기술 발전 속도가 증가되고, 고성능의 디지털 기기가 확산되고 있다. 기존 유선 환경에 최적화 되어 제한적으로 활용되던 PC와 같은 유선 디지털 기기에서 시 공간의 제약에서 벗어나, 언제 어디서나 효율적인 업무 수행이 가능한 스마트워크로 전환되고 있다. 유선환경에 비해 물리적 위협(단말기 분실, 도난 및 파손 등), 기술적 위협(도난, 서비스 거부, 비인가 접근 등) 등 다양한 보안 위협에 대해 무결성과 가용성을 확보할 수 있는 시스템 보안설계가 필요하다. 본 논문 연구에서는 스마트워크의 네트워크시스템, 유 무선 링크시스템, 디지털 스마트기기를 분석한다. 현재 업무에 사용되고 있는 스마트워크 유선시스템과 향후 무선시스템을 위한 보안설계 방안을 연구한다. 본 연구는 안전한 스마트워크 구축에 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

본 연구는 최근 화두가 되고 있는 smart work 의 다양한 직무 특성이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 smart work 환경하의 직무 특성을 직무 자율성, 직무 유연성, 직무 효율성으로 세분화하였다. 아울러 이러한 직무 특성이 직무 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 구성원의 학습 민첩성 역시 중요한 요인으로 작용할 것으로 사료되었다. 연구결과 직무 자율성, 직무 유연성, 직무 효율성 모두 직무 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 학습민첩성의 경우 모든 경로에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 비대면 사회로의 진전에 따른 스마트 워크 직무 특성이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검정했다는 점에서 학술적인 의미가 있다.

In the recent society of knowledge industry, a changed phenomenon of domestic corporate culture, Work Smart working in creative and various ways beyond time and space is emerged from Work Hard working just hard. Thus, many corporations are trying to configure the emotional space beside the work space to make effective and creative achievements in free work environment out of rigid organizational culture in the past. This space is called Amenity space which enables to implement physical and psychological healings simultaneously and this is not a place for rest like in the past industry society. This research suggests distinctive characteristics of other amenity furniture unlike general furniture by analyzing the variously suggested change of forms of amenity furniture for Work Smart and the changes of configuring key factors such as forms, structures and functions of amenity furniture.

This study was promoted to prepare an ESG-oriented work system for Korea Expressway Corporation through sustainable highway construction, IOT-based smart highway preparation, and establishment of a broad convergence business governance system between multiple ministries and implementing entities. Based on the 2nd Basic Plan for Landscape Policy (2020~2024) and the Public Design Promotion Act (2018~2022), the study was conducted through the improvement of the highway design method to be applied for four years from 2021 to 2024, the changes in construction and social conditions related to expressways, the analysis of policies and plans to secure consistency with the 'Korean New Deal', and the analysis of the project performance and work promotion system that the Korea Expressway Corporation's business execution organization has promoted together with each government department. The results of this research are expected to help the Korea Expressway Corporation establish the 21st Innovation Plan for the phased construction of a "100-years landscape with people" and the preparation of a sustainable future highway environment creation project for the lives and safety of the people.

본 논문은 사용자를 지향한 스마트워크 시스템 기반의 한국형 스마트워크센터 설계 및 구축방안을 제안한다. 한국의 정보통신기술의 강점을 토대로 사용자를 위해 법제도의 개선과 근무방식의 변화 그리고 정보보안의 강화 방안을 연구 하였고, 우리 정부의 계획과 선진국의 사례를 분석하여 한국의 실정과 효율성을 고려한 한국형 스마트워크 센터를 제안했고, 본 논문에서 제안한 사용자 중심의 스마트워크 서비스 플랫폼은 상황인지와 실감형 스마트워크 협업 환경을 통해 국가적 현안을 해결하고 지식산업 및 창조기업 인프라를 구축하고자 한다. 그 결과 스마트워크는 지식근로자들이 창의적인 업무를 창출하고, 국가 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 업무환경을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시했다. 그 결과 성능평가에서도 미국, 일본, EU에서 제안한 스마트워크 시스템의 만족도 조사에서 5개국의 5개 항목 평균값이 55.23%인 반면 한국형은 75.41%로 한국형 스마트워크센터가 외국의 사례보다 20.18% 우수한 것으로 증명되었다.

스마트워크가 확산되면서 업무와 비업무의 경계가 모호해 지고 있으며, 이로 인해 테크노스트레스가 유발되고 있다. 그러나 테크노스트레스는 수동적으로 그 결과를 받아들이기 보다는 일과 비업무의 경계를 능동적으로 조절함으로써 극복될 수 있다. 스마트워크 환경에서 업무/비업무 영역이 모호해지면서 발생하는 업무 영역에서 기술침해로 인한 스트레스에 대한 대응전략을 파악하기 위해 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 스마트워크 참여자가 적극적으로 선택하는 경계관리전략의 역할을 이해할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 비업무의 업무 간섭, 직무 자율성, 직무 몰입, 직무 만족 간의 인과관계와 경계관리전략 유형별 조절 효과를 담은 연구 모델을 개발했다. 스마트워크 참여자를 대상으로 수집된 설문을 분석한 결과, 전체 5개 가설이 채택되었으나, 경계관리전략 유형별로 나눠 검증한 결과는 각 유형에 따라 직무만족에 영향을 주는 3개 가설의 채택과 기각이 상이하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스마트워크 사용자의 경계관리전략에 따라 차별적인 변화관리를 마련할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the multi-faceted impacts of smart work on economic activities. In this vein, we adopted socio-economic perspective which includes individual, firm, and social support aspects, and explored the variables related to the quality of life among them. First, smart work patterns are categorized as telework, mobile office, teleconferencing, and social collaboration. And relevant variables are extracted with reference to industrial cases and relevant literatures which investigated economic impacts of digital convergence. Next, with the data collected from experts, following delphi method, validation of variables and explorations of significant factors affecting quality of life were conducted by adopting stepwise regression method. The distinguishing traits of this research are two-folds. The one is the investigation of social support and quality of life aspects of smart work, which has been relatively limited in the digital convergence research field. The other is the comparative analysis of smart work advantages by distinguishing individual and firm aspects separately. The result offers useful insights for socio-economic perspective researches on digital convergence application area.

이 연구는 공공부문 스마트워크센터 사용자에 대한 AHP 설문을 이용하여 정책의 지속적 사용 및 확산을 위한 우선 정책 과제를 도출하고, 분석결과를 토대로 대응 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AHP 설문을 위한 정책과제의 대분류는 기술 인프라 개선, 제도 개선, 인식 개선의 세 가지로 구성하였다. 기술 인프라는 스마트워크 기술개선과 스마트 워크 시설개선으로, 제도 개선은 법제도 개선과 추진체계 개선으로, 인식개선은 조직문화 개선과 사용자 인식개선으로 각각 중분류하였다. 총 12개의 정책과제 중 조직문화 개선이 중요성과 긴급성 측면에서 가장 우선적인 정책과제로 분석되었으며, 인사복무규정 개선, 정책결정자의 리더십, 사용자의 인식 개선 과제 등이 우선적으로 해소되어야 할 것으로 나타났다.

With the development of Information Communication Technology and a way of solving problems such as productivity improvement, advanced working attitude, greenhouse gas reduction, low birth rate, aged problem, etc., the need of smart work is increasing. Getting out of legacy working types that are limited in time and space, the flexible seat system at a smart work center that supports the smart working environment is proposed. However, the seat choice based on employee's emotional judgement may cause the decline of forming cooperative space and mutual communication because of the scattered seat arrangement between employees. This paper proposed a seat recommendation method for the mutual cooperation at a smart work center. The method is based on a work similarity of employees. A prototype system also implemented to show the feasibility.

최근, 스마트폰 출시에 따라 정보통신 환경은 정보통신 기술의 생태계 변화는 물론이고, 이동성과 효율성을 중요시하는 업무 패러다임까지 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 정보화 추진 가속과 스마트워크 기반을 조성하여 업무환경의 패러다임을 변화시키고, 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 도움을 주며 글로벌 경제로 도약할 수 있는 토대를 마련하기 위해 중소기업에 적합한 스마트워크 IT 시스템을 모델링하여 제안하였다. 30명 이하의 중소기업 CEO와 근로자들을 대상으로 스마트워크 환경 조성과 인식 변화와 관련된 설문조사를 하였으며 75%이상의 긍정적인 결과를 도출함으로써 중소기업에서도 스마트워크 인프라 확산에 기여할 것으로 증명되었다.
