshore wind turbines reach their limit of water depth. Various projects have been proposed with the rapid increase in installed floating wind power capacity, but the economic aspect remains as a biggest issue. To figure out sensible approaches for saving costs, a comparison analysis of the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) between floating and bottom-fixed offshore wind turbines was carried out. The LCOE was reviewed from a social perspective and a cost breakdown and a literature review analysis were used to itemize the costs into its various components in each level of power plant and system integration. The results show that the highest proportion in capital expenditure of a floating offshore wind turbine results in the substructure part, which is the main difference from a bottom-fixed wind turbine. A floating offshore wind turbine was found to have several advantages over a bottom-fixed wind turbine. Although a similarity in operation and maintenance cost structure is revealed, a floating wind turbine still has the benefit of being able to be maintained at a seaport. After emphasizing the cost-reduction advantages of a floating wind turbine, its LCOE outlook is provided to give a brief overview in the following years. Finally, some estimated cost drivers, such as economics of scale, wind turbine rating, a floater with mooring system, and grid connection cost, are outlined as proposals for floating wind LCOE reduction.

국내 소셜커머스의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - SNS 활용정도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Characteristics of Social Commerce on Purchase Intention - Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Social Network Service)

  • 스마트폰의 활성화로 인해 모바일 혁명이 불고 있다. 모바일 혁명은 SNS 서비스를 단순한 커뮤니케이션 도구에서 소셜커머스의 확산에 매우 중요한 수단으로 만들었다. 하지만 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있는 국내 소셜커머스 시장에서 SNS가 어떠한 역할을 하는지에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 국내 소셜커머스의 다양한 특성들이 소셜커머스의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, SNS가 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내 외 기존 연구를 바탕으로 소셜커머스 특성을 비용절감, 충동구매, 사회적영향, 의사결정지원, 구전효과 등으로 도출한 후 SNS 활용정도와의 상호작용 효과를 검정하였다. 회귀분석결과 모든 소셜커머스 특성은 종속변수에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또 SNS 활용정도와의 상호작용 효과 검정 결과 비용절감과 구전효과가 SNS를 많이 활용할수록 소셜커머스 활성화에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 본 연구의 의의는 소셜커머스 특성과 SNS와의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 소셜커머스 사업자의 전략 수립을 위한 단초를 제공했다는 데에 있다.

장기한계비용을 이용한 한국의 최적 수도요금결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Water Pricing by Long Run Marginal Cost in Korea)

  • Besides insufficient water, water contamination confronts us with 'water crises' of both quantity and quality. However, the daily water consumption per capita of Korea is greater than that of other developed countries. Because of the current low water price, which is lower than a half of production cost, not only does it become difficult to cope promptly with rapidly increasing water demand and water contamination, but it also causes waste of water. We should, therefore, switch over from supply side management-oriented policy to demand side management-oriented policy through a raise of the water rate. This study carries out a cost analysis based on fair return method which is the principle of water pricing in Korea, and it estimates, through equilibrium analysis, long run marginal cost(LRMC), which satisfies allocative efficiency and reflects true social cost to additional one-unit water supply. Based on the results, this study proposes that the estimated LRMC is the optimal price level in water pricing, which is the most important of the demand side management policies. In the end, water conservation effect, price pervasive effect, and social welfare effect are analyzed.
