For smart work (smart office), RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol) connection is the most popular method. When the office workers do not have personal space, smart office is very useful. That is, they can connect personal computer using Internet at cafe or public spaces. Using the smart office, it is possible to make personal business environment to increase business efficiency. In this paper, we designed and implemented smart office using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). We expected that the office workers can be used smart office for business efficiency.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to extract factors affecting office lighting and their relations, and then develop a framework that helps designers research and design smart lighting systems. Background: Due to the highly specialized usages of offices, the lighting system within offices also varies according to space, work, user, etc. A framework which considers these various factors and their relations is necessary for understanding and developing smart lighting systems. Method: First we extract factors affecting office lighting conditions, and select factors that can be controlled. We then analyze and develop a structure which reflects the relations among these factors from procedural perspective. Results: We divide factors affecting office lighting into physical and social factors, and then conceptualize their relations using a circular model. We then develop our framework from procedural perspective by dividing these factors into three levels, namely Subject, Action and Object. Conclusion: The developed framework organizes various factors affecting office lighting and their relations, and helps understand the procedural and structural aspects of lighting system. Application: Our framework helps designing and refining smart lighting system for complicated office spaces by helping people understanding the overall structure of office lighting.

Since the supply of smart phones, a change in mobile environment brought a turning point called a mobile generation. Smart mobile office is a combined form of smart phones' new mobile environment and its social media. A construction of mobile office environment using smart phones brought revitalization of the smart phone market. CRM construction also became new requirements for a customer management. However, based on the current information system audit standard, check fields or check lists are insufficient to apply to audit for CRM construction in a smart mobile office environment. Therefore, this paper proposes a model for auditing CRM system construction in smart mobile office environment. It proposes audit domain and check lists of CRM construction. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check lists correspond with the purpose of the CRM construction audit during smart mobile office environment. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

Smart work, which is a new way of working at out-of-home instead of an office, has become a widespread practice because it is considered as beneficial for both organization and employee. This study is conducted to investigate the differences about attitude toward the organizational effectiveness between smart worker and office worker in a call center. The result showed that the perceived advantages of smart worker(higher service climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, service capability) are more positive than those of office workers. Based on this result, the implications and policy directions of smart work were discussed.

최근 들어 전력공급의 신뢰성 강화를 위해 고장을 미리 진단할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 전력IT 국책과제로 개발된 전력설비의 감시진단장치 중 송전선로 감시를 위한 센서 및 센서네트워크를 제주 구좌읍의 스마트그리드 실증단지내 기기설치 설치가 진행중이다. 실증사업 1단계로 SG실증단지의 송전선로를 활용하여 성과물의 성능검증하기 위해 송전선로 감시시스템을 현장에 적용하여 성능을 확인한 실증사례 및 문제점에 대한 개선사항을 소개하고 향후 2단계로 추가 실증 방향 및 송전선로용 센서를 활용한 시스템 운영 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

Mobile Office is a new type of working method in the workplace that can be used at any time or anywhere by connecting to the network with mobile devices. This allows people to do their jobs without their physical presence in their offices to use computers. The elements in mobile office environment are advancing. They include the widespread distribution of the smart phones, the network enhancing strategy in a ubiquitous environment and expansion of the wireless internet; however, there are not enough security guidelines or policies against these threats on the new environment, the mobile office, although there is the revitalization policy of smart work supported by the government. CERT and ISAC, the known security system as of now, could be used for the secure mobile office, In this paper, suggestions are to be provided for strengthening the security of smart mobile office by analysing the functions of CERT and ISAC.

SMRT(Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation) changed PC-oriented office system to Smart-Phone oriented mobile office system(STnF: SMRT Talk & Flash), and provided smart phone to all staffs. STnF make it possible not only voice communication between staff, but also to input and inquiry all kind of information related to work(ex: Facility maintenance, Rolling Stock management, office management, Finance, human resource etc.) based on smart phone. STnF conquers the limitation of time and space. All staffs can commute to the site directly to reduce moving time and to share information between staffs, so SMRT improve speed and reliability of work by making a quick decision and action on the spot. After introduction of STnF, within 1 year, the equipment failure ratio fell to 47%. Mobile office system reduced and level-off the step of approval. so enhanced civil customer service. Quantification and scientific movement of work make it fast evolution and development. These business improvement make it possible to put more outstanding manpower on new business and R&D project, and this contributes to company's management effectiveness.

With the development of information technology, Small office Home office(SOHO) is picking up. SOHO generally uses Wi-Fi. The wireless LAN environment using 802.11 protocol is easily affected by DoS attacks. To deal with these threats, there is Wireless Intrusion Detection System(WIDS). However, legacy products of WIDS cannot be easily used by SOHO because they are expensive and require management burden. In this paper, Smart WIDS for SOHO is proposed and implemented on Raspberry Pi2. And, it provides the interface for attack detection notice to android smart phone. Smart WIDS detects Masquerading DoS and Resource Depletion DoS based on IEEE 802.11 so that we notice the attempt of cracking Pre-shared Key(PSK), Man-In-The-Middle(MITM), and service failure.
