단순히 정보기술에 대한 투자만으로는 조직성과의 성공적 달성을 기대할 수 없으며, 기업이 보유하고 있는 정보기술지식과 기업의 제반 활동에서 정보기술이 활용되고 있는 수준이 중요하다는 인식하에 연구를 시작하였다. 한편, 조직상황에 따라 정보기술 활용수준이 조직성과에 미치는 영향이 달라질 수 있음을 확인하기 위하여 내부 환경특성으로 조직규모와 외부 환경특성으로 환경역동성을 선택하여 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 조직규모는 대기업, 중기업 및 소기업으로 구분하여 차이를 살펴보았다. 85개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과 조직규모가 커질수록 정보기술 활용수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로는 정보기술 활용수준이 조직성과에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 중기업 및 소기업과는 달궈 대기업의 경우는 유의적 영향을 나타내지 못하여 조직규모에 따라 차이가 있음을 보여주었다. 전체적으로 환경역동성이 정보기술 활용수준과 조직성과의 관계에 미치는 조절효과는 유의적이지 못한 것으로 나타났으나, 소기업과 대기업에서 환경역동성이 높은 경우에는 유의적인 조절효과를 보여주었다.

Recently, both management and labor are interested in the increasing ratio of musculoskeletal disorders. And the developed countries make efforts to consider a counterplan such as prevention activity of musculoskeletal disorders and application possibility of ergonomic program, because musculoskeletal disorders take large portion out of occupational disease. Especially, small and medium enterprises have bigger problems due to the inferior work condition and environment in comparison with big businesses. This study is to introduce developed countries' cases such as WISE(Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) and OSHA Handbook for Small Businesses and to suggest the program of ergonomic management for small and medium enterprises having comparative difficulties against big businesses in improving work environment and managing ergonomic operations.

The Pandemic crisis caused by COVID-19 has raised awareness of the importance of supply chain risk management, such as the control of movement between countries and the simultaneous manufacturing paralysis in the world. Effective risk management within the supply chain of the company is a core competency in the global environment. Therefore, this study quantitatively analyzed the perspective of domestic large corporations and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) to identify the factors that should be considered as the priority when establishing supply chain risk management plans for large and small business employees. In order to conduct the study, a survey was conducted on large corporations and small and medium enterprises in Gyeongnam and Busan, and AHP analysis was conducted using Microsoft 365 excel program. In addition, Mann-Whitney U test (independent sample-nonparametric test) was conducted using SPSS/18 version of statistical package program for comparative analysis between groups. As a result, the priority was highly evaluated in the order of financial ability, competitiveness, disaster in the overall priority evaluation. There were statistically significant differences in internal risk and strategic decision making of supply chain between groups. This suggests that fandemics such as COVID-19 can not be predicted, but strategic responses are needed to utilize opportunities expressed in the crisis through supply chain risk management and to increase the competitive advantage of domestic companies even in the crisis.

In order to foster the minor enterprises effectively we will have to take a proper step to control and adjust the excessive competitions of large-enterprises and minor as well as among minor enterprises, We should promote the relationship serialized between minor - and large - enterprises and establish mediation and control organizations and governmental policies to create re-subcontract among small and medium enterprises. To help the development of medium md small enterprises in Jeon-Buk area, therefore, Kunsan city should be designated as a Growth Position City. The reason is as follows. 1) Because Kunsan is located in Middle Western Seaside geographycally, and in the central place of our country as a key point of sea-transportation, we can cultivate the national land widely. 2) As an ocean gateway city of Kum River basin, Kunsan is a good place that can reform Hoh-nam inland of Kwang-iu, Jeon-ju, I-ri, and like places as well as central inland area of Dae-jeon, Chong-ju, etc.. 3) Kunsan is an advanced-base for constituting an industrial region of Weatern roast that has a spacious coastral industrial region and is connected with inland industrial park of Jeon-ju and I-ri and Jang-hang, Bi-in, etc.. From the above reason. Kunsan should be designated as a growth position city that can induce and promote the development of center of Western coast.

The need for total enterprise management that covers from accepting orders, design, cost, procurement, manufacture, and delivery has been recently raised in order for efficient project management of small and medium size plant construction enterprises. This trend is reflected in the introduction of EPM(Enterprise Project Management) solutions by some shipbuilding enterprises and large construction corporations. In step with the trend, small and medium size plant construction enterprises are enabled to provide knowledge base in terms of reducing cost and production period and managing portfolio for accepting orders and attaining contract by inducing customized EPM This study presents a design of customized EPM based on a case study of a company. It exhibits a collaborative/collaboration resource-supply model which can be universally applied to small and medium size job-order production enterprises. The research discusses that under the assumption that information is shared internally between departments on planning, supply, manufacture, and quality control in order to create collaborative environment and close participation is created externally between suppliers and orderers, productivity can be improved in cost reduction through planning efficient collaborative supply model.

This paper finds some stylized facts about executive pay in South Korea. Using aggregate data of the listed companies since 2002, we find that 1) the director's remuneration has risen faster than the employee compensation, thus, the pay ratio of executive and employee has escalated from 3.0 to 4.5; 2) the executive compensation for large business group fluctuates more widely than that for small and medium enterprises does, hence the pay ratio for large firms changes widely too; 3) the median pay ratio has not grown monotonically but it rather rises to remain still around year 2011, which is accounted for mostly by small and medium enterprises. New information on executive compensation by compulsory disclosure starting from 2013 made further analysis of CEO compensation attainable. Based on the conventional regression analysis for 2013-2017, we find that 1) the elasticity of CEO pay with respect to firm value is about 0.18; 2) the volatility of stock return is negatively related to CEO pay; 3) contemporaneous stock return is positively associated with the pay; 4) there is insufficient evidence that large business groups pay their CEOs more than small and medium enterprises do. These results are robust under various model specifications.

최근 기업의 사회적 책임이 강조되고 있지만, 대부분의 연구는 대기업 중심으로 이루어져왔으며 중소기업을 대상으로 조사한 연구는 미비하다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)의 적합성이 기업명성과 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중소기업 CSR의 선행 연구를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지 101부를 분석한 결과에 의하면, 중소기업의 CSR 적합성이 기업명성과 구매의도에 영향을 미치며, 기업명성은 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업에게 CSR 활동에 대한 많은 시사점을 제공한다.

A compact gun drill machine was developed to improve productivity and economical efficiency for small and medium enterprise tool makers. Gun drilling works are mainly using at molding, automobile, aircraft industry and special tool makers to make deep holes. As gun drill machines are very expensive and big burden for small tool makers, so that works used to execute through outside orders but it was required lot of cost too. Most of gun drill machines are providing for high volume and large capacity enterprises. In order to use for small and medium enterprises that compact gun drill machine was designed and developed. It could be improved product quality, productivity and manufacturing cost for small and medium enterprises by using this machine.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the growing activities of large purchasing enterprises on the trust of small and medium size contractors, which is mediated by 'purchase accompany activity'. This subject study includes the first and second contractor companies in Korea. The results of this study are as follow. First, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of major purchase vendor with cooperative company had a positive effect on the trust of cooperative company, however this was not so with the information sharing activities in that case. Second, the trust of contractors on large purchasing enterprises was positively influenced by sharing activities with purchasing activities of major company. Third, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of purchasing enterprise with contractors on the sharing activities were mediated by the trust of contracting company on the large purchase enterprise. According to this study, the mediated effect of trust relationship can influence a contracting company. Whereas preceding studies of sharing activities were conducted about unidirectional instruct of large purchase enterprises to small and medium size contracting companies, this study was conducted on bidirectional effects, which included knowledge, cost price, information sharing activities between contracting companies and large purchasing enterprises. Conclusively, this study showed the possibility of spreading cognitive and change about mutual benefits strategy between small and medium size contracting company and large purchasing enterprise.

우리나라 산업과 경제의 근간에는 중소기업이 뿌리의 역할을 하고 있으며 대부분의 기술적 혁신은 대기업보다 중소기업에서 일어나고 있다. 기술개발과 기술혁신만이 중소기업이 치열한 경쟁구도 가운데 생존할 수 있는 유일한 길이기에 매진하는 한편 기술보호에는 관심과 투자가 인색한 편이다. 그로 인해 산업기술유출 사고가 빈번히 일어나고 있으며 이에 대한 개선대책을 중소기업 여건상 충족시키기 어렵다. 유출사고가 발생하였을 때 범죄 행위를 입증하기 위해서는 가장 핵심인 디지털증거가 필요하지만 관리상 허점으로 인해 디지털증거가 훼손되고 삭제되거나 하는 등의 문제가 발생하곤 한다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기술유출사고 유형에 따른 디지털증거기반의 대응방안을 설계하고자 한다. 실제로 발생하였던 기술유출사고 유형을 분류하고 내부정보유출방지솔루션을 운영하는 중소기업 보안환경에서 디지털증거 확보 방안을 연구하려 한다.
