Aerodynamic analysis of an airfoil in the transonic region was automated in order to enable parametric study by using the journal file of the commercial analysis code FLUENT, pre/post process Gambit and computational mathematics code MATLAB. The automated capability was illustrated via NACA 0012 and RAE 2822 airfoils. This analysis was carried out at Mach numbers ranged from 0.70 to 0.80, angles of attack; 1$^{\circ}$, 2$^{\circ}$ and 4$^{\circ}$, Reynolds numbers; 4.0${\times}$106, 6.5${\times}$106. The analysis results of a pressure coefficient were verified by comparing with the experimental data which were measured in terms of chord length because the pressure coefficient of an airfoil surface is a good estimator of flow characteristics. The results of two airfoils show that this analysis code is useful enough to be used in the design optimization of airfoil.
Recent 3D printing technology has been grafting onto various medical practices. In light of this trend, this research is intended to examine the figuration surface's accuracy of 3D images made by using DICOM images after printing by 3D printing. The medical images were obtained from animal bone objects, while the objects were printed after undergoing STL file conversion for 3D printing purposes. Ultimately, after the 3D figuration, which was obtained by the original animal bones and 3D printing, was scanned by 3D scanner, 3D modeling was merged each other and the differences were compared. The result analysis was conducted by visual figuration comparison, color comparison of modeling's scale value, and numerical figuration comparison. The shape surface was not visually distinguished; the numerical figuration comparison was made from the values measured from the four different points on the X, Y and Z coordinates. The shape surface of the merged modeling was smaller than the original object (the animal bone) by average of -0.49 mm in the 3D printed figuration. However, not all of the shape surface was uniformly reduced in size and the differences was within range of -0.83 mm on the experiment.

Purpose: Increasing use of computer aided design-computer aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) system and number of design software made design of restoration easy and quick. Outcome of restoration has been dependent on dental technician's wax up proficiency, dentists can design restoration for themselves now. This study aims to investigate the outcome of restoration designs, according to handling skill of CAD-CAM design tool. Materials and methods: A patient's mandibular right 1st molar was prepared. After taking impression, stone model was made, scanned the stone model with 3 shape intra-oral scanner, stereolithography (STL) file was extracted. With 3shape dental designer, one dental technician with more than 5 years work experience (designer 0) and three dental technicians with less than 2years work experience (designer 1, 2, 3-group DT) and 4 1st year residents (designer 4, 5, 6, 7-group RT) designed gold crown on the same STL file. Designed crown's MD (mesio-distal) and BL (bucco-lingual) diameter, height of crown, inter-cuspal distance, number of occlusal contact points were compared. Statistical analysis was carried out, test of normality within each group, using independent t-test. Number of contact points were compared, using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: There was no significant difference between group DT and group RT. Number of contact points also resulted in no significant difference. Conclusion: The outcome of each designed crowns showed no statistical differences, in values which can be expressed as numbers. Subjective factors were different. With increasing proficiency in handling designing software, fabrication of restorations according to each designer's occlusal concept can be made easy.
Against the projection that the volume of filing would be drastically cut in the Information Age, the needs for filing in this age increases gradually. In this respect, it is critical to study the design of office filing system furniture. Through this study, we could find out what shall be the major requirements for office lijillg system furniture. This study would also provide important raw data for developing more efficient and more satisfactory office filing system furniture. Subject for this study includes 6 representative filing system furniture including a lateral file cabinet. For the design analysis, we used catalogues of foreign and domestic office furniture, particularly filing system furniture. The analysis is classified into the following six categories such as size, shape, color, material, handle, and filing method, mobility, flexibility, and so on. According to the analysis of office furniture in the market, requirements of furniture fit for office environment are found to be as follows. -Instead of the fixed-type furniture, movable furniture is more adaptable to the ever-evolving office environment. -Design the office furniture in accordance with a standardized module would provide a more unity and diversity of arrangement in space particularly when it is arranged with other furniture. -Development of more diverse color, which ranges from achromatic color to wooden color to other various colors, is more favored in the ever-changing office environment. -As the grip provides a variety of image to the furniture let alone its function, its development is required to be more diverse and more conforming 10 the design of Ihe furniture. -The filing methods in general are with drawer and shelf, among which the drawers design is usually fixed. However, under the evolving office furniture environment, the design of Ihe drawer, bolh inlerior and exterior, shall be more diverse and flexible.
The egg development and morphological changes of larvae of the file fish, Thamnaconus modestus(Gunther), was investigated by artificial insemination. The fertilized egg was spherical in shape, colorless and adhesive with 0.63~0.67mm in diameter and yolk had 20~30 oil globules of various size (0.04~0.16 mm in diameter). The hatching occured at 53 hours after fertilization in $21.0\sim23.0^{\circ}C$ of water temperature. Hatched larvae measured 2.07~2.20 mm in total length with 5~6+17~18=22~24 myotomes. The 3~4 days after hatching larvae grew to the total length 2.62~2.77 mm, opened mouth and anus. The 5 days after hatching, total length of the larvae was 2.74~3.04 mm, the first dorsal fin was formed at the behind of head. After hatching 12~13 days larvae attained 3.78~3.99 mm in total length. This period formed rudimental dorsal fin and anal fin. Twenty days after hatching, larvae grew to 6.04~6.17mm in total length, at which time the dorsal, anal and caudal fin rays reached 19~20, 18~19 and 9~10, respectively.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of teeth according to root canal preparation with & without apical enlargement in various size of apical foramen. 60 extracted one canal roots were cross-cutted at 5 mm from root apex and divided into two groups according to their apical foramen size of large (L) and small (S). Each group was subdivided into two groups accordance with their cross-sectional configuration at 5 mm from apex, round (R) and ovoid (O); SR Group, SO Group LR Group, LO Group. Each group was shaped in .02 taper by Quantec series Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) rotary file, obturated by lateral condensation method. Leakage was measured using a fluid transport model under 40 $cmH_2O$ pressure. After the leakage test, blocks which had showed the leakage retreated with .04 taper and ,06 taper and evaluated the degree of fluid filtration in each group. The data was analysed statistically using chi-square test and fisher's exact test. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Significant difference in leakage was found in groups which had different apical foramen size in .02 taper instrumentation (p < 0.05), but not in .04 taper instrumentation (p > 0.05) 2. The difference in microleakage according to the shape of canal was not evident at 5 mm from apex (p > 0.05). 3. There was correlation between .02 taper instrumentation and .04 taper instrumentation in LR group, LO group (p < 0.05).

Reverse engineering has been widely used for the shape reconstruction of an object without CAD data and the measurement of clay or wood models for the development of new products. To generate a surface from measured points by a laser scanner, typical steps include the scanning of a clay or wood model and the generation of manufacturing data like STL file. A laser scanner has a great potential to get geometrical data of a model for its fast measuring speed and higher precision. The data from a laser scanner are composed of many line stripes of points. A new approach to remove point data with Delaunay triangulation is introduced to deal with problems during reverse engineering process. The selection of group of triangles to be triangulated based on the angle between triangles is used for robust and reliable implementation of Delaunay triangulation as preliminary steps. Developed software enables the user to specify the criteria for the selection of group of triangles either by the angle between triangles or the percentage of triangles reduced. The time and error for handling point data during modelling process can be reduced and thus RP models with accuracy will be helpful to automated process.

Objectives: To evaluate the effect of passive ultrasonic agitation on the cleaning capacity of a hybrid instrumentation technique. Materials and Methods: Twenty mandibular incisors with mesiodistal-flattened root shape had their crowns sectioned at 1 mm from the cementoenamel junction. Instrumentation was initiated by catheterization with K-type files (Denstply Maillefer) #10, #15, and #20 at 3 mm from the working length. Cervical preparation was performed with Largo bur #1 (Dentsply Maillefer) followed by apical instrumentation with K-type files #15, #20 and #25, and finishing with ProTaper F2 file (Denstply Maillefer). All files were used up to the working length under irrigation with 1 mL of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite (Biodyn$\hat{a}$mica) at each instrument change. At the end of instrumentation, the roots were randomly separated into 2 groups (n = 10). All specimens received final irrigation with 1 mL of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite. The solution remained in the root canals in Group 1 for one minute; and ultrasonic agitation was performed in Group 2 for one minute using a straight tip inserted at 1 mm from working length. The specimens were processed histologically and the sections were analyzed under optic microscope (x64) to quantify debris present in the root canal. Results: The samples submitted to ultrasonic agitation (Group 2) presented significant decrease in the amount of debris in comparison with those of Group 1 (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The hybrid instrumentation technique associated with passive ultrasonic agitation promoted greater debris removal in the apical third of the root canals.

National atlas map for provide various information is one part of National territorial Statatics Survey but National atlas map in 2004 year don't have stability and ability. National territorial Statatics Survey in 2005 years have octuple data compare with data in 2004 years but have only one map. One map is going to provide with stability and ability. We don't use DBMS, But We make a similarly struct in file based program. We programmed system of dynamic-linked data with spatial data. To dynamic-linked system, we make search engine to based index struct and make combobox search system. spatial data only have index codes(year, national terrial indicator, area). If spatial data request specfied data, search engine search index code and provide DB data. New system is middle step of using DBMS. We redraw map for display real Korea area (with dokdo). New map is shape and similar Korea map.
An image contains various features such as color, shape, texture and location information. When only one of those features is used to retrieve an image, it is difficult to acquire satisfactory retrieval efficiency. Especially, in the database with huge capacity, such phenomenon happens frequently. Therefore, by using moi·e features, efficiency of the contents-based image retrieval (CBIR) system can be improved. This paper proposes a technique to consider location information about specific color as well as color information in image using centroid situation vector. Centroid situation vectors are calculated for specific color of the query image. Then, location similarity is determined through comparing distances between extracted centroid situation vectors of query image and target image in the database. Simulation results show that the proposed method is robust in zoom-in or zoom-out processed images and improves discrimination ability in fliped or rotated images. In addition, the suggested method reduced computational complexity by overlapping information extraction, and that improved the retrieval speed using an efficient index file.
