高溫에 있어서의 Pyrokohlenstoff의 熱 및 電氣傳導度測定 (W rme-und Elektrische Leitfahigkeitsmessungen von Pyrokohlenstoff bei Hohen Temperaturen)

  • 이 硏究는 LLewellyn/Hopkins에 依해 發展시킨 直接加熱方法을 適用하였으며 그들의 方法을 修正하여 裝置를 만들었고, 高溫에서 熱, 電氣傳導度測定에 利用하였다. $1500^{\circ}~1700^{\circ}C$에서 pyrokohlenstoff의 析出時얻은 normal-과 spiralpyrokohlenstoff에 對한 熱 및 電氣傳導度의 測定値를 Hochregenerativpyrokohlenstoff의 文獻値와 比較하였다. 그 結果 Spiralpyrokohlenstoff는 Normalpyrokohlenstoff 보다 더 좋은 熱 및 電氣傳導度를 가졌을 뿐만 아니라 $2100^{\circ}$에서 析出된 Hochregenerativpyrokohlenstoff와 경쟁할 수 있었다는 것을 發見하였다.

  • In the PANBOX 2 system an excore detector module simulating the excore signal responses during a short term transient is implemented in order to simulate the reaction of the flux detector and control system upon rapid power changes as it occurs e. g, in rod drop events. This module has been verified in the past by comparison calculations with the PANBOX 1 system. This report describes additional PANBOX 2 validation calculations which have bee compared with experiment data measured at german plant KKG, cycle 1, for a rod drop event. In general, the PANBOX 2 results are in very good agreement with the KKG experiments. Therefore it is concluded that the excore detector model of PANBOX 2 is successfully validated.

  • The central beam characteristics of 6 MV X-ray from a Mevatron KD linear Accelerator are examin-depths The PDD (Percent Depth Dose) values and the TMR (Tissue Maximum Ratio) values are evaluated from measurement as a function of the depths and the field sizes. The calculated TMR values from the PDD are compared to those from measurement. The average differences between calculated TMR and measured one are within $1\%$ and we have concluded that calculated TMR values are acceptable for practical use.

  • The purpose of the study was to evaluation of the radiation dose reduction using various automatic exposure control (AEC) systems in different manufactures multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT). We used three different manufacturers for the study: General Electric Healthcare, Philips Medical systems and Siemens Medical Solutions. The general scanning protocol was created for the each examination with the same scanning parameters as many as possible. In the various AEC systems, the evaluation of reduced-dose was evaluated by comparing to fixed mAs with using body phantom. Finally, when we applied to AEC for three manufacturers, the radiation dose reduction decreased each 35.3% in the GE, 58.2% in the Philips, and 48.6% in the Siemens. This applies to variety of the AEC systems which will be very useful to reduce the dose and to maintain the high quality.

  • In this letter, we will evaluate the performance degradation of a 40 km high-speed (40 Gb/s) optical system, induced by optical fiber variations of the chromatic dispersion induced by temperature changes. The chromatic dispersion temperature sensitivity will be estimated based on the signal quality parameters.

  • An 8b Fuzzy Coprocessor (FC) is presented that has eight programmable fuzzy algorithms and up to 256 inputs, 64 outputs and 16,384 rules. The 6.4mm2 chip fabricated in 1.0$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS technology can be used as a stand-alone device or as a macrocell for microcontrollers. Operating at 20MHz crystal frequency, it has a peak performance of 7.9M rules/s. Perspectives of future FC generations are also outlined, including a 12-16b resolution, additional fuzzy set operations, and optimized inference and defuzzification strategies.

  • Profibus-DP is the performance-optimized version of Profibus, specifically dedicated to time-critical communication between automation systems and distributed peripherals. It is included into the International Fieldbus Standard IEC 61158. In this paper, The ASIC for Profibus-DP simple and intelligent slave is proposed and implemented. It can be fully compatible with Siemens LSPM2 as a pin-to-pin base and it also has a high-level function that can replace current intelligent slave boards with one chip. Also it can be used without special OS coding unlike SPC3 of Siemens.
