The purpose of this study is to identify the level of polypharmacy use, drug knowledge, and drug misuse behavior in the elderly, and to understand the correlation between them and their effect on drug misuse behavior. The study design was a descriptive survey study, and the participants of the study were 215 elderly people from the local community center. The research tool used drug knowledge, drug misuse behavior, and the data collection period was from February 8 to 19, 2021. The data analysis were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, a significant correlation variable for the drug knowledge of the elderly showed a significant correlation with prescription and non-prescription, r=.145 (p<0.05), and r=.-. 136, which showed a negative significant correlation (p<0.05). As for the significant correlation variable in the drug misuse behavior of the elderly, when prescription and non-prescription were combined, there was a significant correlation with r=.256 (p<0.01), and when not using drugs, r=.-.225 was negative. showed a significant correlation (p<0.01). In terms of the effect on drug misuse behavior, chronic disease =.145, prescription and non-prescription use = .233, which had a positive effect, and non-prescription = -.328, indicating a negative and significant effect. The provision of education on the safe use of drugs by the elderly should first be provided in the community. In addition, we need systematic education and social support for the transmission of correct knowledge on multi-drug use by the elderly and for health management.

This study analyzes the perception of public value created by Korea Rural Community Corporation, a representative public corporation in the agricultural and rural sector. We categorize agricultural and rural public values as 'stable food supply,' 'conservation of national environment and nature,' 'formation and cultivation of water resources,' 'prevention of soil loss and flooding,' 'conservation of ecological system,' 'conservation of rural tradition and culture.' For the qualitative analysis, we apply content analysis. And, for the quantitative analysis, we use topic modeling and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) analysis which is used widely in the field of text-mining. Results show that internal perception for value suppliers are mainly created for 'stable food supply,' 'formation and cultivation of water resources,' and 'conservation of rural tradition and culture.' External perception for value demanders are created for all public values, but its evaluation and demand include various aspects including both positive and negative opinions.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to select a cognitive training game that can evaluate five cognitive domains and to study their validity with existing cognitive evaluation tools. Design: Methods: Delphi survey was conducted through the 2nd questionnaire for 30 experts to select games suitable for training 5 cognitive domains. Five cognitive training games and Mini Mental State Examination - Korea(MMSE-K), and cognitive impairment screening test(CIST) were conducted for 82 elderly in the community. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to find out the correlation of the three tests. The ROC curve was used to calculate the selection criteria for the game results for the screening evaluation of the presence or absence of mild cognitive impairment. Results: The coefficient of variation to evaluate the stability of the Delphi survey was less than 0.50 in most game items. The 'correct answers' and 'level' of the five final selected game items showed a statistically significant positive correlation with the CIST and MMSE-K scores. CIST score and 'time' of all game items except 'number making_time' showed a statistically significant negative correlation. Conclusions: The validity of the cognitive training program using smart devices was evaluated, and the criteria for classifying the cognitive domain and distinguishing the presence or absence of cognitive impairment were confirmed.

본 연구는 스마트폰화 된 관광환경이라는 새로운 IT 패러다임의 변화에 맞추어 농촌지역 방문객 및 스마트폰 사용자들에게 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스를 실시간으로 제공하고 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 목적으로 실시되었다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 관광정보 모바일 서비스 이용자 600명을 대상으로 선호하는 콘텐츠 항목, 형태 등을 조사, 결과 분석하여 농촌어메니티 자원정보의 콘텐츠, 스마트폰의 활용방법, 서비스 방안 등을 도출하고, 농촌마을 1개소를 대상으로 스마트폰 기술이 적용된 모바일 콘텐츠를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 농촌어메니티자원에 대한 서비스 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고, 국민들에게 스마트폰을 이용한 실시간 농촌정보를 제공함으로써 농촌정보 이용자들의 만족도 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 또한 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스의 위치기반 모바일 정보서비스 확대를 통한 농촌지역 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

랜섬웨어는 미국을 중심으로 활동하는 악성코드였으나 기하급수적인 컴퓨터 보급과 사용자의 증가를 매개체로 하여 전 세계적으로 급속하게 유포되었으며 최근에는 국내에서도 출현하었다. 초기 랜섬웨어는 E-Mail을 공격매개체로 사용하였으며 스팸메일을 통해 파일을 클릭하도록 유도하는 방식이 가장 일반적이나 SNS나 스마트폰 메시지를 통해서도 유포되고 있다. 현재는 한글 버전으로 국내 대형 커뮤니티 사이트들을 공격하는 등 국내에서도 많은 피해가 증가하는 추세이다. 랜섬웨어는 파일을 암호화하여 사용자에게 경고 메시지를 출력하며, 추적상태를 유추하기 어려운 비트코인 가상 화폐를 통한 결제를 요구하면서 금전적인 피해를 유도한다. 본 논문에서는 랜섬웨어로 인한 피해 사례 분석과 해결방안을 제시한다.

오늘날 ICT기술의 급속한 발전과 스마트 기기의 결합은 쉽고 빠른 정보 검색 뿐 아니라 다양한 소셜 미디어를 통해 우리의 삶을 온라인 커뮤니티 환경 속으로 빠르게 이동시키고 있다. 이러한 스마트 미디어 환경에서 개인의 활동이 다방면에서 방대한 데이터로 축적되면서, 일상의 데이터는 이전과는 다른 가치를 재생산하며 여러 분야에서 이를 활용한 새로운 맞춤형 서비스로 제공되고 있다. 근래 들어 보건의료 영역에서도 빅데이터의 활용도가 크게 주목 받고 있는 가운데, 특히 빅데이터와 모바일이 연결된 헬스케어 서비스 개발은 이 분야에 새로운 패러다임을 가져올 것으로 기대하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 빅데이터를 활용한 아동 및 청소년의 성장 예측 모바일 맞춤형 서비스 개발을 위하여 개인에게 제공되는 정보를 효율적으로 전달하기 위한 방안으로 3D 아바타 캐릭터 모델 제작을 제안하고, 사용자가 캐릭터에 몰입과 일체감을 가질 수 있도록 효과적인 시각적 표현 방법을 모색하고자 한다.

Up-to-date statistics of crop cultivation status is essential for farm land management planning and the advancement in remote sensing technology allows for rapid update of farming information. The objective of this study was to develop a classification model of rice paddy or winter crop fields based on NDWI, NDVI, and HSV indices using Sentinel-2 satellite images. The 18 locations in central Korea were selected as target areas and photographed once for each during summer and winter with a eBee drone to identify ground truth crop cultivation. The NDWI was used to classify summer paddy fields, while the NDVI and HSV were used and compared in identification of winter crop cultivation areas. In responding to climate change in the agricultural sector, Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) is an approach to establish a sustainable agricultural system through comprehensive management of technology, policy, and investment. The international community is continually expanding CSA implementation, and it became more important to understand the status of the domestic agriculture system and practices that are relevant to CSA. This study explored the available CSA in domestic agricultural systems and presented the order of relative importance of CSA technology. AHP analysis is employed for the evaluation with the following criteria: productivity, marketability, adaptability, and mitigation. The relative importance is evaluated with six agricultural technologies (soil, crop management, water, energy efficiency, alternative energy, and precision agriculture) in 28 agricultural technology sectors. The results of the AHP analysis showed that 'alternative energy' was found to be a top priority among the agricultural technology sectors, and 'shallow depth drain in rice paddy' was a top priority for agricultural technology. Also, the 'marketability' in soil and water sectors, 'mitigation' in crop management, and 'adaptability' in energy efficiency and alternative energy were given higher priority. The results of this study can be used as a good source for strategic CSA preparation and application.

Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the effects of nutrition education with a dietary guidebook for children on dietary attitude, nutrition knowledge and nutrient intakes. Methods: The subjects were 54 higher grade elementary students (27 educated vs. 27 non-educated). The educated group was provided individual and/or group lessons (40 min/lesson/week, 4 week) using a dietary guidebook of Children developed by The Korean Society of Community Nutrition (KSCN) & Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The contents were Balanced Diet, Smart Food Choices, Cooking a Healthy Snack and Building a Healthy Body. We examined the differences in nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and dietary intake between the educated group and non-educated group. Results: After education, the educated group improved dietary attitude, nutrition knowledge and qualitative nutrient intakes compared to the non-educated group. Specifically, among dietary attitudes, 'taking a meal with salty and spicy food' increased, while among nutrition knowledge, 'functions of protein', 'functions of fat', 'foods with carbohydrates', 'foods with fat', 'foods with vitamins', and 'foods with minerals' were increased. Nutrition adequacy ratio (NAR) scores for vitamin C, iron, and zinc were increased. Conclusions: Nutrition education using a dietary guidebook for children developed by the KSCN & KFDA had positive effects on nutrition knowledge and qualitative nutrient intakes. These findings suggest that nutrition education focused on personalized daily energy and nutrient requirements may improve dietary attitude and quantitative nutrient intakes of children.

전문잡지들은 복잡도가 높고 다이내믹하며 심한 불확실성을 보이는 잡지산업 생태계에 대한 적응 전략으로서, 지식과 아이디어를 기반으로 가치를 극대화하기 위해 유연화되고 개방된 협업적, 동료적, 집합적 생산체계를 작동시키고 있다. 본 논문은 사례연구방법을 적용하였고, 자료수집방법으로서 직접 관찰, 전문가 심층면접, 전문가 설문조사를 실행하였다. 이를 통한 '잡지산업', '전문잡지사 커뮤니티 사용자간의 협업체계', '전문잡지의 생태계 모델'에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문잡지 생태계는 잡지사들의 다양하고 새로운 생산 참여자와 잡지 플랫폼이 결합되는 가치 네트워크의 개방적 혁신의 협업 모델로서 진화/적응하고 있었다. 둘째, 전문잡지사들은 스마트 디바이스의 환경 변화에 힘입어 커뮤니티, 전문가 사회집단/조직, 창조적 사용자의 다양한 행위/상호작용이 핵심적으로 작동되는 협업체계를 구축하고 있었다. 셋째, 전문잡지 생태계 모델은 콘텐츠 공급 영역의 다양한 잡지 생산 주체들이 플랫폼 영역에서 상품군과 플랫폼 유형에 적합한 상호작용을 하며 스마트 디바이스를 통해 사용자/독자와 상호작용하는 체계이다. 전문잡지의 모델은 게임, 출판, 드라마, 영화, 만화, 애니메이션 등의 디지털 콘텐츠 산업과 같은 패턴의 프랙탈 구조를 보이고 있으며, 상호작용성과 사용자 참여의 수준이 가장 높은 창조 친화적 기술 혁신 모델로 수렴되고 있다.
