Objectives: The objective and aim of this research is to cultivate a problem-solving ability by analysing the factors that negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent. Methods: This research mainly refer to the secondary reference which is conducted a survey of all over the country by National Youth Policy Institute. 3,963 students on the register who participated in survey between 12th of June in 2014 and 15th of July in 2014 was nominated as final recipient for research. Results: Firstly, it has been shown that students who have watched sexual video have more experienced at filming sexual behaviour. In the area of stimulation(p<0.01) and emulation/sharing(p<0.001) except to violation of human rights, adolescent who has experienced at filming sexual behaviour significantly gains more high score than adolescent who does not have experienced statistically. Secondly, as a result of analysis the factors which negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent with Binary logistic regression analysis, the adolescent who have shared sexual video was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. and the adolescent who had sexual conversation was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. Conclusion: A local autonomous entity and school should enforce systematic health education and practical management of mass media rather than unconditional restriction of adolescent's use of smart phone. To carry out this, the state and a local autonomous entity should urge plan for support for settling the instructive environment about using smart phone.
Police officers in charge of investigating sexual assault cases are likely to have suspicions in the process of investigation to find out the truth about the case, which leads to secondary victimization to the victims, and these concerns are often unveiled as social problems. This study suggested the research question that what the causes of secondary victimization derived from the police officers in charge of sexual assault investigation are. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the restoration of the trust of the police by preventing or minimizing the secondary victimization of sexual assault cases in the investigation process. Among the personal characteristics of police officers, rape myth, tolerance n violence and hostile gender discrimination influenced suspicion and prejudice, and rape myth and hostile gender discrimination affected the lack of sensitivity. Among the workplace-related characteristics, the duration of employment and experience in sexual assault cases affects the lack of sensitivity. In addition to the revision of the law and the improvement of the system of sexual assault, the prejudice against the sexual assault inherent in the attitudes and behaviors of the police officers in charge of the sexual assault cases should be improved.
The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between sexual attitude, sexual knowledge and gender sensitivity of nursing college students, and to analyze the effect on gender sensitivity. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed Using SPSS 22.0 version. As a result of the study, gender sensitivity was positively correlated with sexual attitude (r=.383, p=.000), and the factors affecting gender sensitivity of nursing students were sexual attitude (𝛽=.365, p=. 000). In the future, it can be used as basic data for the development of a program that can establish a correct sexual attitude in order to increase the gender sensitivity of nursing college students.

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between the viewing of sensational videos of idol stars through the mass media and the sexual openness of adolescents. Methods: This study used the 'Study on countermeasures against sexual commodification of adolescents through mass media in the smart era' conducted by the 'Korea Youth Policy Institute' in 2014 for the entire country as the main data. Variables consisted of socio-demographic characteristics of study subjects, video viewing, social support, and sexual openness. For data analysis, SPSS ver 23.0 program was used. Results: As a result of comparing the averages, male students (20.40) had higher sexual openness than female students (18.67), and high school students (20.27) had higher sexual openness than middle school students (18.05) at school level. By grade level, sexual openness increased from the first year of middle school (17.47) to the third year of high school (20.82) (p<0.001). In order to verify the mediating effect of video viewing on the effect of adolescent social support on sexual openness, 3-step mediated regression analysis and Sobel test were conducted. As a result, video viewing had a significant effect on sexual openness through social support (p<0.001). Conclusion: Rather than obscuring the environment of mass media unconditionally, creating an atmosphere according to the tendency of realistic social support and reinforcing emotional education will help prevent the adverse effects of reckless sexualization of adolescents.
This study examines the moderation effect of social support and acceptance of sexual orientation on the mediation effect of through rumination on the relationship between microaggression against sexual orientation and LGB's depression. To this end, an online survey was conducted among cisgender homosexuals and bisexuals aged 18 years and older, and 380 participants were ultimately selected for the study. The results of the study were as follows. First, the correlations of all variables were significant except for the relationship between rumination and acceptance of sexual orientation. Second, rumination partially mediated the pathway of microagression against sexual orientation predicting LGB's depression. Third, the moderated mediation effect of social support and acceptance of sexual orientation on the relationship between microaggression, rumination, and depression was found. The effect size of social support was found to be larger than that of acceptance of sexual orientation. Based on these findings, the implications of the study, possible interventions in counseling, and suggestions for further research were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for practical and concrete program development, which can give students satisfaction in sex education. To achieve this purpose, an actual status of sex education for high school student and their sexual experience were investigated. And then tried to find out if there is difference of satisfaction in sex education and contents that they want to learn based on having sexual experience or not. For this study, a questionnaire of sexual awareness was conducted on 562 students among first graders and second graders of high school located in Kongju city, from on October 4th, 2004 to on October 15th. But only 550 answer sheets among 562 were analyzed, for 12 answer sheets were not proper enough to apply to this study. The collected data was computerized using SPSS WIN in frequency and percentage for actual condition of sex education and sexual experience and for satisfaction at the result of sex education based on having sexual experience or not. And then the $x^2$-test was verify the difference. The requirement for sex education, based on having sexual experience or not, was analyzed using t-test by computerizing the average and standard deviation. The conclusion of this study are as followings; 1. 93.8% students have ever been taught for sex education by teachers, but nursing teacher among them was the higher percentage than any other teachers. They took courses for sex education in discretion class, and the teaching method was a kind of lecture. 2. After taking sex education, 37.6% students said that it was boring, for they had already known the contents of the courses, and 43.8% students said that they acquired sex knowledge through the Internet and mass media. 3. It was highest percentage that 36.9% students had no agony about sex. The most serious worry was a sexual impulse and the sexual psychology of the opposite sex. To solve these worries, 61.6% students said that they consulted with their friends. 4. It showed that 89.9% male students and 71.6% female students had experiences various lascivious materials, 81.4% male students, 7.2 female students experienced masturbation, 52.7% female student and 44.8% male students experienced kissing or hugging, and 13.7% male students and 9.9% female students experienced sexual intercourse. 5. The satisfaction for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was different. In short, it showed that the students who experienced sexual experiences such as accessing to lascivious materials, kissing, hugging, and sexual intercourse except masturbation thought that sex education was important than the students who didn't experience sexual experiences. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experiences were more satisfied with the contents and level of sex education than the students who experienced sexual experiences. 6. The requirement for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was also different. The students who experienced sexual experiences wanted to learn an acquaintance with the other sex than the others. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experience wanted to learn friendship and love. The students who experienced sexual experience except masturbation was more desirable for taking sex education than the other students. In conclusion, it is fully required that sex education should be regular subject in school and teachers who are charge of sex education should be experts in this field, for only expert can teach systematic and adequate sex knowledge to students. In addition, it is also essential to understand contents of sex education which can be satisfactory for students' requirement. So we should develop concrete and practical programs for sex education.
Purpose. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of the sexual education program by examining status of Sexual Violence Consciousness and Cognition of Sexual Violence of University students Methods. The subjects were 240 University students located in J-city. Data were collected during the period from Nov. 12, 2012 to Nov. 13, 2012. For the data analysis, SPSS 12.0 K program was utilized to get frequency number, percentage, average, standard deviation and t-test. Results. The results present different degrees of man and women's cause of sexual violence cognition and consciousness were as following ; The several scores of women higher more than man parts were 'Think of the woman as a sexual target(t=3.86, p<0.001)','Men's sexual urges(t=3.98, p<0.001)', 'The low status of women in society (t=3.85, p<0.001)', 'Male-dominated society and culture(t=5.62, p<0.001)', 'Acceptance of men aggression and activism(t=5.19, p<0.001)','Weak punishment (t=7.25, p<0.001)'and Man higher more than women parts were 'overexposure of women(t=3.88, p<0.001)'. Conclusion. Results suggest that sexual education program should strategies to increase a positive Consciousness and Cognition of Sexual Violence in their education programs in order to improve Consciousness and Cognition of Sexual Violence in University students.
The research questions of this study were : Will the level of sexual satisfaction of women who have had a hysterectomy 4 months before be decreased compare to the level of sexsual satisfaction before the hysterectomy\ulcorner, Will the level of perceived spouse support of women who have had a hysterectomy 4 months before be decreased compare to the level before the hysterectomy\ulcorner, and What is the relationship between sexual satisfaction and spouse support\ulcorner This is a perspective descriptive correlational study. The number of subjects was 44. The subjects were limited to Korean women who had an abdominal or vaginal hysterectomy for non - malignant diseases, were married(living with their husbands), mentally healthy, and premenopause at the time of operation. The instrument was consisted of 4 items of demo-graphic characteristics, 13 items of spouse support, and 10 items of sexual satisfaction. The instrument of sexual satisfaction was a component of the Derogatis Sexual Function Inventory. Data analysis was done by paired t-test to see the differences between the pre-post scores of sexual satisfaction and spouse support. The Pearson Correlation Coefficiency was calculated to see the relationship between the scores of sexual satis-faction and spouse spport of pre-post hysterectomy. Results were summerized as follow : The mean age of the subjects was 43.5 years : 72.7% of the subjects were above middle school graduates : their mean income level was 1, 453, 000 Korean won and 86.4% of the subjects have had bi-lateral oophrectomy. 1. The scores of sexual satisfaction of women at 4 months after hysterectomy was decreased significantly compare to the score before hysterectomy(paired t=.274, p=.009). 2. The scores of spouse support of the women at 4 months after hysterectomy was not decreased significantly compare to the score before hysterectomy(paired t=.19, p=.847). 3. The scores of sexual satisfaction and spouse support before hysterectomy was significantly related(r=.5186, p=.000). 4. The scores of sexual satisfaction and spouse support at 4 months after hysterectnmy was significantly related(r=.4110, p=.005). It carl be conlcluded that the sexual satisfaction level could be decreased 4 months after the hyster ectomy, but the spouse support level may not be decreased at 4 months after hysterectomy. Further studies have to be done to identify the factors related to the decrease of sexual satisfaction and spouse support after hysterectomy.
Rapid socio-cultural and economic changes in the country has brought with it changes in the society's value system. For a traditional society that is increasingly being exposed to modernization but where sex norms are still very restrictive, the adolescent sexual mores takes on added significance. Adolescents are caught between two opposing forces, the changing environment that allows for freer and liberal mores and the traditional society that cannot keep pace with the changing environment and therefore demands resistance to changes. This paper focuses on problems of adolescent sexuality in this country and considers the countermeasures for the existing problems. Amongst the problems are: (a) increasingly younger age of the adolescents who start sexual intercourse (b) non-use of contraception, (c) unwanted pregnancies, (d) increase in the number of induced abortion and (e) increase in the number of unwanted children and unmarried mothers. The Korean adolescent's sexual behavior seems to follow that of the developed countries. In other words, many western modes of life and sexual values seem to bave been copied in Korea and yet Korean adolescents lack in their knowledge of sex related matters such as reproductive physiology and contraception. Among middle and high school students, female students are reported to have less knowledge on sex than male students according to a 1988 survey by KIPH. Even among the unmarried famale factory workers, only 42.5 percent replied they know of the condom, and 25.1 percent and 23.1 percent said they had knowledge of spermicide and menstrual regulation respectively. However, 14.9 percent and 13.9 percent reported that they had a knowledge of the loop and female sterilization respectively according to the 1984 study by KIPH. Among the middle school students 0.8 percent said they had experience in sexual intercourse, while 7.3 percent of the high school students reported having had sexual intercourse. The sexual intercourse experience rate among the unmarried female factory workers is 37.8 percent. Among those female factory workers with sexual experience, 46.7 percent had more than one sex partners. Only 39.1 percent of male students and 18.9 percent of female students among those with sexual intercourse experience have used contraceptives. mostly condoms and oral pills 45.1 percent of female factory workers with sexual intercourse experience used contraceptives such as pills, condoms and rhythm methods. The pregnancy experience rate among the female factory workers who had experience in sexual intercourse is 29.5 percent, which is 11.1 percent among the total respondents. Out of the 102 pregnant female workers, 98 workers(96.1 percent) terminated their pregnancy by induced abortion and 2 workders(2 percent) in natural abortion, while 1 worker(1 percent) was in pregnancy and another 1 worker had normal birth that was subsequently sent to orphanage. In order to cope with the problem of adolescent sexuality, a drastic and strong policy measures should be taken by the government. The most effective countermeasure to the adolescent sexual problems appears to the education. The sex and population education in the school is very much in need. In addition, sex education program through mass media and at the job sit-should be promoted for a healthy development of adolescents' sexual behavior. Also, the existing national family planning program, which has focused on the married couples, should be extended to the unmarried people in its scope and contents of the program.

The aims of this study were to identify the significant predictors of the sexual behavior of middle school students. The subjects consisted of 603 middle school students (male 344, female 259). The data was collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to include the attitudes to sexual behavior, sexual permissiveness, perceived behavioral control, sexual behavioral intention, father's child-rearing attitudes, mother's child-rearing attitudes, friends' attitudes to sex, exposure to pornography, and sexual behavior. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program. The significant predictors of sexual behavior of middle school students that explained 51.0% of the variance in sexual behavior were the friends' attitudes to sex, alcohol drinking experience, experience of sexual abuse, sexual permissiveness, exposure to pornography, sexual behavioral intention, perceived behavioral control, father's child-rearing attitudes, and mother's child-rearing attitudes. These findings suggest that the approach to a sexual education promotion program for middle school students should consider multisystemic predictors.
