한의학적 중풍 동물 모델 설정을 위한 실험적 연구 (The Experimental Study on the Animal Stroke Model of Oriental Medicine)

  • The purpose of the present study was to explore the proper method for animal stroke model of Oriental medicine To this end, brain ischemia was induced by distal middle cerebral artery occlusion(dMCAO) and proximal middle cerebral artery occlusion(pMCAO) and evaluated with the method of Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC) staining and Swimming Behavior Test. Results demonstrated that first, infarct size and volume of pMCAO group were significantly bigger that those of dMCAO group. Second, analysis of swimming behavior test revealed that the percentage of left turning angles of pMCAO was significantly bigger than that of dMCAO. Third, during swimming behavior test, there were peculiar traces of small successive circles that represent motor dysfunction and conscious disturbance among dMCAO group. The results of the study thus indicate that non-invasive intraluminal method of pMCAO was the appropriate animal stroke model for Oriental medicine in the light of brain ischemia as hemiplesia and conscious disturbance.

  • This paper presents a theory on the pricing and allocation of spinning reserve. It is shown in this paper, that it is possible to maintain system security with many participants each attempting to optimize their own benefit, through pricing incentive. Participant offers power consumption/generation and reserve contribution according to its price. And Price setter only distribute pricing signal to acquire system security. Participants induce disturbance on power system and they pay the penalty according to the size of disturbance. And they also offers some reserve capacity to earn reserve cost. In this scheme, the amount of data communication is very small.

웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 전력품질 데이터 압축에 관한 연구 (Power Quality Data Compression using Wavelet Transform)

  • This paper introduces a compression technique for power qualify disturbance signal via discrete wavelet transform(DWT). The proposed approach is based on a previous estimation of the stationary component of power quality disturbance signal, so that it could be subtracted from the original signal in order to reduce a dynamic range of signal and generate transient events signal, which is subsequently applied to the compression technique. The compression techniques is performed through the difference signal decomposition, thresholding of wavelet coefficients, and signal reconstruction. It presents the relation between compression efficiency and threshold. It shouts that the wavelet transform leads to a power quality data compression approach with high compression efficiency, small compression error and good de-nosing effect.

  • A load/unload mechanism is applied to most small form factor hard disk drives. Loading velocity is ones of the most important factors to ensure the reliability of the load/unload operations. Especially, the lower the flying height of the head becomes, the more important the accuracy of the loading velocity control becomes. Because there is no sensor during the load/unload operations, BEMF voltage is used to sense the head velocity. To measure BEMF voltage, a simple circuit is added to the load/unload HDD control system. Overall acceptable results are obtained by using the simple PI controller but the errors from the target velocity occur when the head moves along the ramp and then reaches the disk. Feedforward profile and disturbance observer are used to remove those errors effectively.

  • This paper addresses the robust adaptive output feedback tracking for nonlinear systems under disturbances whose bounds are unknown. A new algorithm is proposed for estimation of unknown bounds and adaptive control of the uncertain nonlinear systems. The State estimation is solved using K-filters, together with the construction of a bound of an error in the state estimation due to the perturbation of the disturbance. Tuning functions are used to estimate unknown system parameters without overparametrization. The proposed control algorithm ensures that the out put tracking error converges to a residual set which can be arbitrarily small, while maintaining the boundedness of all other variables. A simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach

  • Recently, a permanent magnet synchronous motor of middle and small-capacity has high torque, high precision control and acceleration / deceleration characteristics. But existing control has several problems that include unpredictable disturbances and parameter changes in the high accuracy and rigidity control industry or nonlinear dynamic characteristics not considered in the driving part. In addition, in the drive method for the control of low-vibration and high-precision, the process of connecting the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the load may cause the response characteristic of the system to become very unstable, to cause vibration, and to overload the system. In order to solve these problems, various studies such as adaptive control, optimal control, robust control and artificial neural network have been actively conducted. In this paper, an incremental encoder of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to detect the position of the rotor. And the position of the detected rotor is used for low vibration and high precision position control. As the controller, we propose augmented state feedback control with a speed observer and first order deadbeat disturbance observer. The augmented state feedback controller performs control that the position of the rotor reaches the reference position quickly and precisely. The addition of the speed observer to this augmented state feedback controller compensates for the drop in speed response characteristics by using the previously calculated speed value for the control. The first order deadbeat disturbance observer performs control to reduce the vibration of the motor by compensating for the vibrating component or disturbance that the mechanism has. Since the deadbeat disturbance observer has a characteristic of being vulnerable to noise, it is supplemented by moving average filter method to reduce the influence of the noise. Thus, the new controller with the first order deadbeat disturbance observer can perform more robustness and precise the position control for the influence of large inertial load and natural frequency. The simulation stability and efficiency has been obtained through C language and Matlab Simulink. In addition, the experiment of actual 2.5[kW] permanent magnet synchronous motor was verified.

반복삼축시험에 의한 실트 모래 지반의 액상화 특성 연구 (The Study on Liquefaction Characteristics of Silty Sand Soils by Cyclic Triaxial Test)

  • 국내 서해안 실트질 모래의 액상화 특성과 시료교란의 영향을 파악하고자 교란된 시료를 재성형하여 반복삼축시험을 수행하였다. 먼저, 실트질 모래의 응력-변형 거동에서 축변형률 $\pm10%$ 근처에서 액상화 현상이 발생했으며, 간극수압 거동은 Seed, Martin, Lysmer 등(1975)이 제안한 식과 거의 유사했다. 또한, 시료의 파괴시 dilatancy 현상을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 다음은 여러 연구자들이 제안한 액상화 평가방법들을 실시하여 그 결과를 비교했을때 액상화에 취약한 심도를 비슷하게 나타내고 있었으며, 재성형을 실시한 반복삼축시험을 통한 방법은 그 중 가장 낮은 안전율을 나타내고 있었다. 또한, 반복삼축 시험으로 구한 응력비와 경험적 방법의 표준관입시험 N값으로 구한 응력비를 비교했을때 시료교란의 영향은 N값이 20이하에서는 상대적으로 작지만, N값이 20이상일 때 교란의 효과와 시료 재성형시의 문제점 등으로 액상화 저항력과 안전율에서 큰 차이를 보였다.

HEMP 전도성 방해 펄스 전류 주입(PCI) 케이블의 영향 분석 (Analysis of PCI Cable Effects in HEMP Conducted Disturbance)

  • 고고도 핵폭발로 생성되는 고출력 전자기 펄스(HEMP)에 의해 복사성 방해 환경과 케이블 커플링에 의한 전도성 방해 환경이 조성된다. IEC 61000-2-10은 HEMP의 전도성 방해 환경에 대하여 정의한다. IEC 61000-5-5에는 HEMP 전도성 방해에 대한 보호 장치의 특성이 규정되어 있다. IEC 61000-4-24는 보호 장치에 대한 특성 측정 방법을 다루고 있다. IEC 61000-4-24:1997은 소형 보호 소자에 대한 측정 방법을 기술하고 있으나, 최근 많이 사용되고 있는 보호 소자와 필터가 결합된 형태의 조합형 필터에 대한 측정 방법은 미비한 상태이다. HEMP 전도성 방해 신호는 50 MHz 이하의 주파수 스펙트럼을 포함하고 있으므로 측정 셋업을 구성하는데 있어서 케이블의 굵기, 길이, 접지평면으로부터의 높이 등의 측정 셋업 파라미터의 특성을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 HEMP 전도성 방해 전류 파형의 주파수 스펙트럼을 고려하고, 측정셋업에서 존재하는 케이블 파라미터의 영향을 분석하여 최적의 PCI 측정 방법을 도출하고자 한다.

Design of digital nuclear power small reactor once-through steam generator control system

  • The once-through steam generator used in the small modular reactor needs to consider the stability of the outlet steam pressure and steam superheat of the secondary circuit to achieve better operating efficiency. For this reason, this paper designs a controllable operation scheme for the steam pressure and superheat of the small reactor once-through steam generator. On this basis, designs a variable universe fuzzy controller, first, design the fuzzy control rules to make the controller adjust the PI controller parameters according to the change of the error; secondly, use the domain adjustment factor to further subdivide the input and output domain of the fuzzy controller according to the change of the error, to improve the system control performance. The simulation results show that the operation scheme proposed in this paper have better system performance than the original scheme of the small reactor system, and controller proposed in this paper have better control performance than traditional PI controller and fuzzy PI controller, what's more, the designed control system also showed better anti-disturbance performance in lifting experiment between 100% and 80% working conditions. Finally, the experimental platform formed by connecting the digital small reactor with Matlab/Simulink through OPC(OLE for Process Control) communication technology also verified the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

간이상수도에서 물과 약품의 혼합방법 (Mixing Method of Water and Chemicals in a Small-Scale Water Supply System)

  • The mixing method of water and chemicals is significant in a small-scale water supply system because drinking water should be supplied with a certain quantity of remaining chemicals maintained. In the present study, the concentration distribution and the mixing index were obtained from four models, which were to find out the optimal mixing method of water and chemicals. The two models brought the good mixing effects out of the four, one for providing chemicals from the center of water supply pipe and the other for setting up the semicircle block at the downstream of the chemicals-providing pipe. As a result, the mixing effect was found out to be increased due to the diffusion and the disturbance of flows. In conclusion, these results are expected to contribute to designing the optimal mixing system.
