The purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of procedural justice and job significance on value of work, psychological ownership, and job satisfaction. Secondly, to examine the mediating effect of the value of work, psychological ownership on the relationship between procedural justice, job significance and job satisfaction. For the study, the data was collected from convenient sample of 273 nurses at university hospital in a city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: first, the relationship between the procedural justice and the value of work is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the psychological ownership. Third, there was also a positive correlation between the job significance and the value of work. Fourth, the relationship between the job significance and the psychological ownership is positively related. Fifth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the psychological ownership. Sixth, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the job satisfaction. Seventh, the relationship between the job significance and the job satisfaction is positively related. Eighth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the job satisfaction. Ninth, there was also a positive correlation between the psychological ownership and the job satisfaction. Finally, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction. Also, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job significance and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study and some directions for future studies were presented.

In order to investigate the effect of Samulbyulgapchoengpitang(SB) and one herb added(SBA) on anti-tumor and immune response, the author performed this experimental study, Tumor weight(TW), mean survival days(MSD) and body weight(BW) in vivo, natural killer cell activity(NKCA). rosette forming cells(RFC), phagoctic activity in recticuloendomethrial system(PA), delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), hemoagglutinin titer(HA) and hemolysine(HL) in vitro were measured in mice. 1. MSD was prolonged in both of treated groups(SB and SBA) as compared with control group. 2. TW was decreased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. 3. BW was increased in both of treated groups and just only in SB with statistical significance as compared with control group. 4. DTH was increased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. 5. HA was increased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. 6. HL was increased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. 7. RFC was increased in both of treated groups and just only in SB with statistical significance as compared with control group. 8. NKCA was increased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. 9. PA was increased in both of treated groups with statistical significance as compared with control group. According to the above experimental results, it is suggested that SB and SBA will have anti-tumor substance and enhance the effect of immune response. But we have to consider the longtime prescription of SBA because there have been no experiments in its side effect or accumulation in body.

"KoKeumDoSeoJipSeong" EuiBoo that is commonly known as 'EuiBooJeonRok' is a part of "HeumJeongKoKeumDoSeoJipSeong" which was published under Qing empire support and it has a significance in gathering all the results of eastern medicine until 18th century. It contained the best knowledge of the time and considered as the most precious book for two hundred years, but nowadays it is looked away in its value and use. We could prescribe the historical significance this classic medical book has and furthermore, embody the basic knowledge necessary for constructing database by studing compilation and editions. This is the significance the classic "DoSeoJipSeong" has and the significance of the digital EuiBooJipSeong which will be newly shown as a digital knowledge information system.

In order to investigate the effects of shipjuntaepotang (少陰人 十全大補湯) on immune response, the author performed this experimental study. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and rosette forming cells (RFC) for cell-mediated immune response, hemagglutinin (HA) titers, hemolysin (HL) titers, and carbon clearance for phagocytic function of MPS (mononuclear phagocyte system) were measured in ICR mice. The results were summarized as follows. 1. DTH in the experimental group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 2. RFC in the experimental group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 3. HA-titers were increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 4. HL-titers were increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 5. Carbon clearance was increased in the experimental group, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. Through invivo experimental study in ICR mice, these findings suggest that shipjuntaepo-tang enhance both cellmediated and humoral immune responce.

This thesis is a study on the Significance of Pulse in Internal Classic(內經脈義) in the Chapters on Vitality of Pulse(脈神章) in the Complete Works of Zhang Jingyue(景岳全書) Vol. IV. The Complete Works of Zhang Jingyue(景岳全書) is composed of 64 volumes. Maishenzhang, the Chapters on Vitality of Pulse(脈神章) is composed of 3 chapters. The first chapter is the Significance of Pulse in Internal Classic(內經服義). The terminology, Maishen(脈神) means the Vitality of Pulse, which was introduced by Zhang Jingyue to emphasize that the keypoint of sphygmological diagnosis is the vitality of pulse. The Significance of Pulse in Internal Classic(內經脈義) is composed of 20 parts including Buwei(部位), Maidu(脈度), Sanbujiuhou(三部九候), Qizhen(七診), Liujingmaoti(六經脈體), ect. in Miraculous Pivot(靈樞). There are no commentaries in most of them, which is because there are explanatory notes in Leijing(類經). Therefore, I referred to explanatory notes in Leijing(類經) to study the Significance of Pulse in Internal Classic(內經脈義), and make a study as followings.

To find out the difference of local characteristics, body and mental activity of Ramyon's habitual eater,THI guestion which is objects of students of high school in the city and country was carried. The results are as follows: 1.In comparison of eating and non-eating group of both male and female syudents, the mean value of eating group was high and showed the significance(P<0.001). 2. The eating group of city showed the higher mean value than country and it showed the significance(P<0.05). 3. In the eating group of city;the female had higher mean value than the male and showed no significance. In the eating group of city;the female had higher mean value than the male and showed significance(P<0.001). 4. In the eating group of male, the mean value of city was higher than country and showed significance(P<0.001). In the eating group of female, the mean value of city was igher than country, but showed no significance. As the results of the above,se know habitual eating of Ramyon give rise to spleen functional disouder and consepuently mental disorder resulting trom spirit-blood's original impediment and the variety of character, such varieties were different according to the characteristics of local and difference. Therefore, we'll study more detail aspents from now on.

Purpose - This paper empirically investigates what factors contribute to corporate investments under financial constraint condition in the Korean stock market. In the paper, tangible assets' growth rate and fixed assets' growth rate were employed as investment performance and total assets were also used for comparison purpose. Research design and methodology - Samples are constructed by manufacturing firms listed on the stock market of Korea as well as those who settle accounts in December from 2001 to 2018. Financial institutions are excluded from the sample as their accounting procedures, governance and regulations differ. This study adopted a fixed panel regression model to assess the sample construction including yearly and cross-sectional data. Results - This results support the literatures that major shareholders showed positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained firms and no significance to investment in financially constrained firms. ROA showed positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained and constrained firms, whereas firm size showed negative significance to investment in financially unconstrained and constrained firms. Debt showed no positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained firms and negative significance to investment in financially constrained firms. Conclusions - This paper documented evidence that ROA and firm size are important factors to investment irrespective of firms' financial constraints. And this paper also supports that major shareholders give positive impact to investments in financially unconstrained firms. This means that financial constraints itself rule corporate' investment decision in financially constrained firms.

This paper aims to propose a new steps of hypothesis testing using analysis process and improvement process in the six sigma DMAIC. The six sigma implementation models proposed in this paper consist of six steps. The first step is to establish a research hypothesis by specification directionality and FBP(Falsibility By Popper). The second step is to translate the research hypothesis such as RHAT(Research Hypothesis Absent Type) and RHPT(Research Hypothesis Present Type) into statistical hypothesis such as $H_0$(Null Hypothesis) and $H_1$(Alternative Hypothesis). The third step is to implement statistical hypothesis testing by PBC(Proof By Contradiction) and proper sample size. The fourth step is to interpret the result of statistical hypothesis test. The fifth step is to establish the best conditions of product and process conditions by experimental optimization and interval estimation. The sixth step is to draw a conclusion by considering practical significance and statistical significance. Important for both quality practitioners and academicians, case analysis on six sigma projects with implementation guidelines are provided.

Microarray gene expression data is believed to show the functions of living organism through the gene expression values. We have studied a method to get the informative genes from the microarray gene expression data. There are several ways for this. In recent researches to get more sophisticated and detailed results, it has used the intelligence information theory like fuzzy theory. Some methods are to add fudge factors to the significance test for more refined results. In this paper, we suggest a method to get informative genes from microarray gene expression data. We combined the difference of means between two groups and the fuzzy membership degree which reflects the variance of the gene expression data. We have called our significance test the Fuzzy Information method for Gene Expression data(FIGER). The FIGER calculates FIGER variation ratio and FIGER membership degree to show how strongly each object belongs to the each group and then it results in the significance degree of each gene. The FIGER is focused on the variation and distribution of the data set to adjust the significance level. Out simulation shows that the FIGER-test is an effective and useful significance test.

Objectives In this study, we investigated the clinical effect of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong on the viscosity of mucin solution, the instantly type allergy, the delayed type allergy, the carbon clearance, the pulmonary thromboembolism for the lung damaged rats and mice. Methods The gastric mucin and incubation time, pulmonary thromboembolism induced by sodium arachidonic acid, the pulmonary thromboembolism induced by ADP, vascular permeability response, non inhibitory effects, the delayed type hypersensitivity response to picryl chloride, serum $Na^+$ level, $K^+$ and $Cl^-$ level, ${\alpha}-index$ in phagocytic activity were measured. Results 1. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong gave some high significance results on the gastric mucin and incubation time on the viscosity of mucin solution in rats, and both groups had similar result. 2. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were revealed feeble effect on the pulmonary thromboembolism induced by sodium arachidonic acid in mice, and both groups had similar result. 3. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were revealed feeble effect on the pulmonary thromboembolism induced by ADP in mice, and after medication, the value was increased than the before one. 4. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were recognized. significance on vascular permeability response induced by histamine in rats. And the significance of the Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong is rather higher than that of Imoyongsutang. 5. The extract of Imoyongsutang recognized no significance symptoms on vascular permeability response induced by serotonin in rats, but the solid extract of Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong resulted recognized significance. 6. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were revealed non inhibitory effects on the 48 hour homologous PCA in rats provoked by the IgE-like antibody against the egg albumin. 7. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were remarkably revealed inhibitory effect on the delayed type hypersensitivity response to picryl chloride in mice. And the significance of the latter is rather higher than that of the former. 8. The solid extract of Imoyongsutang was revealed inhibitory eects on the delayed type hypersensitivity response to SRBC in mice, but thffe solid extract of Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong recognized significance. 9. The solid extract of Imoyongsutang was recognized significance on the lung TBA value of $O_3$ intoxicated rats, but the solid extract of Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong recognized no significance. 10. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong was recognized significance on serum $Na^+$ level in $O_{3}-intoxicated$ rats. And the significance of the latter is rather higher than that of the former. 11. Both the solid extracts of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were revealed non inhibitory effects on serum $K^+$ and $CL^-$ level $O_{3}-intoxicated$ Rats 12. The solid extracts Imoyongsutang was recognized significance on K-index in phagocytic activity in mice, but the solid extract of Imoymgsutang plus Maduryong recognized no significance. 13. The solid extract Imoyongsutang was recognized on significance on ${\alpha}-index$ in phagocytic activity in mice. but the solid extract of Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong recognized significance. Conclusions According to the above findings, it is suggested that the sold extract of Imoyongsutang and Imoyongsutang plus Maduryong were revealed effects on asthma cough or dyspnea caused by the abnormal rising of lung-allergy and throat discomfort so that they retain effectiveness on the instantly and delayed type allergy, the pulmonary thromboembolism and the lung damages in rats and mice.
