Inverter for Induction Heating using Simultaneous Dual-Frequency Method (동시 이중주파수 구동을 이용한 유도가열용 인버터)

  • Single-frequency induction heating equipment caused by a hardening heat treatment process of the double investment in the issue and allow the heat treatment process in order to shorten the time from one process to work simultaneously on two kinds of processes that allow Simultaneous Dual Frequency(SDF) drive scheme technology are described. In this paper, we propose a dual way to drive a simultaneous dual-frequency drive scheme has been implemented. Through simulations and experiments, we can obtain the validity of the proposed inverter for dual-frequency control and power control.

Thermal-electromagnetic Coupled Analysis for Gear Heat Treatment using Simultaneous Duel Frequency (동시 이중주파수를 이용한 기어 열처리의 열·전자기 연성 해석)

  • In this paper, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for gear heat treatment using simultaneous dual frequency (SDF) induction heating is conducted. To do this, thermal-electromagnetic coupled FE model is built. A two dimensional FE model of gear and heater is introduced to reduce computation time. For more time-efficient analysis, harmonic analysis for electromagnetic model is adopted and transient analysis model, for heat transfer model. Through the coupled analysis, it can be found that the proposed FE model can solve for SDF induction heating of gear and heat treatment parameters can also be determined.

  • 본 논문은 산과 골이 있는 복잡한 형상의 기어를 일정한 깊이로 열처리하기 위해 인버터에 의해 동시에 이중 주파수(SDF)를 발생하는 기법에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 2개의 인버터(Dual Inverter)에 의한 방식을 적용하였으며 각각 출력과 주파수가 다른 두개의 주파수를 발생시켜 합성시키는 방식으로 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 공진 주파수에서 주파수가 합성되는 것을 확인하였다.
