본 논문은 다양한 주제 분야의 연구 성과물을 제공하는 학술DB에서 주제어(Keyword) 정보를 바탕으로 SNA(Social Network Analysis)기법을 적용해 검색어와 연관도가 높은 연관검색어를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 주제어들 간의 가중치(Weight)를 계산한 뒤 Ego Network 분석을 통해 검색어와 연관된 연관주제어를 추출하고 이를 기존 학술DB에서 제공한 연관검색어와 비교 정리하였다. 그리고 정리된 결과를 연관규칙 마이닝기법, 유사계수를 적용해 연관도측면에서 비교 평가하였다.

Recently research interest in Knowledge Management (KM) has grown rapidly. Companies regard intellectual capital as important asset and strive to deploy KM in an organization to gain a competitive edge. Many organizations currently engage in knowledge management in order to leverage knowledge both within their organization and externally to their shareholders and customers. Most of the previous research related to KM are dedicated to investigate the role of information technology in extracting, capturing, sharing, coverting organizational knowledge. Knowledge workers, however, are paid less attention though they are the key players in KM activities such as knowledge creation, dissemination, capture and conversion. We regard knowledge workers as a major component of KM and starting point of understanding organizational knowledge activities. Therefore we adopt a method to understand and analyze knowldge workers' social relationships. In this paper we investigate Social Network Analysis (SNA) as a tool for analyzing knowledge network. We introduce the basic concept of SNA and suggest a framework for implementing knowledge network by explaining how SNA can be used for analyzing knowledge network. We also propose a numerical method for identifying knowledge workers using SNA after classifying knowledge workers. The suggested method is expected to help understanding key knowledge players within an organization.

Because military weapons systems for special purposes are small and complex, they are not easy to maintain. Therefore, it is very important to maintain combat strength through quick maintenance in the event of a breakdown. In particular, naval ships are complex weapon systems equipped with various equipment, so other equipment must be considered for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, so that skilled maintenance personnel have a great influence on rapid maintenance. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed maintenance data of defense equipment maintenance information system through text mining and social network analysis(SNA), and tried to identify the naval ship maintenance expertise. The defense equipment maintenance information system is a system that manages military equipment efficiently. In this study, the data(2,538cases) of some naval ship maintenance teams were analyzed. In detail, we examined the contents of main maintenance and maintenance personnel through text mining(word cloud, word network). Next, social network analysis(collaboration analysis, centrality analysis) was used to confirm the collaboration relationship between maintenance personnel and maintenance expertise. Finally, we compare the results of text mining and social network analysis(SNA) to find out appropriate methods for finding and finding naval ship maintenance expertise.

코로나19 이후 비대면 소비 사회로의 전환이 일어나며 생활밀착형 라스트마일 물류 서비스인 택배 기반의 세분화된 도시 물류의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 활용하여 지역 및 상품 특성별로 수요의 관계성을 분석하고자 한다. 전자상거래에서 수요 파악에 활용되었던 장바구니 네트워크와 공동 구매 상품 네트워크를 확장한 분석 결과 택배 주문 건 수 데이터 속에서 상품 카테고리 패턴을 발견하고 지역별 차이를 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제시하는 SNA 기반 분석이 도시 물류의 재고 분산 배치나 상품(SKU) 선정 전략에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음이 확인되었다.

이 연구는 소셜네트워크 분석(SNA: Social Network Analysis)기법을 활용하여 SNS상에서 위험한 인물들의 활동을 파악하고 그들의 불법행위에 대한 차단, 분리 또는 대응하여 큰 위협을 사전에 예방하는데 목적이 있다. SNA는 시스템적으로 많은 사람들의 개인정보와 관계를 분석하여 수사의 효과성과 효율성을 높이고 개인과 용의자와의 복잡한 사회적 관계를 찾아내어 어떻게 그들이 온라인상에서 만나 관계를 맺을 수 있었는지를 보여준다. 소셜네트워크는 전 세계 사람들이 거리와 지리적인 제약을 받지 않고 관계를 맺고 교류할 수 있고 엄청난 양의 정보 또한 공유가 가능케 될 만큼 빠르게 확산되었다. 세계적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 페이스북(Facebook)이나 트위터(Twitter) 같은 소셜네트워크 서비스(SNS: Social Network Service)를 이용한 범죄행위가 급증하고 있는 가운데 최근 테러리스트 그룹인 IS는 그들의 웹사이트를 통해서 자신들의 활동을 외부에 알리기도 하고 그들의 테러행위를 위한 모병활동도 하고 있다. 테러리스트 집단들은 소셜네트워크가 비교적 비용이 적게 들면서도 그들의 목적을 쉽게 달성 할 수 있기에 이를 많이 활용한다. 그러나 그 파급효과가 너무나 크기에 그들의 활동을 차단하는 것이 급선무이다. 따라서 이 연구는 소셜네트워크 상에서 범죄자나 테러리스트들의 활동에 대해 자세히 설명하고 어떻게 그들의 활동을 효과적으로 감지하고 차단하고 대응 할 수 있는지 보여준다. 그리고 앞으로 필요한 연구에 대해서도 제시한다.

It has been pointed out as a limitation that the rank of some efficient DMUs(decision making units) cannot be discriminated due to the relativity nature of efficiency measured by DEA(data envelopment analysis), comparing the production structure. Recently, to solve this problem, a DEA-SNA(social network analysis) model that combines SNA techniques with data envelopment analysis has been studied intensively. Several models have been proposed using techniques such as eigenvector centrality, pagerank centrality, and hypertext induced topic selection(HITS) algorithm, but DMUs that cannot be ranked still remain. Moreover, in the process of extracting latent information within the DMU group to build effective network, a problem that violates the basic assumptions of the DEA also arises. This study is meaningful in finding the cause of the limitations by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the DEA-SNA model proposed so far, and based on this, suggesting the direction and possibility to develop more advanced model. Through the results of this study, it will be enable to further expand the field of research related to DEA.

Large business groups typically have central firms through which their controlling families establish (or acquire) new firms and maintain control over other member firms. Research on corporate governance has developed metrics to identify those central firms and investigated an impact of the centrality on ownership structure and firm's financial performance. This paper introduces centrality metrics used in social network analysis (SNA) to measure how crucial a role each firm plays in the ownership structure of its business group. Then, the SNA centrality metrics are compared with the metrics developed in corporate governance field. Also, we test the relationship between the SNA centrality metrics and firm's value. Experimental results show that the SNA centrality metrics are closely correlated with the centrality metrics used in corporate governance and are significantly correlated with firm's value.

It is important not only to introduce the C4I(Command and Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence) system for realizing the NCW(Network Centric Warfare) but also to evaluate the synergistic effect by the C4I system. However, the study effort for evaluating the system's synergistic effect is insufficient compared with introducing the system. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a model that measures the synergistic effect of combat power by the warfare information system. To measure the synergistic effect of warfare information system, the network power must be considered, so we also proposed a new methodology for measurement of network power based on SNA(Social Network Analysis), not Metcalfe's law. A model we proposed is a model that measures the raised combat power by the network effectiveness. The methodology and model we proposed in this paper will be used usefully to analyze the practical effect of constructing future warfare information system.

This thesis proposes a new social network simulator, which can be used for the social network analysis (SNA). It is composed of three modules; initialization, network evolution, and output generation. For the network evolution module, we suggest a modified JGN (MJGN) based on JGN, the network evolution model developed by Jin, Girvan, and Newman. Arena, one of the most popular simulation tools, was used to model the agent based social network simulator. Lastly, some test results were presented to show the value of the proposed simulator when one performs SNA at the longitudinal point of view.

최근 들어 사회연결망분석을 이용한 연구가 정치학, 언론학, 행정학 등의 사회과학 영역은 물론이고 나아가 자연과학 영역에 이르기까지 여러 분야에서 다양하게 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고, 분석 도구의 소개에 대한 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 즉 사회연결망분석을 수행하기 위해서는 목적에 맞는 자료의 수집과 함께 분석 도구를 이용한 통계값 도출 및 시각화된 결과가 있어야 가능하지만, 아직까지 이를 체계적으로 설명한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 사회연결망분석을 이용하여 연구를 수행하려는 연구자들에게 도움을 주고자, 무료 분석도구인 R프로그램을 이용한 분석과정을 자료입력부터 해석에 이르기까지를 실증자료를 이용하여 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 활용되는 실증자료는 '한국학술지인용색인 DB'에서 제공하는 자료 중, 식품관련 국내학술지의 피인용자료이다. 연구방법론으로서의 사회연결망분석은 통계분석의 보완인 동시에 기존 연구방법을 대체하는 새로운 패러다임인 바, 본 고찰연구는 사회연결망분석의 활성화에 기여할 것이다.
