Most of the present demand in the world is met by fossil and nuclear power plants. A small part is met by renewable energy technologies. Among the renewable power sources, wind and solar energy have experienced a remarkably rapid growth in the past 10 years. Recently the utilization of wind power has been receiving close attention in this country, especially for the electrification of off-shore islands. The objective of this study is to demonstrate a small wind energy system as a stand-alone power source.

It is reported that, admitting some of the Small and Medium Industries in Korea have world-wide up-to-date technology, but technical competitiveness of most of Industries is approximately 43％ that of advanced countries. A research has been carried out to evaluate technical competitiveness of the Small and Medium Industries in Kangwon Province based on the objective standards. It is identified that competitiveness of technology is higher in general while capability of technical development is relatively lower.

본 논문의 목적은 해외에서 발생하는 화폐교란과 실물교란이 중간재를 수입하는 소국경제에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 또한 소국에서의 물가상승에 대한 명목임금연동정도가 해외경제교란이 소국경제에 전파되는 과정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 변동환율제 하에서 자본이동이 완전하며, 합리적 기대가정 하에서 2국 2재화 모형을 채택하였다. 본 논문의 분석결과에 의하면 해외에서 발생하는 화폐교란과 실물교란은 가격효과, 해외승수효과, 자본이동을 통한 이자효과, 물가와 환율변동에 의한 상대가격효과, 그리고 실질잔고효과를 통하여 소국경제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 한국과 미국의 통계자료를 사용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 이를 통해 미국에서 발생하는 화폐교란과 실물교란이 한국경제에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 한국에서의 임금연동지수가 미국에서 발생하는 경제교란이 한국경제에 전파되는 과정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다.

본 논문에서는 실제 환경을 고려하여 비행 중인 소형 무인기를 탐지할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 소형 무인기는 일반적으로 시가지 혹은 산악 지형 내에서 저고도 비행을 수행하므로 클러터(clutter)에 의해 자주 가려지게 된다. 따라서 우수한 탐지 성능 획득을 위해서는 잡음뿐만 아니라, 클러터를 고려한 탐지가 필수적이며, 각각의 클러터 제거 기법에 따른 성능 분석이 요구된다. 제안된 탐지 과정은 클러터 제거 기법 및 펄스 합성 기법을 통해 클러터 및 잡음을 억제한 후, CFAR 검출기를 통해 소형 무인기 탐지를 수행한다. 이때, 3가지 클러터 제거 기법을 적용한 후, 각 기법에 따른 소형 무인기 탐지 성능을 분석한다. 실제 야외 환경에서의 실험을 통한 측정 데이터(data)를 토대로 소형 무인기 탐지에 적합한 클러터 제거 기법을 도출할 수 있었다.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

The energy consumption in the world is growing rapidly. And the environmental issues of climate become a important task. The interest in renewable energy like wind and solar is increasing now. Especially, by reducing power transmission loss, a small wind power is getting attention at the residential areas and campus of university. In this study, we attempted to estimate and compare the wind energy density using wind data of AWS (Automatic Weather Station) of H University. In this case of a campus, the weibull distribution parameter C is 2.27, and K is 0.88. According to the data, the energy density of the small wind power is 12.7 W/m2. We did CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations at H University campus by 7 wind directions(ENE, ESE, SE, NW, WNW, W, WSW). In the results, we suggest 4 small wind powers. The small wind power generating system can produce 4,514kWh annually.
