  • Extremely fine particles seriously affect people and are becoming a social problem. Conventional methods using the type of beta ray absorption are difficult to have real-time measurements and miniaturization for the acquisition of fine dust. In this paper, a light scattering method was used. The sensors were configured internally with semiconductor laser diodes for miniaturization, low cost and lightweight. The use of the FFT method makes it easier to separate fine dust according to size compared to conventional light scattering sensors. Bluetooth communication also allows the connection, monitoring and control of devices using smart phones.

  • This study analyzes the need for appropriate response education in schools for national health and sustainable development education in connection with particulate matter, which has recently emerged as a serious environmental and social problem. The survey was conducted on 1,200 teenagers(middle and high school students) in North Jeolla Province. The results of the study are as follows. First, the survey results were generally low in terms of environmental attitude and response(actuality) as well as the level of knowledge of particulate matter. Second, particulate matter-related education is rarely conducted at school sites; therefore, it is also necessary to develop an environmental education programs that can be a significant educational experience along with a specific educational orientation that is required to ensure the achievement of sustainable residential environment education. Finally, we hope that this study will help raise awareness on sustainable residential environment education amid difficulties in accessibility. Issues that need further study include: the absence of education materials, environmental education related to particulate matter, and guidance on how to maintain healthy living for individuals that help increase interest in a sustainable living environment for future generations.

  • In the present context of systemic global crisis, this paper focuses on a sustainable society. Throughout the World there are vast members of the unemployes. A secure job lasting a lifetime has become more and more rare. Nowadays majority of jobs are part-time or temporary. $Andr{\acute{e}}$ Gorz found a solution in a policy of the progessive reduction in labor time. This is the potential which automated production opens up for a culture society. Nevertheless, Gorz's proposal is based on utopion ideals. This paper focuses on a dynamic force for a culture society, especially art, learning and the third sector. Adrienne Goehler underlines that a culture in the broad sense of the word produces economical and social productivity. In this connection Goehler give attention to 'Cultrual Creatives' and the Creative Class. Cultural creatives are comprised of people who have participated in the process of creating a new culture with enlightened creativity. The Creative Class is a class of workers whose job is to create economic growth through innovation. Creativity is important for a sustainable society. Gore and Rifkin both come close to the ecological thinking. Gore claims that ecosystem of nature have a self-organizing capacity. In this context tried to prove this article that ecosystem is closely connected with a creative environment.

  • Russian State Historical Archive (Rossiiskii gosudarstvennyi istoricheskii arkhiv - RGIA) received its present name in June 1992, and before 1961 was known as TsGIA. RGIA holds the major records of high-level and central state and administrative institutions and agencies of tsarist Russia from the eighteenth century to 1910s (except the records of the Army, Navy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), as well as fonds of social organizations, institutions, and individuals of prerevolutionary Russia. The main goal of this article is to assist understanding russian principle on arrangement and classification archives with its historical development focusing on one of the biggest historical archive in Russia. The primary set of historical records in RGIA remain arranged in 3-steps classification system: fond (collection) -- opis' (inventory) -- delo (file). In this general survey of RGIA author offers detailed information on the collection of archives and the system for classification of its huge amounts of primary sources in connection with influence upon historical studies. Despite the general economic crisis Russian archives are struggling to keep their doors open for public research and are exerting their energies in present electronic information to scholars and other researchers from throughout the world. The result, however, is not rewarded enough, considering the effort involved.

  • The Diary of Muk-Jae is a historical record that describes many social aspects of the Joseon period in the 16th century. It records many scenes of its author, Lee Mun-Geon, treating patients. This paper uses The Diary of Muk-Jae to examine changes in the perception of the concept of cold damage and the text of the Shanghanlun (Treatise on Cold Damage) in the Joseon period in the 16th century. In The Diary of Muk-Jae, cold damage is understood in connection with two categories: 'dangerous disease' and 'disease caused by cold'. The Diary of Muk-Jae also presents the Shanghanlun not as a work limited to the concept of cold damage, but as a medical text that could be widely used for many different diseases. Thus, The Diary of Muk-Jae may represent a point of transition between in the perception of cold damage as seen in the Uibang Yuchui (The Collection of Medical Procedures) of the 15th century and the Donguibogam of the 17th century.

A total of 322 full-time employees from different universities and technical colleges participated in an online survey and hardcopy survey. The data was collected using the primary data collection method. Structured scales were adopted for the study to include all the variables under study (Garcia-Morales et al., 2012; Baumsteiger et al., 2019). The adopted questionnaire was slightly modified to align with the circumstances of universities as well as colleges in Oman. A hypothesis is formed to find out the significant contributions among different sample categories. The correlation method was used to find out the relationship. It was evident from the result that there exists a significant relationship between major variables under study. This study reveals an important characteristic of transformational leadership towards prosocial behavioral intentions as it has a connection with organizational performance. There is limited research available to find out the relationship between prosocial behavioral intentions, transformational leadership, and organizational performance. This research focuses on identifying the antecedents and factors influencing organizations' performance efficiently and productively.
