지난 7.7 DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service), 3.3 DDoS 대란을 통해서 보여주듯 DDoS 공격이 네트워크 주요 위협요소로 매우 부각되고 있으나, 공격에 대해서 실시간으로 감지하고 대응하기에 어렵다. 그리고 현재 여러 분야에서 매우 많은 용도로 사용되는 SMS(Short Message Service)도 DDoS 공격 수단으로 사용되어 이동전화 시스템에 큰 혼란을 야기할 수 있다. 기존의 Bloom Filter 탐지 기법은 구조가 간단하고 실시간 탐지가 가능한 장점을 갖지만 오탐지율에 대한 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 목적지 기반의 다중의 해시함수를 사용한 Counting Bloom Filter 기법을 이용하여 임계치 이상 카운트된 동일한 목적지로 발송되는 SMS에 대하여 공격으로 탐지하고 SMSC에 통보하여 차단시키는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 운전중인 주상 변압기의 상태 진단을 위하여 이동통신망의 SMS(Short Message Service)방식을 적용함으로써 진단 자료 전송시 무손실로 전달할 수 있는 기법에 관하여 연구한다. 최소한의 데이터전송으로 최적의 진단을 할 수 있도록 무선통신에 적합한 알고리즘 및 프로토콜을 설계한다. 주상변압기의 절연유 온도와 부하전류의 가변 실험을 통하여 데이터를 취득한다. 센서의 자료 취득부에서는 SMS 문자서비스를 이용하여 자료전달에 최적화가 되도록 센서 출력 결과의 필터링을 수행한다. 이러한 진단기법은 서버 1대에서 많은 수의 변압기를 관리 제어, 모니터링이 가능하며 변전기기 이외에 다른 모든 기기에 적용이 가능하다.

전화를 통해 인터넷 정보를 들을 수 있는 보이스 포탈(Voice Portal) 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. Voice Portal 서비스란 알고자 하는 정보를 Speech Recognition System에 음성으로 명령하면 전화를 통해 음성으로 원하는 정보를 듣는 서비스이다. Authentication의 절차를 수행하는 SMS (Short Message Service) 서버 Module, PSTN과 Database 서버사이의 Interface를 제공하는 CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Module, CTI 서버와 WWW (World Wide Web) 사이의 Voice XML Module, 정보를 검색하기 위한 Searching Module들이 필요하다. 본 논문은 Speech Recognition technology를 기반으로 한 CTI Module 설계를 구현하였다. 또한 인정 방식으로 Random한 일회용 password를 기반으로 한 SMS Authentication을 택하므로 더욱 더 안정된 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하였다.

Apartment complex, buildings, markets and department stores have inner parking lots which can accept many cars but drivers waste lots of times to find the empty parking spaces in crowding parking lots. In this paper, we proposed the inner parking information support system based on microprocessor which can decrease roaming times to find vacant parking spot in confusing parking lots through notice monitor and provide SMS to make it easy to find parked place. Proposed system consist with RFID system for detecting access of cars, microprocessor system for processing data of checking existence of cars on parking spots and communicating with server, and server system which processes information of cars' in and out, guides empty parking spots and parked location to drivers. Suggested system is realized by handmade model parking lot size of 8 cars, and we confirmed practicality by providing information using parking notice monitor and single message service.

This study evaluated the short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) usability of mobile phones and wireless internet services by performance failure rates and flowcharts that adopted the concept of state diagrams. Forty-eight participants who had an experience of using mobile phones were recruited by posting an advertisement on websites for the experiment. They carried out both SMS and MMS tasks with the mobile phones of LG Cyon and Samsung Anycall as well as the wireless internet services of LGT ez-i, KTF magicN, and SKT NATE. In general, Cyon had the lower performance failure rate than Anycall for SMS, and ez-i had the lowest performance failure rate than the other services for MMS. More specifically through the workflow analysis, most participants used hot keys to take 7-8 steps to send a SMS including a symbol and had a difficulty in typing the symbol. They also took 10-11 steps to send a MMS after taking and attaching two pictures. Anycall, magicN, and NATE had significantly large error and failure rates due to the limited option of the menu paths that users could take and poor compatibilities of menu names and between menu and navigation keys. This study showed the possibility of use of flowcharts for systematic and specific usability evaluation methods and found the causes of performance errors and failures with mobile phones and wireless internet services to provide insight into their design.

This paper uses a Mobilans case based on software system to derive the results of our study. Recently, the mobile phone payment entered its matured stage and became most frequently used payment method in all internet sites. And, in order to prepare for the future ubiquitous market, every mobile phone payment methods has different speed of development, market status and target segments in the market. This paper also discusses about the background and current status of Korean mobile phone payment market using SMS(Short Message Service) to purchase items on internet which is growing sharply every year. Also, we try find the key factors to succeed in this growing market. In addition to safety, delayed payment and the immediateness for use of mobile phone, we also suggest that a highly developed hardware system is an additional factor under the increased demands for the convenience with various applications.

In 2011, There were about 25,000 people died because of heart disease. The aim of this paper is to design a heart attack situation monitoring and spreading system for patients. Wearable computer with a sensor is used to monitor heart rate. Heart rate is transffered to smartphone with bluetooth. After analyzing heart rate, smartphone spread out the emergency situation by various service including emergency call, SNS and SMS.

와이파이 콜링 서비스란 Wi-Fi 네트워크 환경에서 음성전화 및 Short Message Service(SMS) 등의 이동전화서비스를 제공하는 것으로 Subscriber Identification Mobule(SM) 카드에 부여된 자신의 이동전화번호를 그대로 사용하여 음성전화 및 문자의 착 발신이 가능한 서비스이다. 아이폰6 출시 당시 와이파이 콜링 기능을 탑재하여 이슈가 된 바 있으며, 미국의 통신사업자인 T-Mobile 등이 커버리지 보완을 목적으로 적극적으로 서비스하고 있다. 본고에서는 와이파이 콜링 서비스의 특징, 유사 서비스와의 비교, 기술방식, 서비스 동향을 알아보고자 한다.

This paper suggests a wireless diagnostic technique using SMS (Short Message Service) of mobile telecommunication network for pole transformer. The temperature and current of pole transformer are acquired and the average and standard deviation are transmitted using SMS of mobile telecommunication network when transformer is overloaded The algorithm and protocol is design to fit the wireless diagnostic technique. By using the wireless method, the weak point of accessability can overcome. It is possible to manage, control, and monitor many transformers with just one server.

The Short Message Service (SMS) is one of the most popular communication tools in the world. As the cost of SMS decreases, SMS spam has been growing largely. Even though there are many existing studies on SMS spam detection, researchers commonly have limitation collecting users' private SMS contents. They need to gather the information related to social network as well as personal SMS due to the intelligent spammers being aware of the social networks. Therefore, this paper proposes the Social network Building Scheme for SMS spam detection (SBSS) algorithm that builds synthetic social network dataset realistically, without the collection of private information. Also, we analyze and categorize the attack types of SMS spam to build more complete and realistic social network dataset including SMS spam.
