Gas Chromatography에 의한 인체혈액중에서 스미치온 및 마라치온의 분리정량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Isolative determination of Smithion and Malathion in the Human Blood by Gas Chromatography)

  • This experiment was carried out to determine the amount of organophosphorous pesticides accumulated in farmer's blood during the farming season. The Blood had been collected for about 5ml from farmer's, and extraction was purified on a Avicel/Darco G-Co (1:10) column and determined by Gas Chromatography using AFID supported on 2% EGA. The Gas chromatographic detection yielded recoveries from the blood of 88% for smithion 94% for malathion. The amount of average contamination shows 0.045ppm for smithion. 0.054ppm for malathion.

Fenitrothion과 Tebuconazole의 입상 활성탄 및 차콜에 의한 흡착과 용탈에 관한 연구 (Sorption and Leaching Studies of Fenitrothion and Tebuconazole in Granular Activated Carbon and Charcoal)

  • 본 실험은 농약 흡착제(adsorbent)로서 입상 활성탄(활성탄 I 및 활성탄 II) 및 차콜의 사용가능성을 알아보기 위하여 흡착질(adsorbate)로 현재 골프장에서 사용하고 있는 살충제인 스미치온(Fenitrothion)과 살균제인 호리쿠어(Tebuconazole)를 대상으로 하였다. 흡착실험에서는 스미치온 및 호리쿠어의 처리 농도별 흡착에 미치는 영향과 흡착제의 입자크기가 흡착에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 흡착실험에서는 흡착제의 입자 크기가 작을수록 높은 흡착율을 보였으며, 활성탄이 차콜에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 흡착율을 나타내었다. 그러나 스미치온의 탈착(desorption)에 관한 실험에서는 활성탄 및 차콜 모두 1200mm 이상의 강우량에서도 스미치온이 용탈되지 않았으므로, 차콜 또한 활성탄과 함께 골프장 농약 흡착제로서의 이용 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

유기인제 농약 폭로로 인한 혈중 Cholinesterase 활성치와 요중 P-nitrophenol의 배설량의 변동 (Alterations of Blood Cholinesterase Activity and Urinary Para-nitrophenol Excretion After Exposure to Organophosphorus Insecticides)

  • In order to evaluate the health hazard due to exposure to organophosphorus insecticides, we measured the blood cholinesterase activity ana urinary para-nitrophenol among 56 exposed subjects. They are orchard workers, rice plant workers and smithion factory workers. The clinical symptoms were also checked by physicians. We also measured the blood cholinesterase activity and urinary para-nitrophenol excretion of 20 urban people and 15 rural people who had never been exposed to organophosphorus insecticides in order to compare them according to age, sex and geographical differences. And these results were also compared with those of exposed groups. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The normal plasma cholinesterase activity and cell cholinestrase activity were $0.861{\pm}0.148\;{\Delta}pH/hr$ and $0.822{\pm}0.154\;{\Delta}pH/hr$. And normal para-nitrophenol in urine was $1.21{\pm}0.52mg/liter$. 2. No significant difference was existed in blood cholinesterase activities and urinary para-nitrophenol excre tion according to sex, age and geographical difference. 3. The plasma cholinesterase activity and cell cholinesterase activity of orchard workers, rice plant workers and smithion factory workers were $0.682{\pm}0.189\;{\Delta}pH/hr,\;0.775{\pm}0.160\;{\Delta}pH/hr,\;0.754{\pm}0.123\;{\Delta}pH/hr,\;and\;0.691{\pm}0.082\;{\Delta}pH/hr,\;0.756{\pm}0.117\;{\Delta}pH/hr,\;0.739{\pm}0.117\;{\Delta}pH/hr$. And significant decreses in blood cholinesterase activities were existed among orchard workers and smithion factory workers compared with control group. 4, The urinary para-nitrophenol excretions of orchard workers, rice plant workers and smithion factory workers were $1.33{\pm}0.66mg/liter,\;1.19{\pm}0.88mg/liter\;and\;1.37{\pm}0.67mg/liter$ and there were no significant difference between exposed groups and control group. 5. The clinical symptoms complained during and after organophosphorus insecticides exposure were frequently ranked by headache (67.7%) and vertigo (64.5%) and muscular ataxia and weakness (51.6%).

영가철에 의한 Fenitrothion의 분해 경로 및 특성 (The Pathway and Characteristics for Decomposition of Fenitrothion by Zerovalent Iron (ZVI))

  • 본 연구에서는 골프장 등에서 살충제로 사용하는 대표적인 농약 중 fenitrothion에 대해 ZVI를 사용하여 분해경로를 파악하고 분해특성을 회분식 반응기를 이용하여 연구하였다. 또한 ZVI에 의한 순수 fenitrothion과 스미치온에 함유되어 있는 fenitrothion 분해율을 비교하였다. ZVI에 의한 fenitrothion의 분해 과정에서 3-methyl-4-nitrophenol과 4-amino-m-cresol이 생성되는 것을 알 수 있었다. ZVI에 의한 순수 fenitrothion 및 스미치온에 함유된 fenitrothion의 분해반응은 1차 반응으로 나타낼 수 있으며, 주입농도가 증가 할수록 분해율 및 1차반응 속도상수 값도 증가하였다. 순수 및 스미치온에 함유된 fenitrothion의 비표면적 1차 속도상수 값은 각각 0.0398 및 $0.1312L/m^2{\cdot}hr$으로 스미치온에 함유된 fenitrothion이 순수 fenitrothion에 비해 ZVI에 빨리 분해되었다. 이는 스미치온에 함유된 계면활성제가 fenitrothion의 용해도를 증가시키며 ZVI의 분산력을 향상시킨 것에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다.

Zero-valent Iron와 Granular Activated Carbon의 조합공정을 이용한 Fenitrothion의 제거에 관한 연구 (A Study on Removal of Fenitrothion by Integrated Zero-valent Iron and Granular Activated Carbon Process)

  • This study investigated the decomposition of fenitrothion in Smithion, which is applied on the golf course for pesticide, by the integrated Zero-valent iron(ZVI) and Granular activated carbon(GAC) process. First, the removal efficiencies of the fenitrothion by ZVI and GAC, respectively, were investigated. Second, the removal efficiencies of the fenitrothion by the integrated ZVI and GAC were investigated. The removal efficiencies of fenitrothion by ZVI were higher than those of TOC. The removal efficiencies of fenitrothion and TOC by GAC were similar. As the dosages of ZVI and GAC were increased, the removal efficiencies of fenitrothion and TOC increased. However, as the dosages of ZVI for pretreatment were increased, the adsorptions of fenitrothion on GAC were hindered.
