Consumer's Utility Attributes Analysis for T-Commerce Activation (T-Commerce 활성화를 위한 소비자 효용 속성 분석)

  • Recently, T-Commerce is emerging to provide new services, with the proliferation of digital broadcasting services. However, T-Commerce market and TV home shopping market are being classified as a legal policy on other markets, such as regulated in the service of live broadcasts. The factor that has inhibited activation T-Commerce related to the lack of appropriate institutions and legal systems in the market, despite the environment with the digital broadcasting service is being spread. We were performed conjoint analysis. For this analysis, we select attributes as a quality attractive factors that significantly affects the satisfaction of TV based shopping customers through previous studies. The results showed that the TV-based shopping customers are important to think 'Responsive', 'Playfulness', 'Live broadcast', 'Convenience' and 'Bidirectional' in the order. The 'Responsive' and 'Live broadcast' of such attributes are served as possible only in TV home shopping, because these attributes don't service due to legal and institutional regulations in T-commerce market. The cluster analysis result also showed that TV shopping consumers are more important to think 'Responsive', 'Playfulness', 'Live broadcast' than 'Convenience' and 'Bidirectional', except one of the classification clusters. If real-time broadcast service is impossible because of the legal and institutional regulations, it seems to require the expansion of the services linked the terrestrial broadcasting to the activating T-Commerce market.

The Mediating Role of Interaction in the Relationship between IWOM and Purchase Intention E-commerce Live Broadcast (전자상거래 생방송에서 IWOM과 구매의도의 관계에서 상호작용의 매개역할)

  • In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.

  • TV홈쇼핑 Full-HD(High Definition)로 제작, 송출되어 시청자가 시청하게 된다. 대부분의 장비들은 Coaxial Cable로 각 장비 간의 신호를 전달하며 제작, 송출되어 진다. 현재 IP기반의 제작 형태가 나오기 시작하며 UHD(Ulitra-HD) 제작 시스템에서는 IP 시스템 방식에 대해 이슈화가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈쇼핑 Full HD 생방송 제작에서 네트워크 케이블인 UTP(Unshielded Twisted Pair) 케이블을 이용하여 생방송 방송시스템 설계에 관한 것이다. 네트워크를 이용하여 다양한 확장성 및 생방송 방송시스템에 활용된 네트워크 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

  • TV홈쇼핑 프로그램 구성 요소 중 하나인 Call to action(자료화면 구간)에서 콘텐츠관리시스템 CMS(Contents Management System)가 도입되며 기존 생방송에 활용하던 서버를 외에 Taker라는 장비가 추가되어 방송에 활용된다. Call to action은 방송 전 제작된 자료 외에 생방송 중 녹화 된 자료들이 같이 복합적이며 연속적으로 재생되는데 이 시점에 문제점이 발생했다. 본 논문에서는 홈쇼핑 생방송에서의 Taker장비의 활용 필요성과 문제점 및 개선점을 제시 하고자 한다.

  • TV홈쇼핑 생방송 제작 시 스튜디오 방송용 카메라 외에 추가로 다양한 카메라가 활용된다. 현재 지상파 방송 등에서 많이 활용되는 5D카메라는 홈쇼핑 생방송 제작 시 활용되어지고 그 활용도는 더욱 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 활용도가 높아지고 있는 5D카메라 유선 인터페이스 활용이 아닌 60GHz 주파수 대역의 무선 영상 전송 시스템 생방송 제작에 관한 것이다.

  • E-commerce live broadcast is a new online shopping model that has gradually emerged in China in recent years. In the e-commerce live broadcast, the audience gathered into a buying group by watching and participating in virtual interaction, and obtained stable emotional energy from it. Closely following the concept of emotional energy, with the help of the interaction ritual chain model, the components of e-commerce live broadcast can be clarified. And the paper shows how individuals can form a buying group in social interaction. I will take the interaction behavior in e-commerce live broadcast as the research object and observe the phenomenon based on the theory of interaction ritual, then come up with the interaction ritual chain model of E-commerce live broadcast group.

Effects of consumption Propensity to spend on shopping live broadcast of in Chinese Women on selection attributes of beauty products

  • This research focuses on women in their 20s and 30s who have experience in consuming beauty products in the live broadcast of beauty products in China to find out the effects of consumers' consumption propensity on beauty product selection attributes. The data analysis is performed from April 29 to May 25, 2021 by using SPSSWIN 21.0 program for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability appraisal, technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. And the results of the study are as follows: According to the survey, the general characteristics are 20~25 years old, university, and the consumer price is between 500,000 and 1 million won. In terms of consumption propensity that the intrinsic pursuit of consumption, the impulsive consumption, the external pursuit of consumption were on a high average score which was 3.76, 3.63, 3.56 respectively, and in terms of the selection attributes of beauty products that the product intrinsic attributes, and the external attributes of products were on a high average score which was 3.91, 3.69 respectively. The external/internal attributes of beauty product selection attributes are all related to consumption propensity. According to the survey, the external pursuit of consumption, internal pursuit of consumption, and impulsive consumption of the propensity to consume all have a meaningful influence on the external/internal attributes of products. This result proves that the consumption tendency of beauty live broadcast consumers has a huge impact on the selection attributes of beauty products. In this regard, according to the consumption tendencies of Chinese women, the necessity of differentiated live-streaming marketing strategies for beauty products based on the characteristics of beauty product brands, categories, and designs has been proposed.

Exploring the Impact of Live Commercial Anchors on Business Performance and Survival Strategy: Focusing on Resource Configuration and Environmental Choice

  • Purpose - Through the analysis and research of different characteristics and related mechanisms of live commerce anchors, this paper aimed to help live commerce anchors to strengthen their characteristic advantages, beautify the live broadcast environment, improve resource allocation and enhance business performance, so as to help live commerce anchors to achieve better high-quality development. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted by sample survey method on 361 live commercial anchors who have experience in using major online shopping malls for more than one year. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result - Hypothesis 1 through Hypothesis 5 were all supported. The results of this study suggest that professionalism and mutual entertainment of live commercial anchors have a significant impact on business performance, survival strategy, resource allocation and environment selection. The resource allocation and environment selection of live commercial anchors play a mediating role in the professionalism and mutual entertainment of live commercial anchors on business performance and survival strategy. Conclusion -The results implied that the professionalism and inter entertainment of live commercial anchors have a positive impact on business performance and survival strategy. In the new situation, live commercial anchors should further improve their professionalism and mutual entertainment, so as to achieve better development.

Identifying Consumer Response Factors in Live Commerce : Based on Consumer-Generated Text Data (라이브 커머스에서의 소비자 반응 요인 도출 : 소비자 생성 텍스트 데이터를 기반으로)

  • In this study, we collected data from live commerce streaming. Streamimg data were then categorized based on the degree of chatting activation, with the distribution of text responses generated by consumers analyzed. From a total of 2,282 streaming data on NAVER Shopping Live -which has the largest share in the domestic live commerce market- we selected 200 streaming data with the most active viewer responses and finally chose the streams that had steep increase or decrease in viewer responses. We synthesized variables from the existing literature on live commerce viewing intentions and participation motivations to create a table of variables for the purpose of the study. Then we applied them with events in the broadcast. Through this study, we identified which components of the broadcast stimulate the variables of consumer response found in previous studies, moreover, we empirically identified the motivations of consumers to participate in live commerce through data.

The Effect of Wang-Hong Characteristics on Impulse Buying During Live Sale: Based on Women's Clothing Sales in China (왕홍의 판매 생방송 시청이 충동구매에 미치는 영향: 중국 의류 판매를 중심으로)

  • 'Live + Sale' is actively promoted in China and 'Wang-Hong', also known as Chinese internet celebrities are dominating this format of marketing strategy recently. They introduce products to consumers through live broadcasts, promote online shopping, and frequently evoke impulsive buying. Under this context, it is worth focusing on what factors influence impulse buying during Wang-Hong's live broadcast. This study investigated the impact of Wang-Hong characteristics on impulse buying behavior when watching live sales. Also, the mediating role of flow experience and viewing satisfaction was explored. Furthermore, we expected that the different live broadcast circumstances could have a different impact on flow experience, viewing satisfaction, and impulse purchase. A total of 242 Chinese women who have experience of viewing live sales were recruited through a Chinese research platform. The results revealed that Wang-Hong's trustworthiness and attractiveness positively affected the viewer's impulse buying directly, and indirectly through flow experience and viewing satisfaction, whereas expertise did not have any impact on impulse purchase. However, there were no significant differences between the two live broadcast circumstances. This research can enhance understanding of the impulse buying process during Wang-Hong's live sale and help brands come up with effective influencer marketing strategies using live sales.
