A Structural Analysis of School-Aged Children's Peer Relationship and Its Related Variables (학령기 아동의 또래관계 관련변인들 간의 관계 구조분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among the related variables of peer relationship. 547 schoolage children's social support, self-esteem, empathy and peer relationship. Subjects of this study were 547 elementary school students residing in Daegu-Si completed questionnaires assessing peer relationship, social support, self-esteem, empathy. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analyzed using AMOS 20.0, and the maximum likelihood minimization function. The goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follow. First, children's social support was found to hadn't direct effect on peer relationship. Second, children's self-esteem, empathy have a direct effect on peer relationship. Third, children's social support have a direct effect on self-esteem, empathy. and children's self-esteem have a direct effect on empathy.

Transition temperatures and upper critical fields of NbN thin films fabricated at room temperature

  • NbN thin films were deposited on thermally oxidized Si substrate at room temperature by using reactive magnetron sputtering in an $Ar-N_2$ gas mixture. Total sputtering gas pressure was fixed while varying $N_2$ flow rate from 1.4 sccm to 2.9 sccm. X-ray diffraction pattern analysis revealed dominant NbN(200) orientation in the low $N_2$ flow rate but emerging of (111) orientation with diminishing (200) orientation at higher flow rate. The dependences of the superconducting properties on the $N_2$ gas flow rate were investigated. All the NbN thin films showed a small negative temperature coefficient of resistance with resistivity ratio between 300 K and 20 K in the range from 0.98 to 0.89 as the $N_2$ flow rate is increased. Transition temperature showed non-monotonic dependence on $N_2$ flow rate reaching as high as 11.12 K determined by the mid-point temperature of the transition with transition width of 0.3 K. On the other hand, the upper critical field showed roughly linear increase with $N_2$ flow rate up to 2.7 sccm. The highest upper critical field extrapolated to 0 K was 17.4 T with corresponding coherence length of 4.3 nm. Our results are discussed with the granular nature of NbN thin films.

  • Boron Phosphide films were deposited on (111) Si substrate at $650^{\circ}C$, by the reaction of $B_2H_6$ with PH, using APCVD. $N_2$ was carried out as carrier gas. The optimal gas rates were 20 ml/min for B2H6, 60 ml/min for PH3 and 1 l/min for N2. After as grown the films were insitu annealed fur 1hour in $N_2$ ambient at $550^{\circ}C$ and measured. The measurement of AFM shows that the average surface roughness is $10.108{\AA}$ for the reaction temperature at $450^{\circ}C$ and $29.626{\AA}$ fur the reaction temperature at $650^{\circ}C$. The measurement of XRD shows that the films have the orientation of(1 0 1). Also, the measurement of AES is shown that the films have $B_{13}P_2$ stoichiometry. For the Result of microwaves absorbtion properties using VNA, it obtained the permittivity of BP about 8 between $1.5{\sim}2.5GHz$. In this study, it obtained the BP thin film by deposited in atmosphere pressure And BP thin film can be after to applicate as microwave absolution material is obtained.

Properties of metal-ferroelectric thin film-silicon(MFS) structure using BaMgF$_{4}$ (BaMgF$_{4}$ 를 이용한 금속-강유전체박막-실리콘(MFS) 구조의 특성)

  • Use of a rapid thermal annealing (RTA) technique is shown to improve the properties of metal-ferroelectric BaMgF$_{4}$-silicon structures. The fluoride film was deposited in an ultra-high vacuum system at asubstrate temperature of 300$^{\circ}C$. A post-deposition annelaing was conducted for 10 seconds at 600.deg. C in a vacuum of 0.1 Torr, using a home-made RTA apparatus. The results showed that the resistivity of the ferroelectric BaMgF$_{4}$ film from a typical value of 1-2${\times}10^{11}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ before the annealing to about 5${\times}10^{13}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and reduce the interface state density of the BaMgF$_{4}$/Si interface to about 8${\times}10^{10}cm^{2}{\cdot}$eV. Ferroelectric hysteresis measurements using a sawyer-tower circuit yielded remanent polarization and coercive field values of about 0.5$\mu$C/cm$^{2}$ and 80 kV/cm, respectively. the typical remanent polarization of the BaMgF$_{4}$ films ont he (100) and (111) oreientated silicon wafers were 0.5 - 0.6 $\mu$C/cm$^{2}$ and that of th efilms on the (110) wafers was 1.2$^{\circ}C$/cm$^{2}$.

  • In this paper, we develop a system that can add additional information to video for educational purposes by utilizing various Open APIs. Teachers can use the system to reconstruct general videos for educational purposes. Especially, teachers can use various Open APIs easily without programming by simply typing keywords. In addition, the system manages the information about keywords so that it can provide learning contents that are appropriate for the students. Using the proposed system, students can easily understand the contents of the video and extend the knowledge since the information about keywords are adaptively provided.

  • The result as following one was founded that investigate cause and acupuncture point for symptoms of headache, 1. Headache in distinction from doo-pung(頭風) was defined that it' period is short and treatment is easy. 2. The cause of headache was classified according to the interior and exterior cause of the body. 3. Total number of used acupuncture point was one hundred and six, and in order of using time acupuncture point was appeared as LI4(15), LU7(12), GB20(12), BL2(11), GV20(9), TE23(9), SI3(7), GV24(7), GV23(7) 4. The meridian distribution of acupuncture point is appeared as Bladder Meridian(21points), Gallbladder Meridian(18points), Governer vessel(14points), Triple Energizer meridian(12points), Large Intestine Meridian(9points), Small Intestine Meridian(7points), Stomach Meridian(7points) 5. According to headache position, the distribution of acupuncture point was appeared that $Yangmy\breve{o}ng$ $Ky\breve{o}ng$ and Governer vessel was used to frontal headache, Soyang $Ky\breve{o}ng$ to migraine, Taeyang $Ky\breve{o}ng$ and Governer vessel to occipital headache. 6. LI4(合谷) and LU7(列缺) was used to general headache as basic acupuncture point.

Pitting Characteristics and Electrochemical Polarization Behaviors in Al-Cu-Si-Mg-Ag-Zr Alloys with Ageing (Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Zr합금의 시효에 따른 전기화학적 분극 거동과 공식특성)

  • In this paper, we studied on both electrochemical polarization behaviors and pitting characteristics of ultra high strength Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Zr alloys(named C1 and C2) and 2090 alloy according to their treatments in the deaerated 3.5% NaCl, using by the potentiodynamic and the potentiostatic method, SEM micrograph and surface roughness including depth of pitting attack. With the cyclic polarization curves, the hysteresis of the C1 and C2 alloys appeared more remarkably than that of the 2090 alloy, because of precipitation microstructural difference between C1, C2 alloys and 2090 alloy. In the pitting experiments, the correlations between pitting growth and aging conditions were analyzed with the SEM micrograph and measurement of the pit depth.

The Effect of Sex Role Stereotypes on Juvenile Delinquency Mediated by Stigma : Focusing on Gender Difference (청소년의 성역할고정관념이 낙인을 매개로 비행에 미치는 영향 : 성별차이를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sex role stereotypes and delinquency, and determine if it is mediated by stigma. The data was taken from the fourth wave of the 2010 Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS), which was administered by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. The major findings are as follows: First, sex role stereotypes were found to increase stigma and delinquency. Second, the relationship between sex role stereotypes and delinquency is mediated by stigma. Third, the results revealed that there was a significant gender difference in mediating models. As for the female participants, stigma had a mediating effect in the relationship between sex role stereotyping and delinquency. In contrast, for the male participants, the mediating effect of stigma was found to be insignificant. Based on these results, this research suggested that delinquency prevention programs need improvement considering gender difference and sex role stereotypes.

  • This paper presents fully integrated 5 GHz band low phase noise LC tank VCO. The implemented VCO is tuned by integrated PN diode and tuning rage is $5.01{\sim}5.30$ GHz under $0{\sim}3 V$ control voltage. For good phase noise performance, LC filtering technique, common in Si CMOS process, is used, and to prevent degradation of phase noise performance by collector shot-noise and to reduce power dissipation the HBT is biased at low collector current density bias point. The measured phase noise is -87.8 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset frequency and -111.4 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency which is good performance. Moreover phase noise is improved by roughly 5 dEc by LC filter. It is the first experimental result in InGaP/GaAs HBT process. The figure of merit of the fabricated VCO with LC filter is -172.1 dBc/Hz. It is the best result among 5 GHz InGaP HBT VCOs. Moreover this work shows lower DC power consumption, higher output power and more fixed output power compared with previous 4, 5 GHz band InGaP HBT VCOs.

  • Recently, microcavity is studied to reduce the optical loss of BLU and OLED. In this paper, we suggest applying microcavity to photo-luminescent lamp with plasma discharge technology to meet the display applications for a BLU for LCD. The structure of photo-luminescent lamp consists of SUS foil and ITO glass with microcavity. The opto-electric characteristics of photo-luminescent lamp with microcavity was evaluated. The brightness of photo-luminescent device was increased over $111cd/m^2$ with the adaptation of patterned microcavity at $30{\mu}m$. The 3D optical simulation verified the enhanced light outcoupling when microcavity applied to the device.
