공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Public Digital Signage Services)

  • 본 연구는 행정안전부의 시범사업 중 하나인 '세종특별시 디지털 사이니지 국가시범사업'을 위한 기초연구를 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단 기술이 결합된 스마트 플랫폼인 '디지털 사이니지'를 '공공 서비스 콘텐츠 플랫폼'으로 보고 콘텐츠의 배치를 계획하기 위한 전략이 기술우위 공급자 대신 해당 지역 커뮤니티 또는 사용자에 초점을 맞춰야 한다고 전제하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 첨단 기술 기반의 공공 서비스에 대한 수요 증가에 대응하여, '공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스' 개발 전략에 관해 연구하였다. 또한 동 전략을 쉽게 수립하거나 실행할 수 있도록 '디지털 사이니지 서비스 툴'들을 설계하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 '디지털 사이니지 기능'을 '디지털 광고 기능' 뿐만 아니라 '공공 및 문화 서비스 기능'으로 확대, 발전시키는 전략을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구의 최종 목표는 시민들의 적극적인 참여와 인터랙티브 미디어의 혁신적인 활용을 통해 '세종시 상권 활성화 프로젝트'가 창출하는 공공 가치를 추구하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

  • 정보통신 산업 발전에 따라 통신장치의 크기는 소형화 되고 발열량이 많이 발생하는 시스템으로 변화하고 있다. 그러므로 무선기지국에는 무선장비의 발열량이 많이 발생하여 에너지가 계속 많이 소모되고 있고 그로 인하여 무선기지국의 장애가 발생 할 우려가 있어 본 연구에서는 효율적이고 효과적인 방법으로 무선기지국내 에너지를 절감하고 기지국운영을 위하여 본 연구를 분석하게 되었다. 연구방법으로는 발열량 및 전기료를 많이 발생하는 기지국 대상으로 실시하였고 기지국 25개를 선정하여 2주간 데이터를 확보 하였다. 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 실내 온도를 일정하게 $27^{\circ}C$로 유지 하였으며, 제어시스템을 설치하여 2주간 똑 같이 설치하여 date를 분석 확보 하였다. 연구방법에 있어 시험결과를 산출하기 위해 계측기는 전산전력계, 디지털온도계, 분진측정 등이 활용하였다. date분석을 위해 Control Sysetm 설치 전 date와 설치 후 date 분석을 위해 25개 무선기지국대상으로 연구 시험 하였다.

도시하천관리를 위한 연계플랫폼 개발 (Development of a integrated platform for urban river management)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시하천관리를 위한 다양한 분석 및 평가 모델들과 데이터 수집 모듈을 적용한 연계플랫폼을 개발하였다. 연계플랫폼에 적용된 모듈은 데이터 수집 및 제공 모듈, 홍수분석 모듈, 하천 평가 모듈 그리고 제방 붕괴 시뮬레이션 모듈로 효과적인 도시하천 관리를 위하여 선별하여 적용하였다. 연계플랫폼은 분석과 평가 모듈에 적용하기 위한 데이터를 다양한 기관으로부터 수집하여 전처리 과정을 통해 정제하여 저장한다. 저장된 데이터는 각 모듈의 입력자료로 가공하여 사용되며, 플랫폼을 통해 Open API로도 제공된다. 홍수분석 모듈은 도시 내부 및 하천에서 발생하는 홍수를 분석하여 대비할 수 있도록 제공되며, 하천 평가 모듈은 다방면으로 하천을 평가하여 하천 계획수립 및 관리에 이용된다. 제방 붕괴 시뮬레이션 모듈은 가상의 붕괴 상황에 대한 분석을 통해 제방 붕괴로 인해 발생 가능한 피해영역을 도출하여 대비책을 세우는 데 이용될 수 있다.

CityGML ADE를 이용한 3차원 지하시설물 데이터 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of 3D Data Model for Underground Facilities Using CityGML ADE)

  • 지하시설물은 여러 관리 주체들에 의해 필요에 따라 건설되었으며 이는 곧 무질서하고 난립된 형태의 지하 공간 개발을 초래하였다. 이러한 현상은 지하 공간에서의 안전사고를 발생시키는 주요 원인으로 볼 수 있으며 이를 해결하기 위해서는 지하시설물의 체계적인 구축 및 관리에 관한 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 지하시설물 정보의 체계적인 구축·관리 방안과 정보의 정확도와 품질을 제고하기 위하여 공간정보 관련 국제 표준을 준용한 3차원 지하시설물의 데이터 모델을 정립하고, 이를 토대로 논리적 모델을 설계 및 시각화 구현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 지상-지하를 포괄하는 현실 세계와의 일치성이 향상된 지하시설물 정보를 통해 기존 지하정보의 정확도 및 활용도를 제고할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 기존의 2차원 형태의 지하시설물 네트워크 모델과 관로 중심의 3차원 시각화 모델과는 달리 지상과 지하 공간에서의 다양한 객체들을 포함하고 데이터 간 상호 연계 및 운용이 가능한 통합적인 데이터 모델을 제시했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 가질 것으로 판단된다.

Information-based Smart Construction Management of High Rise Building Under the Complex Surrounding Environment in City Core Area

  • With the development of urbanization, the increasing of buildings density in urban core areas result in the complexity of construction environment. High-rise landmark building is always preferred in the construction of urban core areas. Super high-rise buildings construction are facing construction management difficulties due to the complex working conditions and enormous building system, especially with the complex surrounding environment of the urban core area, the construction management of super high-rise buildings in the area requires higher, refined and detailed standard. Based on a super high-rise project in a core area of Shanghai which has 370 m building height and 772,643 m2 building area, with complex surrounding environment, narrow construction site and many super-high-altitude crossing works. With the application of BIM technology, the Internet of Things, the LAN communication and other various intelligent mechanical equipment, information management systems, the efficiency and refinement of construction management are improved, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project while effectively controlling the impact on the surrounding environment.

제주관광공사의 실시간 관광지 혼잡도 분석 서비스 사례 (Analysis of Case Study for Using Tourist Congestion: Jeju Tourism Organization's Real-Time Congestion Level Analysis System)

  • The spread of COVID-19 has been changed the tourism industry. Travelers changed their traveling style and started to consider congestion of the spot for their health and safety. In Jeju, a famous tourist destination in South Korea, managing the congestion of tourists has become an important issue. This example introduces the Jeju Tourism Organization's development of a system as a smart tourism information service that manages congestion in real-time big data. Combining with congestion theory and behavior immune system, we would like to assure the necessity of the system. Also, by analyzing the system, we understand how deducing congestion information from big data and the new paradigm of the tourism industry combined with congestion theory. Data was collected by Korea's telecommunication company SKT to develop the system. The paper explains the reason for choosing the company and the pros of data quality. We expect this system to be a solution for any other city in the world under a similar situation. Finally, several suggestions for the system are included to promote and better future usage.

Self-sufficiencies in Cyber Technologies: A requirement study on Saudi Arabia

  • Speedy development has been witnessed in communication technologies and the adoption of the Internet across the world. Information dissemination is the primary goal of these technologies. One of the rapidly developing nations in the Middle East is Saudi Arabia, where the use of communication technologies, including mobile and Internet, has drastically risen in recent times. These advancements are relatively new to the region when contrasted to developed nations. Thus, offenses arising from the adoption of these technologies may be new to Saudi Arabians. This study examines cyber security awareness among Saudi Arabian citizens in distinct settings. A comparison is made between the cybersecurity policy guidelines adopted in Saudi Arabia and three other nations. This review will explore distinct essential elements and approaches to mitigating cybercrimes in the United States, Singapore, and India. Following an analysis of the current cybersecurity framework in Saudi Arabia, suggestions for improvement are determined from the overall findings. A key objective is enhancing the nationwide focus on efficient safety and security systems. While the participants display a clear knowledge of IT, the surveyed literature shows limited awareness of the risks related to cyber security practices and the role of government in promoting data safety across the Internet. As the findings indicate, proper frameworks regarding cyber security need to be considered to ensure that associated threats are mitigated as Saudi Arabia aspires to become an efficient smart nation.

Risk Analysis on Offshore Windfarm Industry in South Korea: Based on the Jeonnam Offshore Windfarm Project

  • Recently, the Korean government has been actively promoting the smart city as their strategic agenda. However, to build smart cities that are greener, the authors believe it is essential to rapidly transit conventional energy sources such as fossil fuels to renewable energy. Although there is a big potential for Offshore wind in Korea, there has not been a full-scale commercial offshore wind farm until today. Since Korea is relatively a new market compared to the EU, it can be risky for developers. The authors will introduce risk management best practices in the offshore wind industry applicable to the Korean environment. This paper will mainly introduce an offshore wind project size of 99 MW. The project is expecting a Finance Close (FC) in Q3 2022, so the project team has prepared a risk register with over 150 risks and levers throughout the project lifecycle. Overall risks include risks with Development Expenditure (DEVEX) impact, a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) impact, and an Operating Expenditure (OPEX) impact. Based on the identified risks, a more qualitative assessment of Cost and Schedule Impact was conducted. In conclusion, a Monte Carlo simulation was performed to propose a quantitative risk assessment to evaluate a benchmark contingency of the project cost.

Using DEA Method to Measure and Evaluate Tourism Efficiency of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan Provinces in the South of China - A case of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration-

  • China's "One Belt and One Road" initiative has brought multiple opportunities to the development of tourism in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces and the implementation of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration Development Plan hasset clear goalsforfurther accelerating the coordinated development, in-depth cooperation of the three. This study takes the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration as the research object and utilized the data envelopment analysis (DEA) procedure to estimate the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency scores for each city and Malmquist index was subsequently used to analyze dynamically, then tries to offer an adequate inclusion of sustainable factors in overall tourism development efficiency results through the detection and estimation of potential sources of efficiency. In order to complete the task, data collection was focused on Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces of China over the period from 2016 to 2018. The results in the first phase show relatively high efficiency scores, particularly in the case of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration and with room for improvement in the case of other cities of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces. The second stage results present several aspects that should be carefully considered in order to analysis tourism efficiency of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomerations vertically according to the changes of the frontier.

Effects of Local History Trekking Education on Social Development and Historical Consciousness of College Students

  • This study aims to develop the education for college students who should perform the social role of the fut ure by conducting trekking activities including the characteristics, history, and culture of Cheonan area and then investigating the sociality and history of 36 college students. Taejosan, Seonggeosan, and Heukseongsan, which are part of the independent ring of Cheonan city, were selected as courses. The training was conducted by six instructors majoring in humanities, history, physical education and medicine. Teachers of humanities and history majors conducted theoretical lectures to raise the historical awareness of Cheonan area related to trekking course. In trekking practice, instructors of physical education and medicine majored in trekking safety education and course progress. Among the social development factors, responsibility, autonomy, and sociality were high. After the education, students recognized that the interest and necessity of history were high in order to understand the present society, thought that they made a lot of development compared to the previous one, and answered that the main development factors of history were the people and that there was a change in perception through this education. This study was composed of the survey after the education, so the psychological characteristics of the individual were not reflected, and it is difficult to generalize it because the number of subjects is small. In the future, more subjects need to be investigated and local residents need to investigate changes in local awareness.
