현대 도시는 다양한 도시 문제에 대응하기 위해 적극적으로 스마트시티 서비스를 도입하고 있다. 공간정보는 스마트시티의 기반 인프라로 작용하며, 도시의 지속 가능한 발전을 촉진한다. 공간정보의 표준화와 활용이 증가함에 따라 스마트시티의 효율적인 운영과 지속가능성이 향상되는데, 이를 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자들간의 협력을 통한 최적의 공간정보 기반 스마트시티 서비스 제공이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 교통 및 건축-에너지 도메인 중심의 스마트시티 서비스를 공간정보 기술의 생애주기 기반으로 정의하고, 이를 공간정보 표준에 적용하고 활용하는 중요성을 강조한다. 또한, 공간정보 표준기반 스마트시티(SCGI, Smart City based on Geospatial Information standards) 프레임워크를 제안하여, 공간정보 표준에 매핑 가능한 스마트시티 서비스의 표준화에 관한 인사이트를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 공간정보 표준을 활용하여 커스터마이징된 솔루션을 제공함으로써 스마트시티 서비스의 표준화를 위한 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며, 스마트시티의 미래 발전 가능성을 논의한다.

Purpose The beginning of innovation and creation, Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si: Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, which began in 1794 by King Jeongjo in accordance with the spirit of Beopgochangsin, mobilized the abilities of traditional techniques, new science and technology, and artists New starting point for urban innovation in Suwon: Based on 5G technology possessed by leading companies in the global ICT industry in Hwaseong (Haenggung-dong), a product of cutting-edge evidence, solve various urban problems through public, private, industrial and academic governance, and a new business model It aims to reorganize into the space where this is created. Design/methodology/approach The New 1794 Project is a 2019 demonstration project requested by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for "Suwon Smart City Challenge Project: Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si," developed by the Dankook University SW Design Convergence Center, and the main project from 2020 to 2022. The smart city project strategy should be implemented based on partnerships with multiple stakeholders, and the bottom-up approach and the traditional top-down must be able to coexist. Therefore, the smart city solution applied a horizontal governance method. Findings In this study, the definition of the New 1794 Project, which is the key to defining smart cities in relation to all analyzed aspects, was developed.

본 연구는 융 복합형 스마트시티 서비스 실현을 위해 필요한 사항이 무엇이고, 각각에 대한 중요도 및 우선순위는 무엇인지 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 첫째 융 복합형 스마트시티 서비스에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 그 개념을 정립한다. 둘째, 스마트시티 관련 전문가를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 수행하여 융 복합형 서비스를 구현하기 위해 필요한 요소를 도출한다. 셋째, 도출된 필요요소를 세분화하고 AHP기법을 활용하여 영역별 세부요소 간 우선순위 및 중요도를 도출한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 스마트시티 사업의 핵심으로 자리잡을 것으로 예상되는 융 복합형 스마트시티 서비스의 구현을 위해 무엇을 중점적으로 고려하여야 하는지에 대해 고민해 봄으로써 향후 융 복합형 스마트시티 서비스의 안정적 정착과 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 국내외 스마트시티 거버넌스 사례검토를 통해 향후 거버넌스 측면에서 우리나라의 스마트시티가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 먼저 국내외 스마트시티 거버넌스 사례 검토를 통해 시사점을 도출하고, 둘째, 도출된 시사점에 기반한 국내 스마트시티 거버넌스 추진방향 정립, 셋째, 설정된 추진방향에 기초한 국토부와 미래부 간 협력방안 제시의 순으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 그 동안 각각의 부처에서 개별적으로 시행하고 있는 스마트시티 관련 사업을 효율적으로 연계 협력할 수 있는 기초적 기반을 제공함으로써, 성숙기에 접어들고 있는 국내 스마트시티 정책 및 사업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper conducted a survey of residents and public officials for the projects to make smart-city plans of Geumsan-gun. In introduction, several domestic and foreign cases related to smart-city projects were Investigated. To initiate the smart-city project of Geumsan-gun, the local status of Geumsan-gun was investigated regarding various aspects of natural, social, urban environment and smart-city facilities. The results of this survey are as follows: Overall, more than half of survey respondents said they had satisfaction of their housing quality. Several problems in their residence areas, such as insufficient welfare systems, shortage of parking spaces, industrial infrastructure, were reported. Meanwhile, the survey result indicated that tourism and leisure facilities, health care support systems, industries promote the economy and job market of the area. An interview with public official is also important to select the relevant meaningful projects and regional issues. Three models for each spatial unit were proposed in Geumsan-gun based on the natural, agricultural, and geographical environment. In result, the three smart-city models are categorized as urban type(large area), complex city type(medium area), and smart village type(small area)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate impact of smart city awareness on citizen satisfaction and to measure various factors influencing smart city competitiveness that were rarely addressed in previous studies. For the impacts on the competitiveness of smart cities, this study explored the effects of data-driven service, economic impact, social trust through sharing, environmental protection, and sustainable growth. Research design, data and methodology: To collect data, this study employed an online survey conducted by a reputable research organization. Data analysis involved the use of factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: This study identified key aspects important for enhancing citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, this research unveiled the significant impacts of data-driven service, economic impact, social trust through sharing, environmental protection, and sustainable growth on the competitiveness of smart cities. Conclusions: The results yield valuable managerial and policy implications. The study suggests that enhancing citizen satisfaction through improved awareness of the smart city is crucial for effective city marketing management. Additionally, the results highlight special aspects necessary to improve smart city competitiveness, including the implementation of promotional policies supported by the government, promoting global competitiveness for domestic companies, and fostering citizen participation for effective city marketing management.

The increase in the number of large cities and the size of their population sharpens attention to the new role of cities as entities to ensure a high-quality, safe and modern life of citizens, which has become significantly more active in recent years. The rapid spread of smart cities in the modern world has actualized the issue of analyzing their success and assessing the role of various factors in this. Every success of a smart city is always the result of a unique combination of the most modern technologies, environmental and social initiatives, skillful and consistent management, as well as available human potential. The purpose of the article is to analyze the success factors of smart cities based on the generalization of the results of the most famous ratings. In order to identify the impact of various factors, primarily intellectual, on the success and leadership positions of smart cities, the following ratings were consistently analyzed: Smart City Index (SCI), City in Motion Index (CIMI), Global Power City Index (GPCI), Global Cities Index (GCI), Global Cities Outlook (GCO). They have a different list of indicators and main pillars (dimensions), but all ratings take into account aspects such as: governance, ICT, mobility, functionality, human capital, etc. The highest correlation coefficient, that is, the strongest linear relationship of the CIMI index was found with such factors as: Human capital, Economy, Governance and Technologies. Summarizing the results of the TOP 20 smart cities according to different ratings allowed us to confirm that the list of leaders is very similar in all ratings. Among those cities that are in the TOP-20 in all five indexes are: London, Sydney and Singapore. There are four indices: New York, Paris, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam, Melbourne. Achieving leadership positions in smart city rankings is always the result of a combination and synergy of certain factors, and first of all, it is the quality of human capital. The intensity and success of the use of information and communication technologies in locality management processes, city planning and improvement of the city's living conditions depend on it.

도시집중 현상이 가속화되고 도시 자원 및 인프라 부족, 교통 혼잡, 에너지 문제 등 이러한 도시 문제를 해결하고 4차 산업혁명에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 스마트 시티의 필요성이 전 세계적으로 대두 되고 있는 상황에서 전 세계 스마트시티 기술의 보안이 위험한 상태라는 분석이 지배적이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트시티에 대한 주요 보안 이슈를 대표적인 서비스인 스마트 그리드, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 교통 부분에 국한하여 기술 및 보안 위협 및 대응에 대해 분석하였다. 향후 스마트시티 구축의 다양한 기술에 대한 분석 및 사이버보안에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 있어 본 논문이 해결방안 마련의 시작이 될 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, smart environmental management, which is an essential element for building a sustainable city, was studied. Incheon area in the metropolitan area was selected as a research subject, the recent atmospheric environment was reviewed comprehensively, and the main air quality policies of Incheon city were summarized. The smart environment management application cases were organized and analyzed to summarize the results. Based on this study, smart environment management plans for the creation of a smart city in an urban area were suggested.

본 연구는 스마트시티의 발전과 고도화를 위해 스마트도시서비스 지원기관이 나아가야 할 발전방향에 대해 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 필요성과 법적근거, 주요기능 등에 대해 이론적으로 검토하였다. 둘째, 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 기능영역별 현황을 검토하고 기능영역별 상대적 중요도 도출 및 의견수렴을 위한 전문가 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 셋째, 이론적 검토와 기능별 현황파악, 우선순위 도출, 전문가 의견 수렴 등을 종합한 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국내 스마트시티 사업에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상되는 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 역할과 기능, 그리고 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
