Social welfare center is a representation agency in the local welfare system to provide the local residents with necessary services directly. The purpose of this study is to give the fundamental materials for space program in terms of planning a social welfare center by means of analyzing spatial arrangement of each section in senior welfare activity. The structure of the social welfare center should be adopted to the reality and the center of local should pay attention to enhance the quality of life in elderly. As the aspects of the programs, distinctive program should be designed. To do so, social welfare center should be adjusted to the local situation and get flexibility on operating in the local level. Each program in senior welfare activity should be connected in the spatial organization and various space should be provided in desire of elderly. So the section of dining room and medical rehabilitation is a places mostly for the elderly. Multipurpose space for the interest and leisure and the space of the senior education facility are provided in social welfare center.

본 연구는 사회복지 연구의 주요 경향을 비판적으로 고찰하면서 페미니스트 인식론과 사회복지 연구의 절합을 모색하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 "한국사회복지학"에 게재된 양적 질적 연구의 주요 경향과 여성에 관한 연구를 분석하고, 방법론 및 인식론적 쟁점을 논의하면서 페미니스트 인식론의 내용과 사회복지적 함의를 살펴보았다. 페미니스트 인식론으로부터 출발하는 연구는 실증주의적 전통에서 출발하는 객관성의 개념을 재고하고, 지식구축 과정에 작용하는 권력관계와 주체-타자와의 관계를 성찰하게 하여 연구자와 연구참여자와의 민주적이고 변증법적인 관계를 새롭게 정립시킨다는 점에서 사회복지 연구에 대안적 전망을 제시할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구자들은 페미니스트 인식론과의 조우가 억압받는 사람들의 삶으로부터 사고를 시작하는 사회복지(학)의 비판적 이론과 실천적 전망을 회복시켜 줄 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to apply to the phenomenological self-evaluation method in the social welfare agency. It means that the phenomenological self-evaluation method accepts "the reality" which occurs in the social welfare setting, and functions for the social worker to play dual role of practitioner-evaluator. This paper examines two dimensions of social work evaluation theory and practice. Firstly, this study is to investigate a trend of evaluation in social work setting, and seeks theoretical aspect of phenomenological self-evaluation method, with emphasis on the strength and limit of the positivism evaluation methods. Although qualitative evaluation was suggested to make an alternative to the positivism by qualitative researchers, they did not suggest the specific methods and roles of the practitioner-evaluator. In this study, two directions of the phenomenological self-evaluation method are suggested to overcome the limitations. which are "environment-relation self-evaluation" and "program-oriented self-evaluation". Secondly, the result of phenomenological self-evaluation studies for the social welfare community center program and organization in kangnam district from June, 1994 (Program-oriented self-evaluation) to march, 2000 (Environment-relation self-evaluation) are presented. the phenomenological self-evaluation study showed the expected outcome such as; reflective self-training, making a practice knowledge, enhancing service quality, and reinforcing the identity of social welfare profession.

본 연구는 한국 사회복지학 연구방법론에 대한 분석과 고찰을 통하여 질적 연구방법의 사회복지학에 대한 유용성을 논의하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 사회복지학의 가장 대표적인 학술지인 "한국사회복지학"에 실린 학술논문 538편을 연구 방법론에 초점을 두고 분석한다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 사회복지학은 양적 연구방법에의 과도한 편향이 매우 극심한 상황인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 1990년대 중반이 되면서 이러한 한계가 지적되어 질적 연구방법을 활용한 논문들이 등장하기 시작하는데, 엄밀성 측면에서 볼 때 방법의 적절성과 수준은 매우 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 한국 사회복지학 연구방법론의 동향 분석과 함께 본 연구는 질적 연구방법의 특성과 유형을 정리하면서 한국 사회복지학과 질적 연구방법의 적합성(fitness) 즉 '질적 연구방법이 왜 필요한가' 그리고 '그 유용성은 무엇인가'를 중심으로 논의를 전개한다. 이러한 논의를 통하여 본 연구는 한국 사회복지학의 양적 연구방법에 편향된 상황에 대한 문제를 제기하며, 사회현상의 본질과 실재를 이해하기 위해서는 하나의 방법론이나 패러다임에 얽매이지 않고 사회과학의 많은 연구방법을 적절하게 활용하는 것이 매우 중요함을 제시한다.

The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. And so the relation of space and the service function required the change of spatial configuration. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community service etc. In such sense, this research explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the community welfare service unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service function, the service program, the usage characteristics, the room satisfaction of social workers. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. It could be used in the basic design criteria of community service unit for the social welfare center in small city.

It is true that the social welfare center influences on the community service. The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community welfare, education culture etc. Education culture magnified, and it is acting role as the community education culture center by various program including cultural desire according to the modern request to the whole local resident. In such sense, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the education culture unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the service importance. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. Case study and analysis contents about education culture unit of social welfare center present the basic design data for the space plan of suitable social welfare center in small city.

사회복지시설은 지역주민의 복지욕구에 적합한 서비스의 자원개발과 전달체계를 국가로부터 위임받아 국민에게 전문적인 사회복지서비스 제공을 위해 시설의 합리적이고 효율적인 시설운영과 효과적인 서비스전달 등에 대한 사회적 책임의식을 가진다. 지금까지 사회복지사업법 규정에 의한 제5차에 걸친 평가는 사회복지시설 운영의 효율성과 책임성을 제고하는 동시에 합리적이고 체계적인 운영방향을 제시하여 사회복지시설의 균형적 발전과 선진화를 위한 중요한 토대를 마련하였다. 그러나 사회복지시설 평가의 문제점에 대해서도 지속적으로 제기되어 온 것도 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응할 수 있는 평가체계가 갖추어야 할 기준과 개선방안을 도출함으로써 시설이용자들의 복지를 통한 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 융합모형을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 사회복지 현장실습이 진로선택에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통계분석 기법을 중심으로 연구하고자 한다. 복지 현장실습이 전문가를 양성시키는 중요한 곳이기 때문에 지식, 가치, 실천적 기술을 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 측면에서 복지현장실습이 진로와 직결되기 때문에 사회복지학과의 교과수업 만족도, 기관 등 연계를 원하는 정도, 사회복지학과의 실습에 관한 요인인 실습의 만족도에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 첫째, 사회복지학과 실습생들의 개인적 특성을 파악한다. 둘째, 사회복지학과 요인과 진로선택의 관계를 규명한다. 셋째, 사회복지학과 대학(원)생들이 사회복지현장실습이 진로선택에 영향을 주는지 살펴본다.
