호순신(胡舜申)의 생애와 저술에 관한 연구 (A Textual Research on Hu ShunShen (胡舜申)'s Life and Works)

  • 본 연구는 조선시대 대표적인 이기론 풍수서인 "지리신법"의 저자 호순신의 생애와 저술에 대해 고찰하였다. 호순신(胡舜申)의 자는 여가(汝嘉)이다. 1091년 6월 6일에 적계(績溪)에서 호함(胡咸)의 아들로 태어났다. 전란을 피해 가족과 함께 고향 적계를 떠나 호주 귀안현(湖州 歸安縣)에 정착했다. 40세를 넘겨 형의 음보로 관직에 올라 엄주부 녹사참군(嚴州府 錄事參軍), 지소산현사(知蕭山縣事)를 지냈으며 조의대부 통판서주(朝議大夫 通判舒州)에 이르러 태주 숭도관(台州 崇道觀)을 맡아보다가 치사했다. 부친상을 지낸 후 풍수지리에 관심을 가지고 공부를 시작하였으며, 세상에 전하는 "강서지리신법(江西地理新法)"이 그에게 나온 것이라고 한다. 74세에 "오문충고(吳門忠告)"를 지어 소주성(蘇州城)의 서문(胥門)과 사문(蛇門)을 열어야 한다는 의견을 제시하였으나 이루어지지 않았다. 1177년 3월 9일 향년 87세로 죽어 호주 귀안현에 묻혔다. 가족으로 형 호순척(胡舜陟)과 조카 호자(胡仔)가 알려져 있다. 자식으로 아들 호위(胡偉) 1명이 있으며 광록대부 강서선무사(光祿大夫 江西宣撫使)를 지냈다. 저술로는 일기류인 "을사사주록(乙巳泗州錄)", "기유피난록(己酉避亂錄)"과 풍수지리 관계저술인 "음양비용(陰陽備用)", "지리신법(地理新法)", "오문충고"가 전해진다.

노인(老人) 저혈압(低血壓)에 대(對)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (A Literature Review of The Senile Hypotension)

  • This study was perfomed to investigate causes of the senile hypotension, pathogenic mechanism, symptoms, and therapies through medical literatures, recent chinese medical literatures and chinese medical journals. The results are as follows ; 1. The senile hypotension has major symptoms of dizziness, weakness, syncope, palpitation, shortness of breath, and deficiency of Qi. Additionally, it has minor symtoms of letharhy, isomnia, tinnitus, amnesia etc... 2. The prodromal symptoms of Kwul and Kwul are relating to the symptoms of tachycardia, facial pallor, sweating, anxietas, ambiguous consciousness, and fainting. Weakness and dizziness due to deficiency make the symptoms of exhaustion, fatigue, vertigo, lethargy, and brachycardia. 3. The most principal cause of the senile hypotension is deficiency of Shen due to aging, congenital deficiency, and chronic illness. The rest of causes are defciency of Qi and blood, phlegm of retention, stagnation of Qi, blood stasis, blood prostration etc... In the view of the occidental meicine, the causes of the senile hypotension came from the reduction of cardiac output, the decretion of cardiovascular system's extention due to aging, hereditary factor, secondary factor due to exsanguination, diabetes mellitus, C.V.A etc..., and factor of neurogenic system's degeneration. 4. The principal pathogenic mechanisms are the insufficiency of Xing-Yang, the deficiency of Qi in middle jiao, and deficiency of Shen-Qi. The rest of mechanisms are the deficiency of both Qi and blood, stagnation of the Gan-Qi, and the deficiency of Gan and Shen. Zang-Pu Organs have something to do with Xing, Bi, and Shen. 5. As principal therapies, there are warming and recuperation the Xing-Yang, strengthing the middle-jiao and replenishing Qi, replenishing vital essence to tonify the Shen, and warming and recuperation the Shen-Yang. Additionally, the therapies of invigorating the Bi and relieving mental stress, strengthning the Bi and tonifing the Shen, invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin, soothing the Gan and regulating the circulation of Qi, and tonifing the Shen and nourishing the Gan help the cure of the senile hypotension. In prescriptions there are Baohe Yuan Tang, Buzhong Yigi Tang, Zuoguei Yin, Yougui Yin, Guipi Tang, Zhu Fu Tang, Shengmai San, Sini San, and Qi Ju Dihuang Wan. The medical herbs of Astragali Radix, Codonopsitis Pilosulae Radix, Ginseng Radix, Aconiti Tuber, Ephedrae Herba, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Cinnamomi Corfex Spissus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Polygalae Radix, Liriopis Tuber, Polygonati Sibirici Rhifoma, Lycii Fructus, Schizandrae Fructus, and Glycyrrhizae Radix can be treated. 6. According to the clinical report, the principal causes are the deficiency of Qi, and insufficiency of Yang which symptoms are dizziness, vitality fatigue and acratia, amnesia, body cold and alger of extremity, spontaneous perspiration, and therady and weak pulse. It was improved by taking WenYang YiQi Tang, Zhu Fu Tang about 20-30 days. The improvement was shown on disappearance of subjective symptoms or the ascending of blood pressure to normal figure, and the rate of improvement was over 70%. 7. As regimens, taking warming and recuperating food(a sheep mutton, juglans regia, chiness date, longan aril etc...) and pungent food(chinese green onion, fress ginger, pipers fructns etc...), doing physical training, not being ill in bed at a long time, and preventing descent of blood pressure coming from sudden change of posture are needed. Additionally, the usage of diuretic, abirritant, and depressor needs to be extra cautious.

  • 성호학파에서 다산역학이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐서 성립되었는지를 살펴 보았다. 다산의 역학은 성호와 하빈으로부터 호체와 효변의 방법을 물려 받았고, 다산은 이러한 1가지 방법으로 "주역"을 아우를 수 없다고 생각하였다. 이에 역리사법이라고 하는 4가지 방법을 제시하였고, "독역요지"를 통해 18가지 방법으로 보완하였다. 이에 다산의 역학이 성립하게 되는 과정을 차례차례 살펴보았다. 성호학파의 종장(宗匠)인 성호 이익으로부터 다산은 호체의 방법을 물려받았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다산은 호체의 방법은 주자에게서 왔다고 하고 있다. 이러한 다산의 주장은 정조의 학술정책에서 비롯된 것으로 보인다. 다산은 "주역"을 해석하는 방법으로 하빈으로부터 효변의 방법을 물려받는다. 그러나 다산은 효변을 주자의 뜻이라고 하고 있다. 이 부분은 정조의 학술정책 때문에 어쩔 수 없는 그런 것이다. 다산은 성호로부터는 호체의 방법을 물려받았고 하빈으로부터는 효변을 물려받았지만 다산은 역리사법이라고 하는 4가지 핵심적인 방법을 제시한다. 다산의 현대적 관점은 모기령과 비슷하게 역학사상을 전개했다는 점이 여러 연구자들에게 있었다. 그러나 이러한 관점은 다산 스스로가 서하의 경학관을 비판한 것에서 알 수 있듯이 비슷하다고 보기 힘들다.

Investigation of On-line Monitoring Method on 1500 V Direct Current Cable of Subway

  • The traction DC feeder cable is one of the key devices for the safety operation of subway system, but for low voltage DC feeder cable (<3000 V) for subway, little attention has been paid by investigators on its online monitoring technology. With an introduction of cable laying and operation environment for the cable, this paper investigated the on-line monitoring technology of 1500 V DC feeder cable of subway. Firstly, in the text, the fault model of 1500 V DC cable was proposed based on the analysis of the fault type of the DC feeder cable, and then put forward synthetically on-line monitoring discharge signal and DC leakage current signal to assess DC feeder cable insulating state. The results of laboratory experiment prove that the proposed methods are feasible and can be implemented on-line monitor on DC feeder cable of subway.

High-Performance Spatial and Temporal Error-Concealment Algorithms for Block-Based Video Coding Techniques

  • A compressed video bitstream is sensitive to errors that may severely degrade the reconstructed images even when the bit error rate is small. One approach to combat the impact of such errors is the use of error concealment at the decoder without increasing the bit rate or changing the encoder. For spatial-error concealment, we propose a method featuring edge continuity and texture preservation as well as low computation to reconstruct more visually acceptable images. Aiming at temporal error concealment, we propose a two-step algorithm based on block matching principles in which the assumption of smooth and uniform motion for some adjacent blocks is adopted. As simulation results show, the proposed spatial and temporal methods provide better reconstruction quality for damaged images than other methods.

MicroRNA-802 Promotes Osteosarcoma Cell Proliferation by Targeting p27

  • MicroRNAs have been demonstrated to regulate proliferation and apoptosis in many types of cancers, but biological functions in osteosarcomas remain relatively unknown. Here, we found expression of miR-802 to be up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues in comparison with adjacent normal tissues. Enforced expression of miR-802 was able to promote cell proliferation in U2OS and MG63 cells, while miR-802 antisense oligonucleotides (antisense miR-802) inhibited cell proliferation. At the molecular level, our results further revealed that expression of p27, a negative cell-cycle regulator, was negatively regulated by miR-802. Therefore, the data reported here indicate that miR-802 is an important regulator in osteosarcoma, our findings contributing to a better understanding of important mis-regulated miRNAs in this tumour type.

Feasibility study on corrosion monitoring of a concrete column with central rebar using BOTDR

  • Optical fiber Brillouin sensor in a coil winding setup is proposed in this paper to measure the expansion deformation of a concrete column with a central rebar subjected to accelerated corrosion. The optical sensor monitored the whole dynamic corrosion process from initial deformation to final cracking. Experimental results show that Brillouin Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (BOTDR) can accurately measure the strain values and identify the crack locations of the simulated reinforced concrete (RC) column. A theoretical model is used to calculate the RC corrosion expansive pressure and crack length. The results indicate that the measured strain and cracking history revealed the development of the steel bar corrosion inside the simulated RC column.

Hemocyte Changes after the Extirpation of the Hemopoietic Organ-wing Disc Complexes in the Silkworm, Bombyx mori (Lepidoptera: Bombycidae)

  • We successfully extirpated all four hemopoietic organ-wing disc complexes of the fifth instar larvae of Bombyx mori, and found that most of the treated silkworms could still develop into the moths. We investigated the changes of the circulating hemocytes and evaluated the effects of extirpation on the hemopoiesis. The results showed that proliferation of circulating hemocytes was sufficient to allow development of the silkworms which complexes were totally extirpated. We also found that hemopoietic organ-wing disc complexes extirpation might cause a certain hemopoietic compensation of the remainder complexes during early spinning. Exogenous hormones such as $20-{\beta}-hydroxyecdysone$ and juvenile hormone analog had a positive effect on hemocytes proliferation.

Automatic Control Point Measurement and Photo Orientation via Matching with Control Patch

  • In this study, we employ the control patches, which have been created in previous photogrammetric projects, serving for the candidates of the control points that are likely to be found in the newly taken photos by utilizing image matching technique. Among others, the successful implementation of the above idea lies in the underlying factors: (1). Predicting the control patches and projecting them onto new photos; (2). Alignment of control patches with respect to the new photos; (3). Generating the equivalent ground elements of control patches versus the new photos for the purpose of correlation; (4). Developing effective matching methods and matching strategy; (5). Refining the exterior orientation parameters. What may show significance in this work comparing to traditional aerial-triangulation chain is that whenever at least three matched control patches succeed in a single photo, it follows that single photo orientation is applicable. The experiments suggest the potential efficiency of automatic control point measurement from control patch database and photo orientation by the proposed workflow.
