A questionnaire survey was distributed to 570 fifth and sixth graders attending 4 elementary schools located in Seoul. A total of 534 surveys were completed and were analyzed with SPSS WIN 12.0 including frequency test, t-test, Pearson's correlations analysis, simultaneous multiple regression and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, among self-acceptance, social support, internal locus of control and speech anxiety, gender affected speech anxiety. Second, speech anxiety was most affected by self-acceptance, followed by social support, internal locus of control and gender in the order of mention. • This study was attempted in order to measure the level of Korean people's social capital and their multicultural acceptance, and to explain the relationship between the sub-factors of social capital(trust, reciprocity, and participation) and the multicultural acceptance. Furthermore, this study aimed to examine the relative influence of the sub-factors of social capital on the multicultural acceptance and to suggest which social capitals should be reinforced. Data on 'social capital' and 'multicultural acceptance' used in this study were obtained from the data of the 8th Korean General Social Survey (KGSS) in 2010. The results of analyses are as follows. First, social capital was lower with increase in age (F=28.18, p<.001), and higher with increase in academic qualification (F=15.49, p<.001), and total household income (F=8.85, p<.001). Second, the multicultural acceptance was higher in men (t=9.98, p<01) and lower with increase in age (F=27.29, p<.001), and higher with increase in academic qualification (F=28.99, p<.001), and total household income (F=11.92, p<.001). Third, among the three social capital factors influencing the multicultural acceptance, 'trust' was found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Based on these results were suggested various strategies for enhancing Korean people's multicultural acceptance.

Participants were 108 4- to 5-year-old preschoolers(58 boys, 50 girls) and their mothers. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) mother-child interaction are generally correlated with child's peer acceptance. And child's prosocial behavior was positively correlated with child's peer acceptance, whereas child's aggressive behavior, asocial behavior and hyperactive-distractible behavior were negatively correlated with child's peer acceptance. (2) The most influential factor on child's peer acceptance was child's experience in session, the next influential factor was child's hyperactive-distractible behavior and the last influential factor was asocial behavior.

  • This study explored gender differences in social status, acceptance/rejection, perceived popularity, social emotions, avoidance and anxiety by participant roles in bullying situations. Subjects were 215 6th grade children. Instruments were the Participant Roles (Sutton & Smith, 1999), Peer Nomination (Coie & Dodge, 1983 Cillessen & Mayeux, 2004), Social Avoidance and Social Anxiety (Franke & Hymel, 1984) scales. Results showed that more boys than girls were in pro-bullying participant role groups; more girls than boys were in outsider groups. Boy pro-bullies were high in social rejection. Boy defenders were high in popularity and low in social avoidance. Boy outsiders had high social anxiety. Girl victims had low social status, low social acceptance and lowest perceived popularity; they were high in social avoidance and social rejection.

  • Recently, following the development of FinTech technology that combines finance and information and communication technology, the need and social demands for a block chain technology-based trading system have increased significantly. In this study, a research model was developed and hypothesized through literature research on the concept of block chain technology, the technology acceptance model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The research theories were tested by collecting data through surveys and analyzing the collected data. This study conducted empirical research to identify the factors influencing the user acceptance intention and utilization behavior of the block chain technology in introducing the block chain technology. First, factors affecting the acceptance intention of the blockchain user were performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and blockchain transparency variables. Second, the facilitation conditions and stakeholder confidence variables were analyzed as factors that did not affect the acceptability of the blockchain users. Third, variables such as blockchain transparency, stakeholder trust and intention of acceptance are factors that affect the usage behavior of the blockchain. Fourth, it was confirmed that the acceptance intention had a very high explanatory power on usage behavior of Blockchain technology.

  • The study was conducted to predict usage attitudes and behaviors by combining usage motivation and sensitivity, gender, and age in aviation-related social media. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social media information acceptance, motivation and sensitivity on gender acceptance by gender and age. To this end, we collected data in an even distribution to prevent gender and age bias among adults aged 20 or older online from April 19 to May 3, 2018. As a result, the lower the female and age in the gender and age had a positive effect on the acceptance of social media information. Motivation for use has a positive effect on information acceptance and sensitivity has a negative effect on information acceptance. Through this, it was found that user class such as gender and age, motivation to use, and sensitivity affect information acceptance. In addition, the negative aspects of the sensitivity factor can be identified, and it is expected to be used as basic data in aviation-related social media marketing strategies.

  • Today smart devices such as smart phones, smart pads and tablets have become necessities of modern people in both daily life and business as they have widely proliferated. One of the most popular application areas of smart devices is a game-related area. Among these applications social network games, played with other users through social networks, are ranked top in their popularity. Though much research of PC games and online games have been performed, little research of social network games and the factors affecting acceptance of social network games are not vigorous yet. Therefore, we aim to analyze the factors and their structural influence on acceptance of social network games. We add a couple of factors such as Social interaction, Mobility, Subjective Norm, and Flow reg arding the characteristics of social network games and analyze the structural relationships among these factors using Structural Equation Modeling. Analysis results and implications are suggested with concluding remarks.

  • Purpose - This study aimed to identify the sub-dimensions of fashion social media quality (information quality, social quality, service quality, system quality) and investigate how they affect purchase intention through fashion information use behavior (information acceptance, information diffusion). Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was carried out twice for systematic verification of the research model. In the first data collection, the reliability and validity of research variables were verified through 238 respondents and questionnaires were revised and supplemented based on their responses. In March 2018, the final survey was conducted from 755 respondents the age of 20 to 49. Using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis were performed. In order to test hypotheses, structural equational modeling technique was employed using AMOS 23.0. Results - First of all, fashion Social media quality consists of four factors including information quality, social quality, service quality and system quality. Second, fashion Social media information quality, social quality, and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information acceptance behavior, and social quality, service quality and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information diffusion behavior. It was also determined that the acceptance and diffusion behaviors of fashion information through fashion Social media had positive(+) influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - This study holds academic significance in its identification of the components of fashion Social media quality and for conducting an empirical analysis on the causal relationship between fashion information acceptance and diffusion behaviors, and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that fashion involvement is the key factors in determining the quality of Social media, the acceptance of information through Social media, and, by extension, the purchase of fashion products. Practitioners in the fashion industry may use the findings of this study in order to build more effective Social media strategy.

  • The social commerce is an innovative and emerging transaction. It is the result of combination with transaction and social media technology. This study analyzes Korean college students' social commerce behavior through extending technology acceptance model(TAM) with social influence(SI). We confirmed all proposed hypotheses are significant and supported by the given data through PLS path modeling method with SmartPLS. It indicates that SI is an important factor influencing intention to use, so SI should be consider for theorists to enhance explanation and prediction of TAM and for practitioners to earn higher performances as well. Finally, based on the findings, suggestions for future studies are discussed.
