중년 남녀 소비자의 선호 의복이미지에 관한 연구 (Middle-aged Consumers' Preferences for Clothing Images)

  • The purposes of the study were to explore differences in preference for clothing images according to wearing situations and clothing product involvement. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher and was collected by 101 men and 100 women aged between 40 and 59. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, repeated measure ANOVA, t-test adjusted by Bonferroni, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test. The results of the study showed that clothing images were classified into five factors including hard cold image, modern urban image, bold unique image, and heavy luxurious image. There were significant differences in preference among clothing images according to wearing situations and clothing product involvement. While modern urbane image was most preferred, hard cold image was least preferred in both formal and informal wearing situations, and for either high or low involvement clothing products. Also, there were significant differences in clothing image preference according to wearing situations and product involvement. In formal situations, stronger preference for modern urban image and heavy luxurious image showed than in informal situations, and bold unique image and heavy luxurious image were more preferred for high involvement clothing product than for low involvement clothing product. In addition, there were significant differences in preferences for clothing images between groups according to gender and age. In both formal and informal situations, men showed stronger preferences than women for hard cold image, but women for bold unique image. For either high or low involvement clothing products, men preferred hard cold image, modern urban image and heavy luxurious image more than women, but women preferred bold unique image more than men. Lastly, for high involvement clothing product, subjects aged fifties showed stronger preferences than forties for modern urban image and heavy luxurious image, but for low involvement clothing product, modern urban image was more preferred.

전자상거래 환경하에서 서비스 실패 회복 노력의 공정성과 진정성이 회복만족에 미치는 영향: 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Justice and Authenticity on Recovery Satisfaction in the Electronic Commerce Environments: The Moderation Effects of Involvement)

  • With the rapid growth of the internet, electronic commerce has become accepted as one of the major purchasing channels for consumers. As more and more consumers search for and purchase products through the internet, intra-industry competition of electronic commerce has become fierce. Therefore, electronic commerce service providers pay attention to factors that prevent existing customers from leaving there services in the service failure situation. In this regard, electronic commerce service providers should make service recovery efforts for consumer recovery satisfaction after service failure. In this study, we suggest that procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice and authenticity have positive impacts on recovery satisfaction. In addition, we also propose that involvement plays moderating roles in the relationships between procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice, authenticity and recovery satisfaction. We collected empirical data for this study over a period of two weeks from subjects who had service failure recovery experiences through electronic commerce. A total of 224 complete and valid responses were obtained. We carried out data analysis using a two-step methodology with SPSS 20.0 and SmartPLS 2.0. The first step in the data analysis was to establish the internal consistency, convergent validity, discriminant validity of the constructs. In the second step, we examined the structural model. The empirical results support the proposed model and partly identify the moderating effect of involvement differences. The moderate effect results show that procedural justice, distributive justice and authenticity have different impacts on recovery satisfaction in two groups. Cognitive factor such as the procedural justice and distributive justice have stronger impacts on recovery satisfaction in the high-involvement goods than in the low-involvement goods, while emotional factor such as authenticity has a stronger impact on recovery satisfaction in the low-involvement goods than in the high-involvement goods. We expect that this result will provide researchers and managers who are interested in electronic commerce service failure recovery with useful theoretical and practical implications.

Effect of Corporate Transparency on Trust and Purchase Intention

  • There is a growing interest in ethical consumption, and consumers are demanding high levels of CSR for their companies. Transparent provision of corporate information among various areas of CSR is also an important topic in the recent consumption situation. In the global fashion industry, it is also a type of radical corporate transparency and ethical management, led by several advanced startups such as Everlane. As a result, the production process is being disclosed. This study empirically analyzes the influence of this fashion product process transparency on the consumer evaluation of the company. According to a survey of 200 Korean respondents, the transparency of the presented fashion firms had a positive effect on corporate trust and purchase intention. It was confirmed that it has. On the other hand, consumer involvement, which has been discussed as an important personal attribute in the associated consumption environment, has no significant moderating effect. In other words, consumers' subjective corporate ethics involvement did not have a significant influence on their corporate transparency evaluation.

학문 중심 과학 교육의 문제점과 생활 소재의 과학 교재화 방안 (Problems of Discipline Centered Science Education and a Method of the Utilization of Everyday Materials in Science Education)

  • The new movement in science education in America and Europe has been heavilly oriented into technological and soceital aspect of science since 1970. However, this spirit has not been well informed in Korea and not adapted in science education. This paper aimed to arouse Korean science educators attention to everyday situation as a science education context. In this paper, the discipline centered science education was briefly reviewed and problems related to the philosophy was pointed out. At the same time the researcher introduced STS context as a science education objective, and elaborated the three elements(physical situation, technological situation. and societal situation) of the context. In the paper, the advantages of the use of everyday context in science education were examined. THe advantages were analysed in terms of the nature of science, learning psychology, integrated science, and societal aspect of science education. The paper also suggested the criteria to select teaching materials from STS context. The suggested criteria were the degree of science concepts involvement, frequency of experience, strength of experience, and possibility of direct experience.

The Effects of User Involvement on Internet Ad Preference Based on Presentation Type and Content

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 인터넷 사용자데이터를 통해 인터넷 광고의 시각적 모습만이 아니라, 내용적 차이에 따른 사용자 선호도를 제품 관여도를 포함해 분석하고자 한 것이다. 인터넷을 활용한 실험연구에 의하면 이미지 위주의 인터넷 배너광고가 텍스트 위주의 광고에 비해 사용자 선호도가 높았으며 관여도 또한 광고의 선호도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이미지 위주의 광고는 제품과 관련된 관여도의 여부와 관계없이 전반적으로 텍스트 위주의 광고에 비해 사용자들의 호감을 얻고 있었다. 또한 전반적으로 정보 지향적 인 광고보다는 경품위주의 광고의 효과가 높았다. 본 연구는 배너광고를 활용하는 마케팅 의사 결정에 있어서 배너광고와 광고의 시각적 형태 외에도 광고에 포함되는 내용, 소비자와 제품의 관여도 그리고 그 상호효과에 대해 철저한 사전 분석이 있어야 기대하는 마케팅 목표를 이루 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

정치홍보 캠페인의 메시지 프레이밍 효과: 전망이론을 중심으로 (Message Framing Effect in Political Publicity Campaign: Focused on Prospect Theory)

  • 본 연구는 조기 대통령 선거를 포함하여 거의 매년 실시되는 선거 상황에서 효과적인 정치캠페인을 전개하기 위한 전략적 함의를 제시하기 위한 목적에서 진행하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 유권자 271명을 대상으로 프레이밍(손실 vs. 이익), 관여도(고관여 vs. 저관여), 정치효능감(고정치효능감 vs. 저정치효능감)의 $2{\times}2{\times}2$의 삼원 실험설계에 기초하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 프레이밍, 정치효능감의 주효과는 발견되었으나 관여도의 주효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이원 변량분석 결과 프레이밍과 관여도의 상호작용은 유의하였으나, 프레이밍과 정치효능감의 상호작용효과는 유의하지 않았다. 또한 프레이밍, 관여도, 정치효능감의 삼원 상호작용효과도 유의한 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 전망이론을 정치캠페인 메시지의 효과를 검증하는데 사용된 경우는 많지 않으며, 전망이론을 선거 캠페인 메시지 연구에 도입함으로써 정치홍보 캠페인 전략에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

공공기관 내 구성원간의 지식공유에 관한 연구: 사회교환이론 관점에서 (An Empirical Study on Knowledge Sharing among Individuals in Public Institutions : A Social Exchange Theory Approach)

  • 개인은 지식의 공유를 일종의 거래 행위로 지각하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유에서 발생하는 거래는 경제적인 거래라기보다는 조직과 종업원간의 관계의 성격에서 파생되는 특수하고도 복잡한 형태의 거래로 추측된다. 특히 개인들 간의 상호작용을 통한 지식공유는 상황과 긴밀한 상호관련성에 의해 형성된다. 따라서 지식공유는 사회적 교환관계에 의해 설명이 가능하다고 볼 수 있다. 공공기관에 종사하는 178명의 공무원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 공공기관 내 구성원간의 지식 공유는 관계특성요인과 개인특성요인이 신뢰와 조직몰입의 형성에 영향을 미치고, 형성된 신뢰와 조직몰입이 지식공유의도에 영향을 미치는 순차적인 단계를 거쳐 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

최후통첩게임에서 의사결정 상황의 영향 (The Effects of Decision-Making Situation In Ultimatum Game)

  • In the ultimatum game two players have to divide a certain amount of money between them. One player is the allocator and proposes a division of the money. The other is the recipient and can either accept or reject the proposed division. If the recipient accepts, the money is divided as proposed. If the recipient rejects, however, both players receive nothing. Purchase decisions could be classified on two basic factors (or dimensions) : involvement and think/feel in the FCB grid model. In this study we studied the influences of the two factors in purchase decisions on the choice of strategy (or propensity to fairness) in the ultimatum game. The empirical study showed that a decision maker chooses rational strategy more frequently when he (or she) is thinkful (or cognitive) in high involvement level.

  • The objective of this study is In develope on productivity improvement program, which named PPM(Participative Productivity Management). This program consists of 3 stages which are Goal setting and sharing. Productivity measurement and evaluation, and Gain sharing. Each concepts of NGT(Nominal Group Technique), Objectives matrix method and Gain sharing was applied to form this frame. This program rewards members of an organization for their contributions to improve business results. It also fits perfectly with today's participative management philosophies. Furthermore, the company and its employees could be partners a win-win situation, and one more barrier to a high-involvement culture should be eliminated.

  • An unwanted trip of backup distance relays often lead to a blackout. This paper presents investigation report on involvement of backup distance relays in the past blackouts and sensitivity-factor based algorithm to make a distinction between a fault and overload caused by line tripping. A preliminary idea to prevent deterioration of the situation due to unwanted trip of distance relays by utilizing the proposed algorithm is presented.
