With a rapid progress in electronic industry we enjoy various conveniences of life. As many kinds of information equipments are supplied even to most of individuals as to be called an information society, we are exchanging much information with one another surprisingly. Consequently the occupation density of microwave frequency band is highly increased, and electromagnetic environment is getting more seriously bad. It often gives fatal blow to even human life and thus becomes serious social problems. Electromagnetic wave absorbers for anechoic chamber are needed to broaden the effective frequency bandwidth, reduce the thickness, and decrease the weight. There are various absorbers proposed for the above conditions, but they could not decisively solve it the alone requirements. The Electromagnetic wave absorber made by a conventional ferrite tile has, for example, broadened the useful frequency bandwidth by the way of forming air layer(practically use urethane foam, etc.) on the ferrite tile. Therefore, an air layer is formed between a reflection plate and a sintered Ni-Zn ferrite tile of 7 mm in thickness, which has reflectivity less than -20 dB from 30 MHz to 400 MHz in bandwidth. Accordingly, in this paper, a broadened electromagnetic wave absorber are designed, which has the reflection characteristics less than -20 dB from 30 MHz to 6,000 MHz in the bandwidth. Then we achieved the goal by design the inserting square Ferrite Cylinders with the thickness less than 17.5 mm on existing grid type Ferrite absorber. The purpose of this research is on the development of very wide-band electromagnetic absorber for a universal anechoic chamber for measuring radiated electromagnetic wave or immunity of electronic equipments, GTEM-cell, wall material for preventing TV ghost, etc.
The purpose of this study was to examine how an undergraduate family diversity course supported students to enhance undergraduate students' understanding of diversity issues and cultural competence that are necessary to work with diverse families and children as future family science professionals. We collected qualitative research data from 108 students who were enrolled in five sections of an undergraduate-level diversity course, Working with Diverse Families and Children , using nine open-ended questions. In the current study, we specifically focused on four questions in relevant to what undergraduate students learned and what they desired to learn more about diversity issues in families grounded in Hollinger's developmental model of ethical reflection. Using inductive and deductive iterative processes and triangulation, we conducted thematic analysis. Overall, our findings showed that undergraduate students understood the core concepts of diversity and cultural competence. However, they understood these issues at different stages of Hollinger's model of ethical reflection after taking the course. Most undergraduate students accomplished their cognitive and empathetic understanding of diversity and were primarily in Stages 1 and 2. We suggest interactive and reflective teaching strategies that may be effective for undergraduate students to challenge their own biases, practice ethical decision, and prepare for social actions as family science professionals.

This study is a qualitative study conducted to understand and explain the operating room practice experience of nursing college students. Participants in this study were 67 nursing college students in 3rd and 4th grade at a university in C-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do who participated in the practice of operating rooms. The data collection period was from January 14, 2019 to January 13, 2020, and the data collection was carried out through an open self-report-style reflection log, and the collected data was analyzed using the traditional content analysis method of Krippendorff [21]. Analysis of the operating room practice experience of nursing college students resulted in 27 sub-themes, 12 themes and 5 categories. The five categories are "Being seized with complicated feelings," "Being faced with dissection body," "Learning the characteristics of the operating room, " "Being confronted with the limits of clinical practice" and "Self-reflection." The results of this study provided an understanding of the operating room practice experience of nursing students and are expected to be used as basic data to improve the quality of practice of nursing students.
Nam(2008a) suggested that the role of teacher for helping students to learn mathematical structures should be the manifestor of tacit knowledge. But there have been lack of researches on embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge. This study embodies the manifestation of tacit knowledge by showing that exemplification is one way of manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method. First, the goal of the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification is helping students to learn mathematical structures. Second, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by perceiving invariance in the midst of change. Third, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by constructing explicit knowledge creatively, reflection on constructive activity and social interaction. In conclusion, exemplification could be seen one way of embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method.
Professional identity formation (PIF) is an essential concept in professional education. Many scholars have explored conceptual frameworks of PIF and conducted empirical studies to advance an understanding of the construct in medical education. Despite its importance, it is unclear what educational approaches and assessment practices are actually implemented in medical education settings. Therefore, we conducted a literature review of empirical studies reporting educational practices for medical learners' PIF. We searched the Web of Science database using keywords and chose 37 papers for analysis based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Thematic analysis was conducted. Most empirical papers (92%) were from North America and Western Europe and used qualitative research methods, including mixed methods (99%). The papers reported the use of reflection activities and elective courses for specific purposes, such as art as an educational activity. Patient and healthcare experiences were also found to be a central theme in medical learners' PIF. Through an iterative analysis of the key themes that emerged from the PIF studies, we derived the following key concepts and implications: (1) the importance of creating informal and incidental learning environments, (2) ordinary yet authentic patient experiences, (3) a climate of psychosocial safety in a learning environment embracing individual learners' background and emotional development, and (4) the reconceptualization of PIF education and assessment. In conclusion, research on PIF should be diversified to include various cultural and social contexts. Theoretical frameworks should also be diversified and developed beyond Kegan's developmental framework to accommodate the nonlinear and dynamic nature of PIF.
As can be seen from the statement by the UN Secretary-General that "COVID-19 is a crisis with a woman's face," women have experienced great crisis, pain, and difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examined the situations of women through statistical data and research studies. Through this study, economic, socio-cultural, and psycho-emotional aspects were dealt with in detail, and how these issues appeared in relation to "caring" were examined. In addition, as a response of the church to these problems and crises, pastoral theological reflection was promoted through "Ethics of Care" and "caring ministry". The "caring ministry" of the church extends not only to personal care within the church, but also to social, cultural, economic, political, and ecological issues, and the church has a missionary mission to respond to these issues related to disasters with a public nature. Furthermore, through educational ministry, the change of values and mindsets on "care" and inequality and Diakonia, the loving care of the church community, should be encouraged.
This study analyzed the relationship between the act on the guarantee of rights of and support for persons with developmental disabilities(Act for PWDD) and the similar ordinance of the local governments based on this law and focused on the correspondence(the rate of reflection) and the autonomy(differentiation). As of October 2017, 63 local government regulations and Act for PWDD were analyzed in this study. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the rate of reflection in the ordinance of Act for PWDD was different according to the clause. In the aspect of emphasizing welfare support, the agreement between local ordinance and rate was high. While the Act for PWDD emphasized the rights of persons with developmental disabilities, there was little information about their right in the ordinance of local governments. This is evidence that current ordinance is based on the protective point of view for people with developmental disabilities. In the future, policy measures will be needed to ensure that respect for decision-making by persons with developmental disabilities and rights guarantees are included in the bylaws. Second, there is a provision that the rate of ordinance reflection is 0%, which may be guaranteed by other laws in the area, so it does not mean the absence of related system in the region, but there is possibility of institutional blind spot. In the future, consideration should be given to the complementarity of other legal systems in the area with developmental disabilities, so that persons with developmental disabilities should not be placed in institutional blind spots. Third, the autonomy(differentiation) of local ordinance was examined from the contents aspect and the administrative aspect to help practical implementation. The differentiation between the ordinances vary. Emphasizing the responsibilities of the head of the organization, emphasizing the fact-finding survey, setting up the welfare committee, or adding local needs were included to the ordinance. Local governments considering the enactment of ordinances in the future should refer to these cases and establish enactable local ordinances that take advantage of the characteristics of local autonomy.
This study is to compare and analyze the policy decision process between Korea Long-term Care Insurance and Japan's using policy network theory as an analysis tool, and to lead political and theoretical implications. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, a policy agenda about Long-term Care problem for the Elderly set up by the government-leading both Korea and Japan. and the number of policy participation(actors) increased to characteristics of policy process stage. but there is a difference between Korea and Japan in a background of setting up policy agenda about Long-term Care problem. Second, interaction among policy actors is corporative from early policy agenda establishment stage in Korea and Japan. but it changes to dissenting or critical rapidly as being announced the frame of system to the people. Also, it shows that main policy actors play a role in policy making decision and the connection structures of network is similar to both countries although it has a difference in the interaction frequency. Fourth, although the number of policy actors and the extent of their opinion reflection to the policy effect are different, it shows that policy network pattern is very similar to from policy agenda setting stage to parliament(The National Assemble) policy decision stage as a result of government-leading policy process. The theoretical and political implications of this study are as follows. The number and the variety of policy participation, the importance of establishing opened-interaction system, lots of limitation of policy making-decision process of Japan Long-term Care system, and exclusively the government-leading network has demerits about the reflection of too much government's opinion to the policy outcomes.

This study was conducted to reflect on the 30th anniversary of the Korean Home Economics Education Association(hereafter KHEEA) and to put forth a vision and a mission statement. To meet this purpose, first, reflection points were including the achievements of KHEEA for the last 30 years, the status of home economics education, themes of the bi-annual conferences of the Association, and the social contribution of home economics teachers. It was revealed that research and instruction in home economics education thrived by addressing social needs through its efforts in its 30 years of history. Second, a vision and a mission of home economics education were proposed in order to explore the prospective role of home economics education. The sharing of vision and mission functions as an ideal value and goal that home economics education as a profession should pursue, and it leads home economics professions to the direction that it should pursue. From this study, acting on a vision and a mission of home economics education, will lead to the development of a free individual, free society and sustainable environment, ultimately achieving the total well-being of individuals and families, society, and environment. This study reached the conclusion that the role of home economics education will become more prominent in the future society.
This study attempted to understand the meaning and nature of the drinking experience of participants participating in self-sufficiency program with alcohol problems. For this, data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with seven problem drinkers currently participating in the self-support work project at the local self-support center. It was analyzed by a phenomenological analysis method. As a result of the study, 26 topics, 7 thematic vowels, and 3 categories were derived. The essential meaning of the study participant's drinking experience is as follows. It turned out to be 'a sense of accomplishment and belonging to job performance', 'extension of work life', 'maintaining social relations', 'weekly control drinking for self-support', 'minimum effort not to damage the working environment', 'self-criticism and reflection on absence from work resulting from heavy drinking', 'self-awareness of drinking problems. Through the analysis, the participants drank with a sense of accomplishment and a sense of belonging to job performance, and drinking was considered to extend their work life and maintain social relationships. At the same time, on weekdays when participating in self-support work projects, they we refrain from drinking in their own way and make minimal efforts not to interfere with the working environment under a hangover. The Absent from work due to heavy drinking led to self-reflection and furthermore, it was confirmed that they were aware of their problem drinking.
