  • Broadcasting telecommunication convergence service means a service where broadcasting and telecommunication converge. Recently with the advancement of technology, broadcasting telecommunication convergence service has been evolving to provide multimedia contents through various devices including wired and wireless network environment. Up to now, IPTV and smartphone-based convergence services have been dominant, but more developed and evolved technology and media will appear in the future. In order to derive the next generation broadcasting telecommunication convergence service supporting model, this study derives an evaluation model of broadcasting telecommunication convergence service and presents a case of evaluation of 30 demonstration projects supported by the Korean government from 2010 to 2014. In this study, we derive an evaluation model and evaluate the demonstration projects by reflecting the position of the main stake holders of service such as users, experts, and related organizational institutions, away from the existing simple service evaluation method. Expert questionnaire used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the evaluation results were divided into upper and lower groups to provide key implications by a gap analysis. From this analysis this study suggests guidelines for next generation broadcasting telecommunication service support projects. The next generation broadcasting convergence service business should be based on open platform type in terms of service type. In terms of service media, it should be centered on open devices such as smart phones and smart TVs. In terms of types of business responsibilities, it should be led by public organizations and it is necessary to increase the fund matching ratio by at least 62% when the private sector participates.

For this, identifying relationships between applications and behavioral change would be useful for public institutions to formulate more effective public communication strategies. Based on a design science approach, this study examines the effect of design factors of public service-oriented mobile applications such as personalization, accessibility, and representation richness on users' cognitive and affective attitudes. Their effects on behavioral outcome are also investigated. The results of the analysis show that most design factors contribute significantly to the cognitive and affective attitudes of users. In turn, cognitive attitudes affect users' behavioral change in terms of energy saving, while affective attitudes are positively associated with the average usage time of mobile applications and behavioral changes in terms of energy saving.

  • Based on the results of the survey and analysis of this study, we suggested a plan to activate the use of Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities as follows. First, the elderly population in Korea increased from 11.9% in 2013 to 16.4% in 2020, and the number of deaths also increased from 266,257 in 2013 to 305,127 in 2020. The supply of Public Charnel Facilities should be expanded, reflecting the cremation demand in the future and condition for the supply and increasing demand of Public Charnel Facilities after cremation, due to an increase of 14.6%. Second, it is urgent to expand the supply because the available period of using Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities is a short period of at least one year up to five years. However, as it is difficult to build Public Charnel Facilities due to location conflicts with local residents, joint construction plans between local governments should be promoted along with renting Private Charnel Facilities. Third, the enshrinement number ratio of the Public Charnel Facilities to the total cremation number of Capital Area Public Cremation Facilities is 16.3%, which is low. Therefore, when building Public Charnel Facilities, improvement plans for the use of public funeral facilities, such as modernization and promotion of facility level, quality improvement of service level, and creation of a pleasant environment, should be actively promoted.

  • Recently due to the enhancement of education and lifestyle, the trend of healthcare services are changed to a more active and differentiated service in which a continuous self health care is possible. The Smart-Telemedicine system offers medical services by merging Blue-tooth and telecommunication modules to former blood pressure, blood sugar, heartbeat and temperature measuring devices. Moreover, it could analyze one's health pattern which would be helpful for the patient to prevent potential future illness. In addition, the easier accesses to various remote controllable medical check-up programs are offered to public as a number of available smart phone are rapidly escalating. The Smart-Telemedicine system provides the most ideal interactive medical service via accessible smart phones and mobile medical check-up devices at anywhere and anytime. It is very beneficial since it can save patients' time and money because people can reach to the service right at their home and be allowed to take charge of their health care process via longitudinal health data. Therefore, not only social costs that occur in elderly community would be saved, but also business in various forms of medical service field transactions could be possible. This paper will suggest the Smart-Telemedicine System for preventive medicine, its design and analysis of business models and the evaluation of those model.

  • Recently, theservice field based on the location while expanding into a variety of business areas and have generated significant revenue. In particular, the map service provides a variety of information in conjunction with such public transport directions. Therefore, this study evaluated the map service, as one of the key technologies, StreetView and LoadView photographs of panoramic photograph-support service-modules that can be supported on smart phones. For this, purpose sensors were provided to allow smart phone users to easily publish panoramic photographs. The unnecessary parts could be removed from several photos and pictures using the design technology, and the naturalness of the connection could be maintained by applying the algorithm to handle a single photograph. Finally, a system to work with smartphone panoramic photographs was configured and designed to operate a smartphone application panoramic photograph for 6 months.

  • This paper is conducted for automatically recommending and providing information services desired by users on websites of local governments and public institutions with vast amounts of information, In this system, we defined a method of collecting data based on the SiiRU CMS system that collects and preprocesses data, and a study that provides curation services (contents and menus) to users through a collaborative filtering algorithm based on machine learning. Also, the data used in the paper is conducted based on about 1 million data collected in 2019. The analyzed data can provide important information that cannot be easily accessed by providing a cloud tag service or recommended menu for users to conveniently view, and the environment configuration that can realize this service to local governments and public institutions is also provided.
