Safety, livability, and efficiency are the three prominent problems of tall buildings, which are also the severe challenges to designers. We proposed the idea of building the sky town to solve these problems, which can be summarized in two sentences, one is tall building multi-storised, and another one is vertical facilities municipal-infrastructurised. The tall building can be horizontally cut into several multi-storey buildings by some large platforms. The platform extends a certain width to block the fire from spreading. Tall buildings are connected together as a group. One of them is a traffic core, which is used for vertical transportation and MEP. It connects to traffic center such as metro, while most of the other tall buildings' cores can be very much released, so as to achieve maximum efficiency of floor usable area and to give good traffic organization. By combining traffic core, platforms, and multi-storey buildings' inner traffic, a transportation network is formed. Finally, we refer to the design of Raffles City Chongqing to make a sketch of sky town.

This research makes that quantitative radiation property of an actual town ward is obtained in quest of the parameter with regard to a radiation heat transfer property and set up several town ward models that reproduced a solid form of a city along the attribute of the city. A regular trend possibility that is able to evaluate a radiation characteristics of a town ward quantitatively from a town ward guideline and confirmation that is produced about each parameter as a result of a numerical value simulation it obtained. This research shot a coefficient of Gebhart's emission absorption. sky radiation absorption rate direct solar radiation absorption rate the parameter with regard to a radiation heat transfer characteristics of a town ward in each town ward model and a volume rate of a town ward advances case study under regular such condition and shot the absorption rate, direct and others days and calculated an absorption rate and checked about the relation between a town ward and each radiation heat transfer property of a city.

As a portal to rural town, Myeon near large cities is expected to represent image of the rural area. But, the landscape are changing rapidly due to development pressure and to the expansion of the transportation network. For visitors and transit traffic, Recognizing that the characteristics of the streetscape is an important task for the vitalization of the rural district. In particular, it was found that the visual quantity of the central street in the location of the town was closely related to the preference of the streetscape, and the visual quantity of trees and the visual quantity of the building showed an inverse relationship of + and - respectively. Since this is not a simple ratio of the sky to the building, but a relative factor, the possibility of landscape improvement can be improved through management of public facilities or green spaces and maintenance of open spaces or gaps between buildings. It seems that it is necessary to secure separate means for the management of the architectural landscape, such as the establishment of a special landscape plan or establishment of ordinances.

The ASKAP-EMU survey is a deep wide-field radio continuum survey designed to cover the entire southern sky and a significant fraction of the northern sky up to +30°. Here, we report a discovery of a radio relic in the merging cluster SPT-CL J2023-5535 at z=0.23 from the ASKAP-EMU pilot 300 square degree survey (800-1088 MHz). The deep high-resolution data reveal a ~2 Mpc-scale radio halo elongated in the east-west direction, coincident with the intracluster gas. The radio relic is located at the western edge of this radio halo stretched ~0.5 Mpc in the north-south orientation. The integrated spectral index of the radio relic within the narrow bandwidth is α1088MHz800MHz = -0.76 ± 0.06. Our weak-lensing analysis shows that the system is massive (M200 = 1.04 ± 0.36 × 1015M⊙) and composed of at least three subclusters. We suggest a scenario, wherein the radio features arise from the collision between the eastern and middle subclusters. Furthermore, the direct link between the local AGN and the relic along with the discontinuities in X-ray observation hint us that we are looking at the site of re-acceleration.
