Mobile applications and social networks tend to enhance the need for high-quality content access. To address the rapid growing demand for data services in mobile networks, it is necessary to develop efficient content caching and distribution techniques, aiming at significantly reduction of redundant content transmission and thus improve content delivery efficiency. In this article, we develop optimal cooperative content cache and distribution policy, where a geographical cluster model is designed for content retrieval across the collaborative small cell base stations (SBSs) and replacement of cache framework. Furthermore, we divide the SBS storage space into two equal parts: the first is local, the other is global content cache. We propose an algorithm to minimize the content caching delay, transmission cost and backhaul bottleneck at the edge of networks. Simulation results indicates that the proposed neighbor SBSs cooperative caching scheme brings a substantial improvement regarding content availability and cache storage capacity at the edge of networks in comparison with the current conventional cache placement approaches.

The fisheries cooperative (FC) performs the economic and nonprofitable activity to get the fundamental objective of enhancing cooperative members' economic and social position. The internal control system fitted for a local FC should be required for not only solving the resulting problem from the complexity of FC environment nowaday but also delegating authorities and performance from FC Federation to a local FC by implementing the local autonomy. The methodology of this study is to empirically test and to analyze the condition of FC internal control system (FCICS) by the questionnaire survey. The actual condition of FCICS in Korea is analyzed by the questionnaire and the detailed contents are as follows : (1) sending 208 questionnaire consisting of 162 questions, and receiving 92 replies from 39 manufactures (business firms) and 15 banks in Gyungnam and Pusan area and 25 FC and 13 agricultural cooperative (AC) in Korea, (2) the analyzed results of FC and AC are treated simultaneously. In the fundamentals of above analyzed results, the evaluation model of FCICS is tried to construct from the relationship between the financial condition of FC and the internal control elements through the stepwise regression method. (1) By the stepwise regression method, the number of FC officials $(X_1)$, the experimental number of regular auditing $(X_7)$, and auditing duty years $(X_8)$ are finally accepted as independent variables, (2) and the final model becomes $Y=-1.53526+0.34455X_1+0.24513X_7+0.16585X_8$/ and this model explains to the extent of 47.826%. From the above study, following proposals are to be suggested: (1) The function and problem of internal control in FCICS is able to be improved by enforcing the function of FCICS and enriching the management's recognition of FCICS (2) The cooperative president can bring up good FC by the rational operation of FCICS according to the size and the performance pattern of FC, adding up to enhance members' economic and social position.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 디지털 문화자본과 사회적 연결감이 공유경제활동 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 PASW 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, T-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생들의 공유경제활동 참여의도 중 재분배 참여의도와 협력적 생활양식 참여의도는 비교적 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 공유경제활동 참여의도는 성별, 연령, 월평균 용돈, SNS 사용시간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재분배 참여의도는 객체화된 디지털 문화자본, 체화된 디지털 문화자본, 사회적 연결감에 대한 인식이 높을수록 증가하였고, 협력적 생활양식 참여의도와 정보공유 참여의도는 디지털 문화자본이 모두 높을수록 증가하였다. 넷째, 공유경제활동 참여의도와 관련 변수들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수는 디지털 문화자본이었다.

본 정성적 연구는 협동학습에 대한 현직 과학교사들의 인식과 교실 현장에서 협동학습의 실천에 따른 장애요소들을 조사하였다. 구성주의 인식론을 배경으로 하고 있는 협동학습은 내용의 단순암기와 경쟁을 통한 학업성취를 조장하는 현재의 교육체계에 대한 하나의 대안적 틀로서 제시되었다. 2001년 여름 1급 정교사 자격연수에 등록한 18명의 현직교사들과의 심층 인터뷰를 통하여 수집한 면접자료는 ‘협동학습에 대한 교사들의 정의, 교실에서의 협동학습의 실천과 관련된 이슈들, 교사 및 학생들의 협동학습에 대한 반응’ 등의 세 가지 측면에서 분류, 분석되었다. 이 영역들은 다시 10개의 주제들로 다시 세분되었다: 교사들이 느낀 협동학습의 의미, 학습에서 대화의 중요성, 협동학습이(부)적절한 상황, 협동학습 수업의 마무리 방법들, 협동학습시의 조편성 방법, 협동학습의 실행에 있어서의 장애요소들, 협동학습에 대한 학생들의 반응, 교사들이 밝힌 학습중심 교수/학습 방법 선택(또는 거부)의 이유, 협동학습법을 선호하는 교사들의 특성, 교사들이 현장에서 협동학습을 거부하는 이유. 각 주제별로 교사들의 반응을 상술하고 토의를 제시하였다. 보다 많은 교실에서의 협동학습의 개발과 실행을 위해서는 (1) 교사들의 인식 전환의 필요성, (2)교사 재교육 기회의 제공, (3) 학생들의 새로운 역할에 대한 적응, (4) 교육과정 및 학습자료 측면의 지원 및 (5) 행정적, 시설적지원 등이 필요함을 주장하는 바이다. 한편, 협동학습이 모든 수업상황이나 교수/학습적 문제들에 있어서 만병통치약이 아니라는 것을 기억해야 한다. 협동학습은 단지 하나의 수업방법 또는 도구로서 가르치고자 하는 특정한 교수목표를 위해 유용하며, 특히 다양한 학습능력을 가진 학생들이 함께 섞여있는 교실에 적절한 방법이다. 후속 연구과제도 제안되었다.

In this study, we investigate the cooperative relationships between researchers who have co-authorship in the logistics-related journals in Korea by using social network analysis (SNA). We analyzed the co-authorship data of 781 articles published from 2005 to 2011 in four journals of 'Logistics Study', 'Journal of Korean Society of SCM', 'Korea Logistics Review' and 'Journal of Shipping and Logistics.' We examined the trend of cooperative research in the field of logistics with basic data of the co-authorship network. Then, we analyzed structural properties of the network and the sub-networks of research groups having co-authorship. We could verify the authors who play important roles within the network by using SNA indicators. In addition, we constructed the keyword networks based on the keyword data of all articles by research groups in order to understand the research topics of each group, and thereby we could draw several implications on the cooperative researches in the field of logistics.

최근에 국립장애인도서관(The National Library for Individuals with Disabilities)이 개관함으로써 장애인을 위한 도서관 봉사에 관심이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도서관의 장애인 봉사를 한 단계 더 높이기 위하여, 장애 및 복지분야의 전문가인 사회복지사(social worker)의 도서관 인식(library perception)을 근거로 두 직종간의 협력방안을 정책적으로 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정책적 협력방안은 다음과 같다: (1) 소셜 네트워크를 이용하여 사서와 사회복지사와의 전문소통 채널을 구축해야 한다. (2) 사회복지사에게 도서관과 사서의 가치와 필요성에 대한 홍보를 강화하여야 한다. (3) 사서의 사회복지분야 전문지식의 교육을 강화하여야 한다. (4) 사서와 사회복지사 업무간의 명확한 정체성을 확립하여야 한다.

This study examined whether sequential transition patterns of social play differed by children's social competence. The social competence of sixty 5-year-old children was rated by their teachers using the Social Competence Scale(NICHD Early Child Research Network, 1996). Children's social play was observed during free play and coded by criteria developed by Robinson et al(2003). Results showed differences in children's social play behaviors by social competence and differences in the transition patterns of children's social play level by social competence. Children with higher social competence showed a transition pattern moving toward cooperative-social interaction, whereas children with lower social competence showed a transition pattern moving backward to solitary or onlooker behavior.

This study considers an approach for subregional fisheries organization in Northeast Asia. The fishery resources in the Northeast Asian waters surrounding Korea are among the most productive in the world because of their extremely high biological productivity and the natural features of the sea. However, the fishery resources of the region have long been subject to heavy fishing pressures, and many stocks are now believed to be seriously depleted or even in danger of extinction because of overfishing. To move to a run sustainable fishery in Northeast Asia waters area, cooperative fisheries management between Korea, China and Japan for common resource is probably necessary. Cooperative fisheries management is likely to be more effective in fishery resources management than individual fisheries management by countries. The effects of fisheries management by regional cooperation can be divided into resource management and economical performance. Cooperative fisheries management as RFO will bring satisfactory results. Currently these jurisdictional extensions and resulting disputes over maritime space and resources were thrust upon an already transitional and unstable political environment. However, They have to have a strategic approach for RFO establishment step by step. Cooperative fisheries management using the RFO can mitigate these disputes, and cooperative bilateral fisheries arrangements have been proliferating over the past 10 years and may provide the basis for possible trust-building multilateral agreements.

This study delved into the effects of labor union members' social media utilization for the formation of labor union social capital. Specifically, this study aimed to identify the effects of labor union-related social media use and participation on the labor union's social capital formation through quantitative and qualitative research. It set up trust, network, and participation as social capital components and as dependent variables. Network, in particular, was divided into bonding and bridging aspect. There is the correlation between labor union-related social media use and the formation of labor union social capital. As participation in the group type social media operated by a labor union becomes more active, evaluation on labor union social capital throughout trust, network, and participation is higher. Especially, the correlation between bonding network and bridging network was high. This proves that a labor union's bond enhancement does not result in the labor union's selfishness, but it can build a cooperative system with an external network.
