Many seafood processing and export companies are scattered in Pusan area. Most of them has experienced hardships, because of physical distribution and sanitary costs, rent costs and Non-tariff barriers. GamCheon One-Stop Seafood Export Complex (GOSEC) is considered as the project which is necessary to establish GamCheon port as the seafood trade hub of Northeast Asia. GOSEC is to build the processing and export complex for seafood export. It applies to small and medium seafood export company. This paper aims to examine the economic benefit which could be derived from the construction of GOSEC. It reviews the quantifiable benefits of companies which wants to move into GOSEC. It also shows the results of questionnaire carried out to find the characteristics of potential GOSEC tenants.

본 논문에서는 건설을 업무로 하는 회사의 클라우드 기반 현장 중심의 ERP 개발에 대하여 제시한다. ERP 개발은 웹기반의 사용자 서비스 포탈 및 관리 포탈 개발, WCF(윈도 커뮤티케이션 파운데이션)기반의 미들웨어 개발, 그리고 WPF(윈도 프리젠테이션 파운데이션) 기반의 클라이언트 소프트웨어 개발을 목표로 수행하였다. ERP의 주요 개발 내용은 소규모 기업의 건설 회사용 프로세스 제정, 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 설계, 프로세스 집약화와 오토메이션이다.

Healthcare lifelog, a personal record relating to disease treatment and healthcare, plays an important role in healthcare paradigm shifts in which medical and information technology converge. Healthcare services based on various healthcare lifelogs are being launched domestically by both large corporations and small and medium enterprises, however, they are being built on an individual platform that is dependent on each company. Therefore, the terms of lifelog data are different as well as the measurement specifications are not uniform. This study proposes a reference model for minimum common data required for sharing and utilization of healthcare lifelog. Literature study and expert survey derived 3 domain, 17 essential items, and 51 sub-items. The model provides definition, measurement data format, measurement method, and precautions for each detailed measurement item, and provides necessary guidelines for data and service design and construction for healthcare service. This study has its significance as a basic research supporting the activation of ecosystem by ensuring interoperability of data between heterogeneous healthcare devices linked to digital healthcare platform.

Goal of "Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement" is to achieve perfect quality through participation of all members in the production line to achieve zero defects. Six Sigma has been used by many leading corporations as a tool for Management Innovation. Recently, the number of small and medium sized companies implementing Six Sigma has increased. Therefore, this research introduces the case of "S" company which utilized Six Sigma and Single PPM together to effectively implement Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement. This paper describes issues identified during the Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement implementation and also suggests improvement plans.

Facility layout for enterprise's competitive power strengthening and construction of offensive manufacture line and direction presentation for design of production management system that is new by operation improvement according to S company. In enterprise in JIT(Just in Time) system of leading persons affecting in productions among a lot of habitat factor analyze. It is that through equipment Layout among those factors enterprise my problem improve and serves enterprise's absolute ability cultivation. Even if it is JIT production main point that affect to apply the modular production to productive system among at equipment Layout, lot size, bottleneck session etc. worker's multi-function anger, change of demand factor and productive capacity add. 'S' Through enterprise's example, I wish to establish Korean medium and small enterprises' manufacturing industry style equipment Layout model by taken place effect interpretation.

국내 가설기자재의 유통구조상 80% 이상의 가설기자재가 반복되고 재사용되기에 가설기자재에 대한 품질관리는 필수적이다. 이러한 중요성으로 인해 국토교통부는 강재 파이프 서포트 등의 가설기자재를 대상으로 가설기자재 품질관리 기준을 제시하였지만, 샘플링 품질시험으로 품질을 관리하고 있어 전반적인 가설기자재의 품질을 확인할 수 없는 실정이다. 또한, 가설지자재 임대업체를 위한 품질관리 기준이 존재하지만 육안검사에 의한 정성적 검사 기준 위주로 제시되고 있어 실무적 활용성은 매우 낮은 것으로 조사 및 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건설현장 반입 이전에 가설기자재의 품질을 선제적으로 확보할 수 있도록 가설기자재 임대업체를 위한 개별 가설지자재 자재/품질/납품관리 기준(Guide)를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 기준이 국내 가설기자재 임대업체에 적용될 경우, 국내 중·소규모 가설기자재 임대업체의 가설기자재 품질 수준이 제고됨에 따라 품질이 확보된 양질의 가설기자재가 건설현장에 반입되어 가설구조물 관련 안전사고 저감될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, distribution transfer velocity was extremely lowered by high supply rate of vehicle and low road rate. Therefore expansions of transfer network these were subway, road and railway to recover competitive power as a reform measure of physical distribution traffic were become preference previous subject. For reason of that, an expansion of transfer network is meeting competitive power as selected an elevated road in the ground road network that condition of location calm and get out of the existing urban than the underground road to connect oversensitive a large city and expanded small and medium satellite town. In the meantime, while elevated structures construct, they go through the civilian residential section, agriculture land, etc. The consequence is that it raises a vibration, noise, dust, an infringement of the right to a view and an infringement of the right to a sunshine. In this study, we analyzed Quantitatively sunshine quantity with building 3D simulation model of civil structure. Therefore, we present as planning data to reduce a civilian appeal for dispute of the right to sunshine and an economic and time loss between the government and construction company In addition to that, for the standard of the standard plan of usable sunshine quantity program in the practical business, the building of convenient user interface will be the project to be done.

The cooperative production system was proposed as an efficient production system to reduce the ship construction cost and to enhance the competitiveness for small/medium sized shipbuilder in the previous paper. In viewpoint of cooperative production system, the specialization of the FRP ship sizes has already been accomplished to reduce the number of the hull molds by FRP shipbuilders of the Sapjin industrial complex located in Mokpo area in 2003. There also exist lots of effective methods, as a cooperative production system, to cut down the construction cost. In this study, an effective production system in connection with the super structure and outfitting members is proposed such as the standardization of those items and specialized company which intensively produces the super structure and outfitting members at the collectivization area for cooperative work.

최근 국내 건설업체들의 해외 플랜트 수주는 2003년 이후 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 2006년에는 254억 달러를 기록하였고, 산업자원부에서 발표한 2007년 1/4분기까지의 집계가 벌써 90억 달러에 육박하고 있다. 향후 세계시장에서의 플랜트 산업은 지속적인 성장을 할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 해외 플랜트 수주에 있어 국내 대형건설업체들을 비롯한 중소건설업체들이 중동지역을 중심으로 세계 곳곳으로 뻗어나가는 현 시점에서 플랜트 전문인력 부족이라는 난관에 부딪혀있다. 플랜트 건설산업의 발전속도는 빠르게 증가하고 있으나, 이에 반해 전문기술인력의 충원이 잘 이루어지지 않고, 충원되는 신규인력의 경우에도 세부화된 전공 이수자이기에 그에 따른 새로운 교육이 필요하고 빠른 현장 투입이 불가능한 실정이다. 또한 사업관리, 파이낸싱 분야의 인력도 크게 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 전문 인력양성을 위한 효율적인 방안에 대해 알아보고, 현실적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

국제 표준인 ISO 15489와 관련코드에 따르면 공공조직이든 민간조직이든지를 막론하고 안정적인 기록물 분류체계를 구현하게 하는 기능 분류 사용을 권고하고 있다. 기업에서도 이를 따라 업무 수행 기록물을 분류 축적하여 검색 활용할 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것은 기업 성장을 위해서 중요하다. 따라서 기업의 기록물 분류체계 개발에 적용할 수 있는 분류기준이나 개발 방법론 연구 및 모형의 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 대기업 3개 회사와 중소기업 4개 회사 등 총 7개의 종합건설기업의 기록물 분류체계 사례연구를 통하여 분류체계의 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 사례연구를 통하여 도출한 분류원칙을 정리 종합하여 핵심적인 건설기록물 분류기준을 제시하고, 건설기록물 분류체계 모형을 도출하기 위하여 대기업 사례기업의 본사조직 및 프로젝트조직의 대분류 및 중분류 항목 구성을 상호 비교하면서 표준적인 본사조직 및 프로젝트조직 기록물 분류 항목을 도출하는 과정을 기술하고 그 결과로 개발된 건설기록물 분류체계 모형을 제시하였다.
