2거더 강합성교를 위한 장지간 바닥판 설계 휨모멘트 (Design Bending Moments For Long-Span Slab On a Composite Two-Girder Bridge)

  • This study was performed to propose design bending moment formula for long-span slab on a composite two-girder bridge. FEM models representing slab spaning between 4m and 12m were analyzed, and parameters such as girder flexibility and orthotropy of slab were considered. By regression of the parametric analyses results, the moment formula that can predict the design moment with reasonable margin of safety and correctness was developed. The research also showed that the design bending moment from Korean Bridge Design Code overestimated the design moment for the span length under gm, and underestimated for the span length over 9m.

비파괴 및 재하시험에 의한 노후 교량의 거동특성 (Behavior Properties of Bridge by Non Destructive and Loading Test)

  • The performance evaluation and deflection of 3 spans concrete simplicity slab bridge analyzed by non-destructive and loading test. Compressive strength of slab and pier appeared in the range of each 353∼366 kgf/$cm^2$ and 152∼215 kgf/$cm^2$ in rebound number test. Also, it appeared that concrete quality of slab was good after performance improvement. The average compressive strength of slab by core picking appeared 229 kg/$cm^2$. In reinforcing bar arrangement test of span and member, it appeared that horizontal and vertical reinforcing bar was arranged to fixed interval. The value of calculation deflection that carried structural analysis with deflection analysis wave in static loading test appeared higher than that of experimental deflection and it appeared that hardness of this bridge was good. Maximum impact factor that estimated from deflection by running speed in dynamic loading test appeared by 0.216 in 10 km/hr running speed.

Cracking and bending strength evaluations of steel-concrete double composite girder under negative bending action

  • The steel-concrete double composite girder in the negative flexural region combines an additional concrete slab to the steel bottom flange to prevent the local steel buckling, however, the additional concrete slab may lower down the neutral axis of the composite section, which is a sensitive factor to the tensile stress restraint on the concrete deck. This is actually of great importance to the structural rationality and durability, but has not been investigated in detail yet. In this case, a series of 5.5 m-long composite girder specimens were tested by negative bending, among which the bottom slab configuration and the longitudinal reinforcement ratio in the concrete deck were the parameters. Furthermore, an analytical study concerning about the influence of bottom concrete slab thickness on the cracking and sectional bending-carrying capacity were carried out. The test results showed that the additional concrete at the bottom improved the composite sectional bending stiffness and bending-carrying capacity, whereas its effect on the concrete crack distribution was not obvious. According to the analytical study, the additional concrete slab at the bottom with an equivalent thickness to the concrete deck slab may provide the best contributions to the improvements of crack initiation bending moment and the sectional bending-carrying capacity. This can be applied for the design practice.

유리섬유 복합재를 이용한 RC슬래브 교량의 보강성능평가 (Reinforced Performance Evaluation of RC Slab Bridge Using Conclinic Advanced FiberWrep)

  • 본 연구에서는 RC슬래브 교량의 내하력을 향상시키기 위해 유리섬유 복합재(CAF)를 이용한 보강방법을 제시하였다. 보강 성능을 평가하기 위해 설계하중 DB 18로 설계된 실험대상 교량의 슬래브 하면에 단위폭당 50 cm로 CAF 복합재를 보강하여 정 동적재하시험을 수행하였다. 정 동적재하시험 결과 RC슬래브의 최대변위, 변형률, 충격계수는 보강전에 비하여 보강후에 각 14.7%, 5.0% 및 33.7% 감소하였다. 시험경간 중앙부에서의 RC슬래브의 공칭저항비는 27% 증가하였고, 공용내하력은 1,2 경간에서 44.6%, 48.9%증가하였다. 결론적으로 설계하중 DB 18로 설계된 노후된 RC슬래브 교량을 현행 1등급교의 설계하중 DB 24로 향상시키는데 CAF 복합재를 이용한 보강방법은 매우 효과적인 것으로 판단된다.

강합성 2거더교 프리스트레스트 바닥판의 설계 최소두께 (Minimum Design Thickness of Prestressed Concrete Deck Slabs for Composite Two-Girder Bridges)

  • 2거더교를 위한 장지간 바닥판의 설계에서 바닥판의 안전성과 사용성을 만족시키면서 두께를 줄여 자중을 최소화하는 것은 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 이 논문에서는 2거더교를 위한 횡방향 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 바닥판의 설계 최소두께와 배근상세를 안정성, 사용성을 고려하여 제시하였다. 대상 교량은, 실용적인 2거더교를 대표할 수 있는 교량으로, 교량길이 40 m의 단순교이다. 대상교량의 바닥판의 지간을 4 m~12m로 변화시켜 가며 분석하였다. 바닥판의 이방성 거동을 고려하여 최소단면을 일방향 슬래브로 설계하고, 균열폭과 피로강도를 평가하였으며, 처짐제한을 충족시킬 수 있는 최소 수준의 두께와 비교하였다. 연구결과, 피로내구성의 확보를 위해서는 직경 16 mm이하의 철근을 사용하는 것이 좋으며, 지간이 8 m를 넘는 장지간 바닥판은 처짐에 대한 사용성이 두께 결정의 지배적 요소임을 확인하였다. 또한, 현행 도로교 설계기준의 배력 철근량 규정을 적용하면 지간 4 m 이상의 바닥판에서는 지간 3 m 이하의 바닥판에서 기대되는 정도의 교축방향의 구조적 연속성을 확보할 수 없는 것으로 나타났다.

PC-Slab 합성 철도판형교 유도상화 시험부설에 따른 성능 비교평가 (Capacity evaluation of PC-slab composite actions for the railway steel plate girder according to an experimental construction)

  • There are more than 800 railway steel plate girder bridges which are in use and the total length is approximately 50 km. Among these, it shall be pointed out that non-ballast rail systems which lay on wood sleepers are the most critical members. To strengthen this type of structures, mainly two methods have been applied. The first one is the most typical method which is to replace the girders with slab girder system or steel composite girders and to add ballast. It is not uncommon that the construction cost of substructure is more than ten time higher than that of superstructures and even in this case, the structural uncertainty for the substructures is not diminished. To resolve above mentioned problems, new method was developed to rehabilitate railway steel girder bridge by adding PC-slab using transport equipment. Using this method, substructure strengthen is rarely required because the additional weight to the bridge superstructure is only up to 1.0t/m. Also it was possible to save the construction cost by reducing construction duration and by simplifying the construction process. Experimental construction was performed for Jewon bridge and measurements were performed before and after construction to verify the bridge capacity.

시공단계를 고려한 U-Channel Bridge의 슬래브 설계 (Slab Design of U-Channel Bridge Considering Construction Sequence)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 교량 형식인 U-Channel Bridge(UCB)의 시공단계를 고려하여 그 거동 및 슬래브의 설계방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. UCB는 각각의 세그먼트를 공장에서 제작하여 현장에서 조립하여 시공하므로 각 시공단계별로 지지 조건에 변화가 발생한다. UCB의 시공단계를 지지 조건이 변화하는 제작, 운반, 가설빔 거치, 완공의 네 단계로 구분하여 각 단계마다 프레임 요소와 판 요소를 적용하여 적합한 구조해석 모델을 제시하였으며, 구조해석을 수행하고 그 결과를 검토하였다. 검토 결과 슬래브의 해석은 네 단계를 모두 고려하여 수행되어야 하는 것으로 나타났으며 구성된 모델을 적용하여 타당한 슬래브의 설계방법을 제안하였다.

그린건축을 위한 열교차단 특허기술의 조사 및 분석 연구 (Investigation and Analysis of Patents for the Thermal Bridge Breaker in Green Buildings)

  • The green building is one of biggest factors to go the goal of energy saving and environmental conservation, "reduction of energy consumption, friendly energy technology, recycling of resource, and environmental pollution reduction technology. The purpose of these green buildings realized by the energy-saving technology such as the thermal bridge breaker(or thermal bridge block). Thermal bridges are localized elements that penetrate insulated portions of building envelope that results in heat loss. The purpose of this paper is to describe the technical interactions for patents of a thermal bridge breaker(TTB) used in green building practices, and be subject to investigation to TTB in the leading countries, that is, United State, Europe Union, Japan, and Korea. As a result, there are four TTB categories(roof, wall-slab connection, opening, footing) in house or building. The TTB categories is remarkable technology that is apparatus in slab-wall joints and sealing element of opening frame in walls.

  • Recently, there have been increased mush concerns about repair and rehabilitation works for aged concrete structures to keep up with rapid economic growth in Korea since the early 1970's. In particular, it is believed in these days that there are significantly increasing number of aged concrete bridge slabs, which are strongly needed to construct and rehabilitate by innovative construction method. The objective of this research is to develop the new construction method of concrete slab in bridge structure, which can contribute to minimize the traffic congestion during the repair and rehabilitation works of aged concrete slab, and can also sufficiently assure the quality through the minimization of in-situ works at the site. I-beams with punch holes, which are substituted instead of main reinforcing steels in concrete slabs, will be manufactured in accordance with the specification in the factory, and will be preassembled into the panel. After erecting the preassembled panels in the site, concrete will be poured into the slab panel. This test is to investigate physical properties of I-Beam with punch holes itself, and then to investigate structural properties of assembled I-Beam panels through static and fatigue test, of which can be utilized for the development of new construction method of concrete slab in bridge structure.

특별직교이방성 복합적층판 이론을 응용한 포스트텐션된 슬래브 교량의 해석 (Analysis of Post-tensioned Slab Bridge by Means of Specially Orthotropic Laminates Theory)

  • 포스트텐션된 슬래브 교량은 특별직교이방성 복합적층판 이론으로 해석할 수 있다. 슬래브 교량의 해석에 있어 단면의 기하학적, 물리적 특성이 중립축을 중심으로 휨-연계 강성 $B_{ij}=0$ 이고, $D_{16}=D_{26}=0$ 임을 고려해야 한다. 각각의 횡방향철근과 수직방향철근은 하나의 lamina로 간주하고, 재료상수는 각각의 lamina의 혼합법칙에 의해서 계산되어진다. 단순지지된 슬래브 교량은 등분포하중과 축하중을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유한차분법과 보 이론에 의해서 해석하였다. 그 결과 보 이론에 의한 해석 값이 판 이론에 의한 해석 값에 근접함을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 얻은 연구 결과를 이용하여 가까운 장래에 학부정도의 실력을 가진 기술자가 포스트텐션된 슬래브 교량의 해석에 있어서 유용하게 사용 할 수 있다.
