Development and implementation of smart pipe network operating platform focused on water quality management (스마트 상수관망 수질관리 운영플랫폼 개발과 적용)

  • 상수관망의 수질사고와 이상상황 발생시 대응을 위해서는 급수구역에 설치되어 있는 자동수질측정기, 정밀여과장치, 재염소주입설비, 자동드레인 등의 계측·제어설비들 간의 유기적인 정보공유를 통한 제어를 필요로 한다. 스마트 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 이러한 인프라 시설의 운영방안을 고려하여 분산되어 있는 계측데이터를 통합감시 및 제어하는 시스템으로 개발되었다. 상수관망 운영플랫폼은 능동형 분석 제어기술을 도입하여, 스마트 상수관망 인프라 설비를 최적제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 통합운영 플랫폼은 PostgreSQL, PostGIS, GeoServer, OpenLayers 등의 기술을 활용하여 개발하였다. 플랫폼은 계측감시, 시설관리, 운영제어 등의 기능으로 구성되며, 상수도 업무지원을 위한 관망해석 및 네트워크 분석 기능을 지원한다. 본 시스템은 스마트 상수도 구축사업을 통해 구축한 유량·수질모니터링 장비와 수질관리를 위해 도입된 재염소, 자동드레인 설비의 운영상태를 실시간 조회하는 모니터링 프로그램과, 관망해석 프로그램 그리고 대상설비의 최적제어를 위한 운영관리 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 모니터링 프로그램은 현장에서 측정되고 있는 유량, 수압, 수질, 펌프운전 등의 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 클라우드 데이터베이스에 저장·관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 관망해석 프로그램은 EPA_Net모형과 연계되어 관망수리·수질해석을 수행하는 부분으로 재염소설비의 염소 추가주입이나 자동드레인을 통한 배제시 나타나게되는 관의 수리·수질변화를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분석하고 결과를 가시화 하는 기능을 갖고 있다. 운영관리 프로그램은 재염소 주입이 필요할 경우 주입량의 산정하는 부분과 관망 파손이나 수질사고 발생시 최적 단수예상지역을 도출하는 기능을 보유하고 있다. 향후 스마트 상수관망의 능동형 수질관리를 추진하는 지자체에 도입하여 인프라운영관리 기술 확보 및 수질관리 능력 개선과 실시간 감시 및 위기 대응능력 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on Comparison of Response Time using Open API of Daishin Securities Co. and eBestInvestment and Securities Co.

  • Securities and investment services have and use large data. Investors started to invest through their own analysis methods. There are 22 major securities and investment companies in Korea and only 6 companies support open API. Python is effective for requesting and receiving, analyzing text data from open API. Daishin Securities Co. is the only open API that officially supports Python, and eBest Investment & Securities Co. unofficially supports Python. There are two important differences between CYBOS plus of Daishin Securities Co. and xingAPI of eBest Investment & Securities Co. First, we must log in to CYBOS plus to access the server of Daishin Securities Co. And the python program does not require a logon. However, to receive data using xingAPI, users log on in an individual Python program. Second, CYBOS plus receives data in a Request/Reply method, and zingAPI receives data through events. It can be thought that these points will show a difference in response time. Response time is important to users who use open APIs. Data were measured from August 5, 2021, to February 3, 2022. For each measurement, 15 repeated measurements were taken to obtain 420 measurements. To increase the accuracy of the study, both APIs were measured alternately under same conditions. A paired t-test was performed to test the hypothesis that the null hypothesis is there was no difference in means. The p-value is 0.2961, we do not reject null hypothesis. Therefore, we can see that there is no significant difference between means. From the boxplot, we can see that the distribution of the response time of eBest is more spread out than that of Cybos, and the position of the center is slightly lower. CYBOS plus has no restrictions on Python programming, but xingAPI has some limits because it indirectly supports Python programming. For example, there is a limit to receiving more than one current price.

  • 현재 4차 산업이 진행됨으로써 대부분의 사물들이 자율화 기능이 더해지는 시대가 오고 있다. 자율화 기술이 발전됨으로써 모든 사람들은 삶을 살아가면서 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈수 있으며 기존의 생활속도보다 빨라지는 것을 느낄수 있을 것이다. 그래서 마트에서도 쇼핑을하면서 소비자들이 어떻게 쇼핑을 할 때 현재의 수준보다 쇼핑의 질이 높아 질지 고안해보았다. 본 과제물은 소비자들이 쇼핑을할 때 보다 편리하게 일을 처리할수도록 스마트 기능을 카트와 카운터에 추가하였다. 카트에 디스플레이와 바코드 스캐너를 부착함으로써 검색을 통해 소비자들이 원하는 물품의 가격, 위치등의 정보를 알아 낼 수 있고 현재 카트에 담긴 물품의 총 가격을 알 수 있다. 또한, 쇼핑을 마치고 계산을할 때 계산 대기줄이 길어지는 불편함을 해소하기위해 자동계산 기능이 있다. 쇼핑을 마친 소비자가 카트를 카운터로 끌고가면 카트에 저장되어 있는 쇼핑정보가 카운터의 디스플레이에 표시되고 카트와 카운터의 정보가 일치한다면 소비자가 카트에 요금을 충전해 스스로 계산을 수행할수 있다. 이런 자동화, 스마트 기능들은 소비자들의 편리함과 시간을 단축시킬수 있을 것이다.

  • 스마트시티 하천관리를 위해 선행된 연구에서는 도시하천관련 데이터를 수집-정제-제공하는 도시하천 통합데이터 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이에 하천 분석을 위한 유역 유출, 하천 흐름 그리고 도시유출 등의 모듈과 하천 환경, 친수, 종합 평가 모델을 연계하여 도시하천관리 연계플랫폼으로 연구개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 하천관리를 위한 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 가시화 모듈에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 부산 EDC 지역을 대상으로 DEM, 항공영상, 위성영상, 하천 지리 정보, 하천 단면도 등의 데이터를 결합하여 하천 및 유역 전산 3D 형상 모델링을 진행한다. 또한 하천 내부 유량 및 파제 제체 모델링, 유동장 격자 모델링을 통해 제방 붕괴 범람 시뮬레이션 대상 지역을 구현한다. 해당 EDC 지역 구현 모델에 연속방정식, 운동량방정식, 수송방정식 등 지배방정식과 삼상 유동 기법 등 수치 해석 기법을 활용하여 제방 파제 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션의 침수범위 및 침수심 분포 결과는 위경도를 포함한 ASCII Grid로 반환되며 GeoServer를 통한 좌표계 설정 및 도시하천 연계플랫폼에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 제방 파제 시나리오는 제방 높이 2m, 제방 폭 7.5m, 파제 길이 20m로 설정하여 4개의 붕괴 위치를 지정하였고, 지정된 위치에 대한 제방 파제 3D 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출된 Case 별 2D/3D 영상과 침수심 공간 분포에 대한 Raster Graphics를 전처리하여 시나리오별 침수범위-침수심을 도시하천 연계플랫폼 상에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 도시하천 연계플랫폼의 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 모듈을 통하여 스마트시티의 제방 파제 피해 양상 및 대책 마련 의사결정 보조로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Central control unit sent the data to hwa sung city water supply office by WCDMA in SKY. the data are states about water supply pipeline, Location.etc. This system maintain the long term life cycle of water supply plpeline by the prevention the leakege event through ackonwledge information of evnet occurrence locaion. and used to realtime sense method about demage information of the pipeline and prevent to brekege facilities during excavation work.

  • Safety accidents and industrial accidents are constantly occurring in existing industrial sites. In addition, the probability of accidents occurring due to physical and mental fatigue of workers is increasing. Accordingly, it is required to introduce systematic management and various systems for the safety of workers. In this paper, by developing an access control system using bio-metric information at industrial sites, we develop efficient health management and access control management functions for workers. Workers are identified through face recognition for access control, and health status is determined through iris recognition. It aims to improve accuracy and develop a more efficient management system by diagnosing signs of health abnormalities through the congestion of the iris and eyes of workers. Finally, the contents of the development consist of an on-site access control system, an access control program for administrators, and a main server system that diagnoses signs of abnormal health of users.

  • In this study, when another vehicle is parked in a designated space where a personal vehicle can park and a defined personal use time, an ultrasonic object recognition sensor is used to determine vehicle entry, and a camera sensor recognizes a license plate. If the vehicle is not recognized by the individual vehicle owner, the "private parking lot operation block" of the application server receives the individual phone number based on the National Police Agency's Vehicle Number Information Inquiry Open API. Afterwards, when parking is processed, the non-right holder receives the approval of the parking right holder, parks for the recognized time, and deposits the parking fee into the public account of the city hall. Through this study, it was possible to find an operation processing method that can most effectively manage parking in the city center in a private parking space recognized by the city hall.

  • In this study, we developed an IoT-based management system to manage a can/PET crusher. Various sensors such as two load cells, DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, and fine dust meter were interfaced with ESP32 to construct an IoT device, and a management server was built using Node-RED. The system monitors the weight of pressed cans and shredded PET bottles in real time and sends a text message to the manager when the weight exceeds the predetermined threshold for timely collection. The results of the operational test confirmed that the system provides accurate monitoring and efficient notification functions, and offers the possibility of solving environmental problems by improving the efficiency of waste management such as cans and PET bottles.

  • The diversity of smart EV(electric vehicle)-related industries is increasing due to the growth of battery-based eco-friendly electric vehicle component material technology, and labor-intensive industries such as logistics, manufacturing, food, agriculture, and service have invested in and studied automation for a long time. Accordingly, various types of robots such as autonomous mobile robots and collaborative robots are being utilized for each process to improve industrial engineering such as optimization, productivity management, and work management. The technology that should accompany this unmanned automobile industry is unmanned automatic charging technology, and if autonomous mobile robots are manually charged, the utility of autonomous mobile robots will not be maximized. In this paper, we conducted a study on the technology of unmanned charging of autonomous mobile robots using charging terminal docking and undocking technology using an unmanned charging system composed of hardware such as a monocular camera, multi-joint robot, gripper, and server. In an experiment to evaluate the performance of the system, the average charging terminal recognition rate was 98%, and the average charging terminal recognition speed was 0.0099 seconds. In addition, an experiment was conducted to evaluate the docking and undocking success rate of the charging terminal, and the experimental results showed an average success rate of 99%.

A Collaborative Video Annotation and Browsing System using Linked Data (링크드 데이터를 이용한 협업적 비디오 어노테이션 및 브라우징 시스템)

  • Previously common users just want to watch the video contents without any specific requirements or purposes. However, in today's life while watching video user attempts to know and discover more about things that appear on the video. Therefore, the requirements for finding multimedia or browsing information of objects that users want, are spreading with the increasing use of multimedia such as videos which are not only available on the internet-capable devices such as computers but also on smart TV and smart phone. In order to meet the users. requirements, labor-intensive annotation of objects in video contents is inevitable. For this reason, many researchers have actively studied about methods of annotating the object that appear on the video. In keyword-based annotation related information of the object that appeared on the video content is immediately added and annotation data including all related information about the object must be individually managed. Users will have to directly input all related information to the object. Consequently, when a user browses for information that related to the object, user can only find and get limited resources that solely exists in annotated data. Also, in order to place annotation for objects user's huge workload is required. To cope with reducing user's workload and to minimize the work involved in annotation, in existing object-based annotation automatic annotation is being attempted using computer vision techniques like object detection, recognition and tracking. By using such computer vision techniques a wide variety of objects that appears on the video content must be all detected and recognized. But until now it is still a problem facing some difficulties which have to deal with automated annotation. To overcome these difficulties, we propose a system which consists of two modules. The first module is the annotation module that enables many annotators to collaboratively annotate the objects in the video content in order to access the semantic data using Linked Data. Annotation data managed by annotation server is represented using ontology so that the information can easily be shared and extended. Since annotation data does not include all the relevant information of the object, existing objects in Linked Data and objects that appear in the video content simply connect with each other to get all the related information of the object. In other words, annotation data which contains only URI and metadata like position, time and size are stored on the annotation sever. So when user needs other related information about the object, all of that information is retrieved from Linked Data through its relevant URI. The second module enables viewers to browse interesting information about the object using annotation data which is collaboratively generated by many users while watching video. With this system, through simple user interaction the query is automatically generated and all the related information is retrieved from Linked Data and finally all the additional information of the object is offered to the user. With this study, in the future of Semantic Web environment our proposed system is expected to establish a better video content service environment by offering users relevant information about the objects that appear on the screen of any internet-capable devices such as PC, smart TV or smart phone.
