Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Health Industry: Influences of, Personal, Organizational and Social Factors

  • Purpose - objective of this research is to investigate individual, organizational and environmental factors influence tacit knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals. The transmission of Tacit Knowledge is crucial for organizations to ensure that TK will be passed throughout organization, rather than stored in single employee. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study investigate organizational, individual and environmental factors that influence on TK sharing. To test hypothesizes, the survey method was chosen. Sample size was 100 but 74% of questioners returned. Results - The main findings of this research are related to influence of personal, social cultural and behavioral factors on tacit knowledge sharing. According to extracted data all factors have influence on tacit knowledge sharing except Emotional stability that was found to be negatively related to tacit knowledge sharing. That may means anxiety and stress level of workplace applies negative enhance on tacit knowledge sharing. And finally results show that social environment, team oriented culture and organizational commitment have strongest influences on tacit knowledge sharing. Conclusion - the findings of this study shows that personal, social cultural and behavioral factors influence on tacit knowledge sharing. And also indicates that, social and organizational factors enhance strongly on tacit knowledge sharing.

철학기반의 서비스경제시대 인재상 연구 (A Study on Philosophy-based Human Resource Model in the Service Economy Era)

  • 과거의 제조업 중심 산업경제시대와는 다르게 서비스경제시대는 무형재화중심, 지식보편화, 욕구확장 등의 특징을 가지며 경제의 근간이 되는 많은 것들이 변화하고 있다. 과거에는 환경이 변화하는 속도가 빠르지 않았기 때문에 변화된 환경을 분석한 후 기업에 필요한 인재상을 도출하더라도 오랜 기간 조직에 바람직한 인재상을 유지할 수 있었지만 최근에는 환경 변화 속도가 빨라 선제적으로 인재상을 구축하여 적용하지 않으면 효과적인 경영을 하기 어려운 상황이 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 분석에 의한 기술적(Descriptive) 방식의 인재상 모델 연구가 아닌 바람직한 인재상 모델 도출을 위한 규범적(Normative) 연구를 수행하였다. 현 시대의 특성과 인류사회의 본질을 분석하여 인재상 모델 구축에 반영하였다. 우주의 공통원리, 동양의 대표사상, 서양의 대표사상을 반영하여 인재상의 기본 모델을 구축하였다. 현대 서비스경제시대에 맞는 인재상을 도출하기 위해 현대 경제사회와 현대정신을 분석하여 반영하였다. 도출된 모델은 조직의 두 대립자인 경영자와 직원이 치열한 상호작용을 하며 변증법적으로 균형을 이루어가는 모델이다. 즉 현대 조직에서의 바람직한 인재는 경영자의 역할을 함께 수행해야 하며, 현대 조직의 경영자상과 인재상은 동전의 앞뒷면처럼 서로 연결되어 있는 구조라고 할 수 있다. 인재상의 철학을 인간관, 역사관, 사회관, 경제관, 경영관 등 5개 차원으로 제시하였으며, 인재상 모델은 주인성, 이성성, 지혜, 고객지향성, 혁신성, 유연성, 자율성, 협업성 등 8개 요소로 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 일반적인 인재상 모델이 기업의 근무형태에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 향후 각 기업에 인재상을 반영하기 위한 구체적이고 실증적인 후속 연구들이 필요하다.

Institutional Strategy of Palm Oil Independent Smallholders: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • This article aims to describe the institutional structuring strategy of independent smallholders in accelerating sustainable economic development, by taking the example of the cow-coconut integration system (SISKA) problem in Sialang Palas Village, Riau. The method used identified stakeholders related to SISKA; the stakeholder's goals and interests, farmers' social and institutional bases, and self-help farmer socio-economic networks. First, identification of various factors through strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis techniques. Second, through the Modern Political Economy analysis technique. Third, imparting knowledge and skills to the farmers and village officials through a collective learning process in utilizing natural resource waste and social resources. The results showed that the farmer management strategy in the reform era started by clustering the interests of farmers. The dynamics of structuring group relations between the chairman and members with farmers outside the group are the basis for strengthening the local ideology of independence in the future. This institutional structuring strategy that focuses on access to farm power in the village decision-making process encourages a more integrated work of farmer organizations. The analysis above shows that the independent smallholder institutional engineering through regulation, organization, and resources are determined by the farmer household economic factors and the application of the value of local wisdom.

Factors Affecting Job Pursuit Intention in Hotel Industry in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam

  • Given the rise in international tourism and the rapid growth of the Vietnamese economy, the hospitality industry in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's commercial hub, has been facing severe labor shortages due to competition with other fast-growing parts of the economy. These struggles to acquire high-quality employees is strangling future growth and placing new importance on the role of recruitment. To better understand the effectiveness of an organization's recruitment strategy, recruiters need to ascertain the Job Pursuit Intention (JPI) of job seekers to efficiently align an applicant's work notions with the organization's goals. This study aims to investigate the factors impacting on JPI among employees working in the hotel sector in Ho Chi Minh City. Secondary data are from previous studies and primary data are from consultation with 10 experts, group discussions and five in-depths structured interviews with 15 random employees and 302 survey questionnaires with employees working in three five-star hotels. Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, T-Test, ANOVA are used for statistical analysis. The findings show that compensation, career advancement, and work-life balance affect JPI of job seekers, in which compensation is the most influential factor. Furthermore, recommendations for recruiters, further research and limitations of this study have been laid out.

청년들의 사회적 경제 인식 분석을 통한 청년 진로교육에 관한 연구: 포토보이스 (Photovoice) 방법론 활용 (A Study on Youth Career Education through Analysis of Social Economic Perception of Young People: Using Photovoice Methodology)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청년층으로서 대학생들이 사회적 경제에 대하여 어떻게 인식하고 있는지와 진로에 대한 기피요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구참여자는 서울 소재 대학의 SEN 동아리 활동을 하고 있는 5명의 대학생과 함께 2주 간격으로 3회 진행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구자가 직접 참여하는 연구기법인 포토보이스 (Photovoice)라는 질적 연구방법을 활용하였다. 사회적 경제라는 대주제 하에 참여자들이 선정하여 다룬 세 가지 주제는'내가 생각하는 사회적 경제란','나에게 SEN이란','나의 향후 진로는'이였으며, 각 주제별로 참여자가 사진을 통해 본인의 생각을 표현하고 다른 사람의 의견을 청취하여 공유하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구에 참여한 대학생들은 사회적 경제에 대하여 사회의'다양성','배려', '협동','협력','도움','이해상충'등으로 찍은 사진의 의미를 부여하였다. 둘째, 연구 참여 대학생들은 SEN에 대하여'즐거움','행복','희망','공동체','소속감','애증'등으로 찍은 사진의 의미를 부여 하였다. 셋째, 연구 참여 대학생들은 향후 진로에 대하여 '막막함', '하고 싶은 일', '공공에 대한 진로' 등으로 찍은 사진의 의미를 부여하였다. 마지막으로 졸업생들의 진로에 대한 심층인터뷰 결과를 살펴보면 현실적으로 사회경제적 조직으로 진출이 쉽지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 사회적 경제에 대한 인식제고와 청년층의 진로에 대한 과제를 제안하였다.

서울 성동구와 은평구의 사회혁신클러스터 형성 특성 (Characteristics of the Social Innovation Cluster Formation in Seongdong-gu and Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 최근 경제체제의 한 축을 구성하는 사회적 경제조직이 정부, 투자기관, 중간지원조직, 비영리기구 등과 관계를 맺고 성장하는 것을 사회혁신클러스터라 보고, 이 클러스터가 한국적 상황에서 어떤 특징을 갖고 성장하는지를 서울 성동구와 은평구를 사례로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 클러스터 내부 행위자들과 그들의 관계를 확인하고 클러스터의 형성과정을 분석하였다. 사회적 경제조직들의 협력관계 사회연결망분석의 결과, 성동구는 대학, 글로벌 네트워크, 투자기관 등 네트워크 참여 유형이 은평구보다 다양한 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 민간 주도 중추조직의 역할에 기인하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이것은 클러스터 내부 관계자들에 대한 심층 인터뷰에서도 확인되었다. 두 지역 모두 아직 초기 단계의 모습이지만 사회혁신클러스터의 모습을 갖추고 있음을 확인할 수 있었으나, 클러스터의 성숙단계에서 발견되는 산업의 연계, 타 클러스터와의 융합은 발견되지 않았다. 지속적인 사회혁신클러스터의 성장을 위해서는 두 지역의 정보와 발전 방향을 공유하고 협력하는 것이 필요하다고 제안된다.

지식경영 자원, 전략, 그리고 성과: 상황모형의 검증 (Knowledge Management Resource, Strategy, and Performance: A Test of Contingency Model)

  • Increasing competitive pressure, the constantly accelerating transformation of the economy, and a stronger focus on value creation have initiated the search for sustainable sources of competitive advantage in organizations. In this context, the concept of treating organizational knowledge as a valuable strategic resource has become quite popular recently. Knowledge has become the most critical component in the struggle for sustained competitive advantage and knowledge management (KM) has also been described for its possible role in creating sustainable competitive advantage. In order to examine the contingency between KM resources, KM strategies, and KM performance of organizations, a contingency model of KM, which is based on resource-based theory as well as knowledge-based theory, is developed from the information systems and strategic management literature in order to assess the following questions: (i) What KM resources affect the organization's KM strategies? (ii) Is there a relationship between KM strategies and organizational performance enhanced by KM? A detailed exploratory analysis of survey responses from 79 Korean companies provides the following significant findings: (i) This study found support for the proposed contingency model of KM; (ii) The organization's KM strategies are determined by social resources and its capabilities; (iii) An organization with a culture-based KM strategy is more likely to enhance organizational KM performance than an organization with a technology-based KM strategy.

  • Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

  • How to protect the environment without sacrificing the human environment and economy at the level of region is on of the most difficult issues of recent times. The dynamic Interactions between economic activities and environmental pollution control activities determine whether social welfare is increased of decreased by such activities and provides a basis for saying whether they help or hurt the economy. Bureaucratic Approach of Local government has failed, and an Impetus has arisen to develop new tools of analysis, useful for finding policy leverages focused on sustainability. This paper focus on understanding dynamic relationships between regional economic system and environmental system, and presenting possible framework for finding policy leverages in dynamic interaction behaviors. The case, selected in this study, is Nacdong river regions case, which is related many meaningful issues about sustainable development: two big metropolitan government and dwellers have different opinion with regard to construction of large scale Industrial pack, drinking water supply, and environment model consisting of three sectors: regional economy sector, river pollution and drinking water sector, environmental protection and investment policy sector Finally, this paper deal with how to link policy leverage to causal loop structure for the sustainable development of two regions.

  • The special characters of traditional architecture has been formed suitably correspond with the purpose of usage and function, which was influenced with various environmental factors such as natural, social, physical, cultural and thoughtful. There was some differences in building placement and space composition according to the regional character such as climate, customs, and a gap of convention (long-established custom) and one's social position system and custom character of family. However, the essential characteristic of traditional architecture are nicely contain the era's architectural character. But these characters are developed or extinct according to the environmental factors. This paper is looking for the elements that formed social cultural element and background architect's thought. And, with the historical background, there are looking for Occupation. A traditional architecture had been formed correspond with the purpose of usage and function, which was influenced with physical nature environment elements such as regional character, climate, customs and social cultural environment elements such as government, economy, society, culture and thoughtful elements.
