객체지향 UML을 활용한 자동차부품제조업체의 공급사슬관리망 설계.구현 연구 (A study on Design & Implementation of Supply Chain Management adopting Object-Oriented design methodology for auto-part manufacture company)

  • This paper was concerned about design and implementation of supply chain management for auto-part company by adopting a UML(Unified Modeling Language). The part of SCM and e-business have interested by larger company, researcher and academic professor. There has been known about a little implementing SCM and it's initiatives for SME(small-medium sized enterprise). We, in this paper, dealt with design and implementing the SCM on supply chain auto part SMEs. The UML is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for the SCM implementation. In this paper, we also adopt some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a SCM system.

인공신경망을 이용한 국방조달 부정당업자 예측모형 개발 (An Artificial Neural Network Approach for the Prediction of Unlawful Company in Defense Procurement)

  • 현대 국방획득 업무에서 계약업체의 관리는 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 국방조달에 있어서 부정당업자의 발생은 무기체계의 전력화에 큰 차질을 유발시켜 획득사업이 원활히 이행되지 못하는 원인을 야기시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인공신경망 모형을 이용하여 국방조달에서 부정당업자를 판별할 수 있는 예측모형을 개발하고자 한다. 모형에 사용된 데이터는 국내 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 구축된 학습용 및 검증용 자료를 활용하여 실증분석 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 모형의 결과로 사업관리자들의 사업관리 능력을 향상시키고, 견실한 국방조달업체의 진입을 통한 조달질서 확립에 기여를 할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

소수성 HY-형 제올라이트제 하니컴의 제조 및 그 하니컴의 벤젠, o-xylene, MEK에 대한 흡.탈착특성 (Manufacture of the Hydrophobic HY-type Zeolite-honeycomb and Its Adsorption/Desorption Characteristics for the Benzene, o-xylene, and MEK)

  • We performed the experiments to manufacture the hydrophobic $200cells/in^2$-zeolite honeycomb using HY-type zeolite of Si/Al ratio of 80 for separating and removing the VOCs emitted from small and medium size-plants by adsorption and to determine the drying method for the honeycomb at $105^{\circ}C$ without cracking, then measured performances of the honeycomb to adsorb the benzene, o-xylene, and MEK and to desorb the benzene and MEK saturated on the honeycomb by the nitrogen gas as the desorption gas. As a results, the good honeycomb was formed and the honeycomb was not cracked when the mixing ratio of the zeolite to bentonite to methyl cellulose to polyvinyl alcohol to glycerine to water is 100 : 8.73 : 2.18 : 4.19 : 1.38 : 126 and dried the honeycomb at $105^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours in the drying oven. The shape of the dried honeycomb was not changed after calcination, and the compressive strengths of the honeycomb after drying and calcination were 6.7 and $0.69kg/cm^2$, respectively. The adsorption efficiencies of the honeycomb for benzene, o-xylene, and MEK were $92{\sim}96%$ at the room temperature. The desorption efficiency at $180^{\circ}C$ was higher than that at $150^{\circ}C\;by\;1.5{\sim}13.8%$ depending on the flow rate of the nitrogen gas, and it was found that desorption efficiency is higher than 85% at $180^{\circ}C$ and 1.0L/min of the nitrogen gas. At $180^{\circ}C$ and 0.2 L/min, the concentration of the benzene and MEK in the used desorption gas are higher than 40,000 and 50,000ppm, respectively, so it be used as the fuel for preheating the desorption gas fed into the column in desorption cycle.

아동화 설계에 요구되는 치수 및 구조요인의 정량적 분석 -학령기 여아를 대상으로- (Quantitative Analysis of the Size and the Structural Factors of the Feet for Elementary School Girls' Shoe Design)

  • This study was performed to provide the analysis on their size and the structural factors required in the process of design and manufacture of school girls' shoes. 371 elementary school girls in Kyungin and Youngnam area were participated in the size measurement. 25 foot items and 6 main body items were measured directly or indirectly using a digital photography. The results of the study are as follows: first, by most of measured items, the range of their foot size was very wide from the size of toddlers to adults'. That shows that the change of school girls' foot size occurred with their growth is pretty big. Second, from the structural factor analysis on 25 foot items, five factors were extracted such as 'the size of the foot', 'the volume of the foot,' 'the height and inclination of the foot,' 'the shape of the foot,' and 'the inside and outside inclination of the foot'. Third, from the cluster analysis, three clusters were classified: Cluster 1 was the group of 10 to 11 year old girls who had big-sized feet. The elementary school girls in the fourth to sixth grade belonged to this group. Cluster 2 consisted of girls who had small-sized and big-volumed feet. Cluster 3 had medium-sized and slim-shaped feet. Most of 6 to 7 year old elementary school girls belonged to this group. The above-mentioned results imply that many continual researches are required on children's shoe production reflecting the change of elementary school girls' feet size owing to their growth. The quantitative data on elementary school girls' feet size in this study could be used as basic information for the development of children's shoe design and its production.

자유무역지역 제도비교를 통한 마산항 발전방향 (The development of Masan Port through comparison of Free Trade Zones)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate CFZ(custom free zone) and FTZ(free trade zone) in Korean FTZ System and develop Masan Port in Korea Local Port. The main point of this discussion is to approach the efficient method ill developing Masan Port through comparison CFZ and FTZ. For this purpose, this paper is searched the present situation of logistics in Korea and Northeast Asia, also discussed the concept of FTZ in international status. Then CFZ accepted by Korean government started from the concept of FTZ and is the logistic-centered FTZ in the middle of three model, production-centerde model, production-logistic combination, and logistic-centered FTZ. But CFZ in centering logistic excepted the fundamental manufacture in Korean production. and is almost the same about other various sides, i. e. law and enforcement ordinance. etc This problem is decreasing the efficiency in Korean commercial system. Thus this paper indicate the view point and rightness of region economic through study of FTZ and CFZ in Masan Port. This paper says that FTZ is better then CFZ in Masan Port with comparing superior position about economic development direction, industrial structure, Foreign investment attraction, business fluctuation, national-local renovation. Therefore this paper concludes that the development of Masan Port needs the effort as follow : first, Masan Port must apply in enlarging FTA into Free Tree Area. Second, the government must develop the high-density and medium-small scale in Masan Port. Third, the local government must promote the amount of demand in Masan Port logistic. Forth, the government must actively propel great-sphere development in present Masan Port.

The Distribution Condition and Clothing Construction Factors of the Working Clothes - Reference to the Changwon National Industrial Complex -

  • To investigate the actual distribution condition and clothing construction factors of the working clothes supplied to the Changwon national industrial complex, 5 major companies in machinery, automotive, industrial engineering, shipbuilding and rolling stock in the industrial complex located in Gyeongsangnam-Do were selected. The questionnaire designed for the research consisted of working clothes distribution policies in manufacturing industry and the actual conditions of the design facts, repair and maintenance of the working clothes, etc. The analysis of the clothing construction factors of the working clothes provided by 5 respondent companies were conducted in parallel. The results derived from the study were as follows: The basic types of working clothes were the blouson jacket and straight pants; safety equipments for manufacture were safety helmets, gloves, snickers, goggles, masks, ear caps, wristlets, leggings, apron, etc. The size-charts adopted by the participant companies were the small-medium-large and cm/inch measurement size systems. To solve wearer's dissatisfaction with the garment fit, certain clothing construction factors were used, e.g. strap bands and the elastic band on a waist band. The types of fabrics used for the working clothes were mainly polyester/cotton and polyester/rayon blended ones. Moreover, to provide with more air permeability to wearers, the warp knit material was used to construct the lining and the armpit or back bodice slits. Lock, two-thread chain, safety, overedge stitches were applied with flat, lap felled, French, superimposed, lapped, bound and edge finishing seams to construct the working clothes selected.

  • The object of this study is to investigate the potential of dual-electrospun polymer based structure for vascular tissue engineering, especially for the medium or small sue blood vessels. Polyurethane(PU), which is known to be biocompatible in this area, was electrospun with poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO). Concentration of PU was fixed at 20wt%, while that of PEO was set from 15 to 35wt%. Morphological features were observed by SEM image and measurement of porosity and cellular responses were tested before and after extracting PEO from the hybrid scaffolds by immersing the scaffolds into distilled water. The diameter of PEO fibers were ranged from 200nm to 500nm. The lower concentration of PEO tended to show beads. The porosity of the scaffolds after extracting PEO was highly increased with higher concentration of PEO as expected. Also, higher proliferation rate of smooth muscle cells was observed at higher concentration of PEO than at the lower concentration and without PEO. As conclusions, this dual electrospinning technique combined with PU and PEO is expected to overcome the current barrier of cell penetration by providing more space for cells to proliferation.

갈변반응을 이용한 흑양파의 제조 및 물 추출물의 항산화 효과 (Black Onions Manufactured via the Browning Reaction and Antioxidant Effects of Their Water Extracts)

  • 양파의 매운 맛과 냄새를 감소시켜 섭취가 용이하도록 흑양파를 제조하고자 하였으며, 제조조건을 선발하기 위해서 숙성온도, 양파 크기, 그리고 양파 외부의 처리방법을 다르게 하여 흑양파를 제조하고, 각각의 흑양파 물 추출물에 대한 항산화 효과를 평가함으로서 흑양파를 새로운 식품 소재로 사용할 수 있는 흑양파 제조의 기초자료를 조사하였다. 온도에 따른 흑양파 제조효과에서 온도 증가에 따라 갈변효과가 증가하였다. 양파의 크기별은 100 g의 작은 양파와 뿌리와 줄기를 자른 양파의 갈변효과가 좋았다. 생양파보다 제조한 흑양파의 색도와 ${\Delta}E$ 값은 크게 증가하였으며 $90^{\circ}C$일 때 5.53 이었고, 총 페놀 함량은 온도의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였는데 $90^{\circ}C$에서 9.19 mg/g이었다. $90^{\circ}C$에서 껍질 있는 작은 양파의 총 페놀함량은 11.62 mg/g으로 가장 높았다. 각 항산화 효과를 놓고 본 때 $90^{\circ}C$에서 껍질있는 작은 흑양파의 효과가 가장 좋았으며, DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 48%에 달하였고 아질산염 소거능도 타 처리구 보다 좋은 결과이었다. 흑양파 제조방법에 따른 기능성 성분을 분석한 결과 박피하지 않고 뿌리와 줄기를 자른 90-S-C 처리구가 갈변도, 총 페놀의 함량이 가장 높게 검출되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 $90^{\circ}C$에서 껍질로 싸여 있는 100 g 작은 양파의 갈변효과가 가장 우수하였다.
