This study is to find the accurate interpretations for the UCP600 by integrating, ISBP745, Official Opinions of ICC Banking Commission and some Case Laws suggesting the reasonable implication for the upcoming UCP. Major results analyzed by this study are as follows. First, The preclusion rule, UCP600 Article 16(c), is closely connected with the doctrine of documentary cure, so the banks requirement of Single Notice must state all the discrepancies of the documents presented. Exceptionally if the cured documents by the presenter are happened to be inconsistent the initial notice the bank can require the presenter to re-tender within the expiry date or the last day for presentation. Secondly, The Issuing Bank can utilize the right of seeking a waiver of documentary discrepancies from the applicant with the time limit of 5 banking days. If the bank wants to require an applicant to report discrepancies promptly, he may include a provision in the reimbursement engagement limiting the time limit within which the applicant must give notice of facial discrepancies. Thirdly, if a credit contains a non-documentary condition, banks will deem such condition as not states and will disregard it. According to the principle of private autonony if a credit contains a non-documentary condition to be consistent with by the parties concerned in a credit the non-documentary condition can be treated, as an effective condition itself. Fourthly, according to the Korean Supreme Court's decision, negotiation includes the method of crediting the credit amount and then transfers such funds into a special account and controls the account. Finally, UCP600 Article 33 states a bank has no obligation to accept a presentation outside of its banking hours. However, there is no rule in UCP600 in regard to a presentation after the close of business. Hopefully the upcoming UCP has to stipulates a sort of definite article to determine such ambiguous.

In our paper, we propose an asymmetric single-tracked wheel system, and describe its structure and the method for maintaining the length of a transformable track system. And the method is reducing the gap of lengths. Therefore, we propose an efficient structure for transforming and explain motions with kinematics. Our transformable shape single-tracked mobile system has an advantage to overcome an obstacle or stairs by the variable arms in the single unity track system. But we will make the variable shape of tracked system get a drive that has a force to stand against a wall. In this case, we can consider this system to a rigid body and have a notice that this single tracked system is able to get vary shape with the variable arm angle. Considering forces balance along x-axis and y-axis, and moments balance around the center of the mass we have. If this rigid body is standing against a wall and doesn't put in motion, the force of flat ground and the rigid body sets an equal by a friction. In the same way, the force of a wall and the rigid sets an equal by a friction.

Apartment complex, buildings, markets and department stores have inner parking lots which can accept many cars but drivers waste lots of times to find the empty parking spaces in crowding parking lots. In this paper, we proposed the inner parking information support system based on microprocessor which can decrease roaming times to find vacant parking spot in confusing parking lots through notice monitor and provide SMS to make it easy to find parked place. Proposed system consist with RFID system for detecting access of cars, microprocessor system for processing data of checking existence of cars on parking spots and communicating with server, and server system which processes information of cars' in and out, guides empty parking spots and parked location to drivers. Suggested system is realized by handmade model parking lot size of 8 cars, and we confirmed practicality by providing information using parking notice monitor and single message service.

In the transaction of credits, banks must examine the presentation to determine, on the basis of the documents alone, whether or not the documents appear on their face to constitute a complying presentation. And bank shall each have a maximum of five banking days following the day of presentation to determine if a presentation is complying. This period does not depend on any upcoming expiry date or last day for presentation. Data in a document, when read in context with the credit, the document itself and international standard banking practice, need not be identical to, but must not conflict with, data in i) that document; ii) any other stipulated document; or iii) the credit. When a bank determines that a presentation is complying, it must honour or negotiate. But, when a bank determine that a presentation does not comply, it may refuse to honour or negotiate. When a bank decides to refuse to honour or negotiate, it must give a single notice to that effect to the presenter. That notice must be given by telecommunication or, if that is not possible, by other expeditious means no later than the close of the fifth banking day following the day of presentation.

In this paper we propose a new single-query path planning algorithm for working well in high-dimensional configuration space. With the notice of the similarity between single-query algorithms with exploration algorithms, we propose a new path planning algorithm, which applies the Remembering Exploration method, which is one of exploration algorithms, to a path-planning problem by selecting a node from a roadmap, finding out the neighbor nodes from the node, and then inserting the neighbor nodes into the roadmap, recursively. For the performance comparison, we had experiments in 2D and 3D environments and compared the time to find out the path. In the results our algorithm shows the superior performance than other path planning algorithms.

The heavy-weight floor impact sound field of the receiving room in a testing building with bearing wall structure was investigated using bang machine and impact ball. The sound field was investigated through the impact sound pressure level distribution by the field measurement and computational analysis. Predicted sound field using the computational analysis agree with measurement result in the low frequency band. Result shows that standard deviations of the single number rating value are about 2dB in each impact source. Particularly, impact sound pressure level at 120cm height in 63Hz octave band was 5dB lower than spatial averaging value. It was found that receiving positions in the ministry of construction and transportation notice should be reconsidered.

Laodiceanism is the blueprint from which Hardy draws one of his most ingenuous effects: the creating of a Laodicean around which the novel constructs its ambiguity. Hardy's command of "ingenuity" joins both the leading heroine Paula and the minor character Dare into the same category of a Laodicean. Alongside Paula, Dare is the most important ingredient in the novel in that he acts as an enigmatic persona defying the reader's attempts to establish a coherent type. This paper aims to offer a close reading of Dare's life story, which is chosen for discussion as he has been deemed as a simple functionary and thus apparently escaped serious critical notice thus far. It is stressed that the structure of sensations Dare embodies is fascinating in the sense that it is a locus where the coexistence of both meaning and nonmeaning would not amount to harmonious peace or stability so much as permits the impossibility of single and central significance. In this coexistence is inscribed a notion that the binaries in opposition are endlessly inter-mingled in dialogic tension, which is the hallmark of Laodiceanism that Hardy aims to present through the creation of Dare.

This paper is a qualitative single case study and it was conducted for the purpose to explore change in interactive bibliotherapy experience with a middle-aged widowed spouse. A Middle-aged Widowed Spouse was taken as a research partaker. Through this research, we explored partitively the partaker's experience changes by each session during the commencing of interactive bibliotherapy and the partaker's inner/external experience change after the end of session. The result, interactive bibliotherapy facilitated and expressed the reaction of a partaker by its writing skills and reading materials including partaker's own poems. Furthermore, facilitated emotion from material and self-awareness made a partaker understand and accept itself through therapeutical interaction. In addition, those kind of changes appeared inner/external experience in life, and lasted after the end of the session. In this regard, the inner/external change appeared from a partaker means the effect of bibliotherapy, and we can notice that it is a result that facilitated through truthful reaction of counselor and texts.

Door Inside Lamp of railway rolling stock is installed on interior of the side doors and illuminated at door opening and closing, isolation and fault. So drivers or passengers can notice the door status visually. In the past, a single color or Bi-color LED Lamps have been using and one ~ multiple lamp was used to implement the feature according to client's requirements. (Example: Total of between 2 and 4 lamps are required for the Warning / Emergency operation / Isolation / Fault.) However these design is not easy to apply if there is the mounting space restrictions and the problems such as rising costs can be caused. In addition, it has vulnerability from point of view aesthetic aspects. Therefore the lamp type has been required that has small size and number of colors in order to resolve these problems. Recently multi LED type door status indication lamp have been developed that can meet the requirements and this lamp has been applied in many railway projects. In this study, I'll introduce the general characteristics and mechanical & electrical characteristics of multi LED type door status indication lamp to help development of this kinds of lamp.
