The electricity demand and supply could be off balance if several electric vehicles(EVs) were charged at the same time or at peak load times. Therefore, smart grids are necessary to flatten the EVs' electricity demand and to enable EVs to be used as distributed storage devices as electricity demand from EV-charging increases. There are still few quantitative studies on the impact of smart grids on managing EVs' electrical loads. In this study, we analyzed the quantitative impact of smart grids on managing EVs' electrical loads and suggested policy implications. As a result, it is identified that smart grids can manage effectively EVs' impact on electrical grids. The electricity market structure and regulatory framework should support the demonstration and commercialization of smart grid technologies.

Accruals-Quality(AQ) is an important proxy for evaluating the quality of accounting information disclosures. High-quality accounting information will provide high predictability and precision in the disclosure of earnings and will increase the response to stock prices. And high Accruals-Quality, such as mitigating heterogeneity in accounting information interpretation, provides information usefulness in capital markets. The purpose of this study is to suggest how AQ, which represents the quality of accounting information disclosure, is transformed into digitized data in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. And AQ is a framework for predictive analysis through big data log analysis system. This real-time information from AQ will help financial analysts to increase their activity and reduce information asymmetry. In addition, AQ, which is provided in real time through IT information technology, can be used as an important basis for decision-making by users of capital market information, and is expected to contribute in providing companies with incentives to voluntarily improve the quality of accounting information disclosure.

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital transformation craze has intensified in diverse industries, such as finance, automotive, health care and agriculture. However, relative to industry demand, there is only few domestic research on digital transformation of small traders and no one has implemented empirical study on this field at all. Thus, the study conducted an empirical study to measure the digital transformation intention of domestic small traders. In the early days of domestic business start-ups, we searched for factors affecting the digital conversion intention of small business owners and designed an integrated framework to explain the causal relationship between factors. This study not only expanded and refined the scope of related research but also suggested the direction of another research that was not presented in previous research. However, there are limitations in many ways as much as the initial stage of a specific field of small business owners. There are limitations in explaining the overall perception of Korean small business owners. Therefore, in future studies, it is necessary to study more deeply by presenting more specific and various variables. In addition, although the number of respondents was sufficient in the process of empirical analysis, it is considered that the respondents are not enough to universalize the research result as a traditional small business person who did not convert all digital. It is necessary to carry out a comparative analysis by dividing the two groups in more detail and more specifically in the future study. The result of this study can suggest the direction for accelerating small traders' digital transformation intention in terms of practical view, and provide useful references which can support the theoretical foundation for researchers who will perform future related research in terms of academic view.

In this study, an indicator and assessment system for evaluating the monthly hydrological cycle was prepared using simple factors such as the landuse status of the watershed and topographic characteristics to the dynamic water balance model (DWBM) based on the Budyko framework. The parameters a1 of DWBM are introduced as hydrologic cycle indicators. An indicator estimation regression model was developed using watershed characteristics data for the introduced indicator, and an assessment system was prepared through K-means cluster analysis. The hydrological cycle assessment system developed in this study can assess the hydrological cycle with simple data such as land use, CN, and watershed slope, so it can quickly assess changes in hydrological cycle factors in the past and present. Because of this advantage is expected that the developed assessment system can predict changes in the hydrological cycle and use an auxiliary tool for policymaking.

In recent years, China has gradually made clear its decision to modernize the governance system and governance capacity of the government by the virtue of digital transformation. As for the smart prison, as a penal institution of the state, technological reform is a key element in the sustainable development of smart prisons; however, relying on technology does not necessarily lead to a better service experience. Service design concept, as a coordinator of technology and social sustainability, needs to be adapted to the technological integration of smart prisons and to the needs for service design in the prison context in a new mode of thinking about services. This paper takes the development of the Jail Pay financial services system, one of the twelve sub-systems of the Smart Prison, as an entry point to explore the characteristics and shortcomings of the service design approach in achieving sustainable service innovation in the Smart Prison, it proposes an experience-based lead collaborative design (EBLCD) that is suitable for the specific needs in the prison context. The EBLCD is a theoretical framework and practical experience for sustainable service innovation in the construction of smart prisons.

With the globalization of the film industry, ethnic minority films have been developed and studied by many scholars for their special ethnic representation. The film "Tharlo" directed by Pema Tseden carefully explores the identity anxiety of a Tibetan shepherd. Through the connection and separation between the protagonist and traditional culture, it shows a complexity of modern ethnic identity for minority people. This study explores what kind of cinematic techniques and symbolic elements the director uses to shape ordinary characters, build a narrative space, and show ethnic representation. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework combining cinematic quantitative methods with qualitative narrative and semiotic analysis, aiming to deepen our understanding of cinematic techniques and ethnic representation, and provides a new perspective and profound insights for discussing the complexity faced by ethnic minorities in contemporary films. This study finds that Tseden's "Tharlo" successfully portrays the complex transformation of Tibetan cultural identity in the context of globalization and modernization through cinematic techniques such as fixed camera positions, long take and black-and-white cinematography, combined with the use of symbolic elements like mirrors, lambs and identity cards.

In this paper, we are interested in how creator economy startups allowing creators to make money from doing that they love. So, we look at European creator economy startups among Web3.0 business model landscape surveyed in 2022, because the US is home of Web2.0 giant platforms like YouTube. Totally seventeen European startups are investigated, and the theoretical logic is the disruptive innovation. We firstly review the survey published in 2022 and utilize the theory of the disruptive innovation to design the research framework including questions with each type of the disruptive innovation. In this paper, we firstly show, Kalao and Gem as NFT ecosystem platforms aim at service convenience. Secondly, Talkbase, Passionfroot, Bildr, Customuse, and Earnr aim at providing creator tools for under-skilled customers. Lastly, when it comes direct monetization with a decentralized business model, CrowdPad, Admix, GOALS, Realm, Dropstar, Pianity, Sonomo, Stage11, Miiji, and ReadyPlayerMe are representative. Despite the relatively small data size, the results are meaningful as they contribute to a more profound comprehension of the Web3.0 business models and offer guidance for future research directions.

Products elicit the consumer's purchasing behavior by satisfying their needs and are cognized as the combination of various needs attributes. Also R&D is referred as a series of technical development activities to meet the consumer's needs attributes. In particular, in the market-oriented R&D era, it could obtain the legitimacy by developing the R&D based on the needs attributes. In this study, we aimed to investigate the priority setting in R&D field, considering consumer's needs attributes. To be concrete, we tried to present the evolutional direction of desirable phased R&D according to 'the importance degree for consumers on the attributes (functions) of the certain products' and 'the urgency degree of technical quality to fulfill its needs'. To achieve this, we targeted SMART TV, the convergence product, which contains the uncertainty in terms of marketability and technological aspect, and analyzed the priority of the R&D in SMART TV field. Based on the result of the analysis, 4-steps product concept (ultra high definition TV, interactive TV, 3D/immersive TV, personalized TV) is derived by analyzing the evolutional direction of R&D in SMART TV field. This finding implies that the success possibilities of product could be enhanced during the process of the evolution of products that have multiple needs attributes, by pursuing the R&D which fulfills the needs attribute first required in the market. In addition, it provides a useful framework to design the R&D roadmap in an aspect of R&D strategy.

mVoIP (mobile Voice over Internet Protocol) service is a technology to transmit voice data through an IP network using mobile device. mVoIP provides various supplementary services with low communication cost. It can maximize the availability and efficiency by using IP-based network resources. In addition, the users can use voice call service at any time and in any place, as long as they can access the Internet on mobile device easily. However, SIP on mobile device is exposed to IP-based attacks and threats. Observed cyber threats to SIP services include wiretapping, denial of service, and service misuse, VoIP spam which are also applicable to existing IP-based networks. These attacks are also applicable to SIP and continuously cause problems. In this study, we analysis the threat and vulnerability on mVoIP service and propose several possible attack scenarios on existing mobile VoIP devices. Based on a proposed analysis and vulnerability test mechanism, we can construct more enhanced SIP security mechanism and stable mobile VoIP service framework after eliminating its vulnerability on mobile telephony system.

The purpose of this paper is to imply for the assessing framework of next generation Enterprise Portals'(EPs) function through the lens of organizational knowledge creation. As the emerging "suite" products such as Smart Enterprise Suite (SES) converges EPs with collaboration and content management, EPs are no longer just a gateway to information and content. EPs are emerging as the center of convergence for many complementary technologies. Considering that this trend is common and knowledge creation is one of key goals of EPs, it is important to assess EPs' function through the knowledge creation process. This paper reviews literatures to set initial assessing elements of EPs' function, then adopts Delphi Technique to prove and categorize the elements according to the knowledge creation process. The samples are consisted of 7 professional knowledge management consultants at Entrue Consulting Partners, LG CNS. This paper may be significant in providing a new vision to the evaluation of EPs by combining a theoretical model with a practical situation.
