Real estate development promotes the efficient management of the land and has immense impact on national economy. So, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive policy by accumulating related information. Real estate development map must have the information about a parcel and adjacent parcel to make it possible to analysis in spatial domain, because error will be manifested in analysis using only real estate attribute information. This can be allocate the attribute of public management information about real estate on cadastral information and spatial information for social infrastructure and buildings. Especially, it must maintain the latest information of changes in the shape and the attributes of the buildings. This study suggested a method for developing a real estate development map based on road name address map and a method to maintain the latest information through the connection with related systems.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing on the denture satisfaction in the low income elderly people. Methods: The subjects were 143 elderly people from 60 to 75 years old wearing dentures and receiving consistent follow-up in the public health center in Busan. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by the elderly people from February 1 to March 1, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of denture satisfaction, social variables, and psychological variables. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The sociodemographic characteristics included gender, age, and chronic diseases. The recognition of oral health included pronunciation, denture maintenance, mastication ability, and education for denture care. The questionnaire was measured by Likert 5 scale. Results: Gender, chronic disease, denture care instructions, and the self-preception of the oral health after denture treatment were closely correlated with denture satisfaction(p<0.001). Age and the number of repairs were very important factor to denture satisfaction(p<0.05). Elderly women were more satisfied with denture than men and those who had no chronic diseases tended to be more satisfied with denture. Those who received oral care instructions were more satisfied with the denture than those who did not. The younger age group and no repairing prosthetic group tended to be more satisfied with the denture. Conclusions: It is important to provide the denture management services to the low income elderly when they demand the services. The national dental health policy must be focused on connection of the elderly people denture services with the public health center.

The ubiquitous network revolution is beginning with the onset of digital convergence, whereby computers, horne appliances, and communications and broadcast media are being unified into digital media with the founding of the information super high speed. This technical advancement is creating a new culture and a new space and accelerating society's transition to the new and unique social paradigm of a 'ubiquitous society'. In particular, studies on ubiquitous communications are well underway. Lately, the focus has been on the Bluetooth technology due to its applicability in various environments. Applying Bluetooth connectivity to new environments such as ubiquitous or sensor networks requires finding new ways of using it. Thus, the scalable Bluetooth piconet scheme with independent slave device is proposed. It follows from work by Sea et al. But extended scatternet is not considered is Kiisc05 paper. Therefore, we propose secure bridge connection scheme for scalable Bluetooth scatternet.

In multi-media, multi-channel era, video viewing using various digital devices via the Internet, not the existing broadcasting network, is emerging as a new broadcasting viewing behavior. OTT service is regarded as the main service of this change of viewing behavior. It is a video service that can seamlessly use any content desired by the user at any time, at any time, any device, any contents, if the Internet connection is available. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of OTT service by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM). As a result of analyzing through 303 questionnaires of the early users of OTT service, social pressure, perceived popularity, perceived cost, user reputation, individual innovation, and esthetics set as external factors in this study are partially affects perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. In addition, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment are directly influencing satisfaction. Based on these results, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications and propose future research direction.

The purpose of this study is research on the characteristics of post-modernism expressed on western hair styles in the late 20th century. Therefore this thesis analyzed the relationship of modernism & the hair styles of that mage and post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. That will re-illuminate the same beauty worth of same age as to accurate the concept of post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. And the last, criticizing the post-modernism design and that hair design, helping to find new trends. The method of this study was the literature research & analysis of visual materials focus on upper bust image that can know the relationship of modernism & the hair styles of that mage, and post-modernism & the hair styles of that mage. First, the literature research is composed of analysis of theses, magazines on art, clothing and cosmetology having the contents of 20th century western culture, art and hair styles. Second, the analysis of visual materials is composed of analysis of video films, slide films and photographs of books, magazines, and internet home-pages. Modern western hair styles, appeared after 1910's, is represented as a short cut & permanent wave. That express experimentalism, functionalism, and purism, that is same as the other art's trend of same age. Post-modern western hair styles, appeared after 1960's, also show the same trend with same age's. This summarized & characterized 8 categories; historical method, pluralism, negotiation, escape from the formality, recovery of humanity, ornament, connection with race, metaphor & symbolism. But post-modernism concentrating pluralism makes easy making low quality art and absence of criticism, so this thesis criticised it 5 categories; absence of ideas, absence of the social sense of responsibility, lost of one's characteristics, decline of skills, decline of worth of usages.

This paper proposes a platform construction plan for the use of spectrum big data, collects and analyzes the big data in the radio wave field, establishes a linkage plan, and presents a support system scheme for linking and using the spectrum and public sector big data. It presented a plan to build a big data platform in connection with the spectrum public sector. In a situation where there is a lack of a support system for systematic analysis and utilization of big data in the field of radio waves, by establishing a platform construction plan for the use of big data by radio-related industries, the preemptive response to realize the 4th Industrial Revolution and the status and state of the domestic radio field. The company intends to contribute to enhancing the convenience of users of the big data platform in the public sector by securing the innovation growth engine of the company and contributing to the fair competition of the radio wave industry and the improvement of service quality. In addition, it intends to contribute to raising the social awareness of the value of spectrum management data utilization and establishing a collaboration system that uses spectrum big data through joint use of the platform.

This study aims to explore a plan for the educational application of K-MOOC brought into relief as a new education system and to draw a direction of improvement for increasing learners' satisfaction through the development and operation of the K-MOOC Course. The colleges produce and provide the MOOC Course as a counterplan through college innovation to respond to social changes due to the reduction of school-age population. Thus, this study selected the target courses for the operation of K-MOOC and proceeded with the development of a course, referring to the guidelines for the development and operation of the K-MOOC Course at the National Institute for Lifelong Education with the quantity for 14 weeks (About 50 minutes per week) for the period of the development of the course of about 5 months. The development of the course was made in the stages of design, development, inspection, and operation. The implications of the operation of K-MOOC obtained through this study are as follows: First, in order to increase the utilization of the MOOC Course, it is necessary to operate it in connection with the regular curriculum; second, it is necessary to have desirable communication to induce the interaction and academic motivation between the instructor and the learners; and third, it is necessary to analyze the relationship of the impact by each background factor through analyzing satisfaction with the lecture and continue to assure the quality of the course through understanding the learners' demands. For this purpose, it is important to experience new attempts directly and analyze the performance of education and the satisfaction of consumers and the instructor in detail, and it is necessary to construct a curriculum suitable for K-MOOC and seek an effective teaching method.

This essay examines the relationship between death and the minor literature and the minor philosophy of education. Deleuze and Guattari conceive death as the source of question and the problem. Death overcomes Freud's death-drive and is conceived as the universal event. Then, death is understood as the essential problem, the condition of thought about life, and the paradox of actuality. On the other hand, their minor literature is able to figure in Kafka's works, Metamorphosis and so on, excellently. Deleuze and Guattari argue that Kafka's works push ahead to the edge of the deterritorization. Their argument on the minor literature has the following three characteristics: first, the territorization of the language; second, the directional connection between the individual and the social; third, the collective arrangement of the statement. Death and the minor literature share the "intensity" as the theoretical tool and thus presuppose each other. From this, we are able to draw the possibility of the minor philosophy of education. It makes a crack on the major philosophy of education, exposing the limitation of the doctrines. In other words, the major philosophy of education enforces the reading of grand philosophers by the defined ways only. Instead, Deleuze and Guattari show the creative way through their research of the history of philosophy and extend the field of thought. In following this way, we can repeat the novel in the philosophy of education also. In this essay, we examine their "affect" for the possibility.

Appointment of arbitrators is very important in arbitration. As it has been a long laps since Korean peninsula was devided into two parts, South and North, it has come to be too much gaps between South and North in the law, social system, commercial practice and etc.. South Korea is familar to international commercial practice and capitalistic legal system generalized internationally in modern times. On the other hand as North Korea was closed society for a long time, they are not familar to international commercial practice and market economy. In this connection, commercial disputes arising from the transactions between South and North will occur frequently and it will be very difficult to select governing law or commercial practice referred to the disputes. Under the circumstances, when and if an arbitrator from South or North will be appointed as presiding arbitrator in the tribunal composed by three arbitrators, the part from which the presiding arbitrator come will be a majority, and it will be advantageous to the parties came from the part of which the presiding arbitrator come from. Such being the case, sole arbitrator or presiding arbitrator needs to be appointed among foreigner. Otherwise I recommend the tribunal composed by two arbitrators and umpire system. As to arbitrator's fee, as there is a big gap in its economic aspects between South and North, I supposed to need establishing the fund made by corporation with South and North in order to compensate arbitrators from South or abroad for their fee. Finally it is more important to prevent disputes arising from transactions between South and North. In order to prevent the disputes, education for North Korean about international commercial practice and skill to make a contract of international sale of goods and investment are needed.
