공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.

  • Our goal is aimed at positive-analyzing how quality level of mobile banking service is composed of by 22 questions from SERVQUAL of existing PZB. As a result of positive-analysis, 4 different factors-reliability, empathy, tangibilities, assurance- were deduced, different with 5 levels. Responsiveness is absorbed other dimensions. Also, we tried to find out the appropriate method between SERVQUAL method, showing the difference between the consumers' expectations and the assessment of the actual performance, and model of SERVPERF, measuring performance recognized points while dealing with the concept of SERVQUAL to scale the service qualities of mobile banking.

  • 1970년대 후반 북유럽을 중심으로 제조업 부문에서 시작된 서비스 품질 연구는 기업이 그들이 제공하는 서비스에 대하여 보다 많은 관심을 기울이게 되면서 활발해지게 되었다. 이러한 상황은 도서관도 예외는 아니어서 도서관의 경쟁력을 높이고 이용자들에게 보다 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방면의 모색이 어느 때보다 절실하게 요구되고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구는 서비스 마케팅 분야의 대표적인 서비스 품질 평가 방법인 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF를 적용하여 도서관의 서비스 품질을 평가하고 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF중 어떠한 방법이 도서관 서비스 평가에 적합한 지를 평가하였다. 또한 서비스 품질과 이용자 민족간의 관계를 고찰하였다.

  • 본 연구는 해운서비스 거래기업간의 관계를 대상으로 관계마케팅 기법을 적용함으로써 보다 동태적인 시장메카니즘을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 해운기업은 영업업무가 큰 비중을 차지하는 기업으로서 해운기업과 하주의 관계구조를 분석함에 있어서 고객의 접점에 있는 영업사원의 관계특성을 기업차원의 관계특성과 함께 고려해야할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운서비스 공급기업에 초점을 맞추어 하주들과 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 영향을 미치는 관계의 질을 중심으로 그 선행요인인 관계특성과 성과요인인 장기협력관계를 실증분석함으로써 해운기업이 하주와 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다.

  • The role of information system(IS) audit is growing more important according to rapid change of Information technology. This article is to introduce what is IS audit, purpose and effect of IS audit. Now most clients of private IS audit services companies are the public sector. Korean public sectors invest a lot of money to build or implement their information system. Most of their systems are developed by system intergration companies. But they do not have professional engineers to evaluate and review outsourced information system. Therefore they must use outside private professional engineers for sysem auditing. We, including writer, established the first IS audit sevice company in Korea on September in 1997. After that about 15 IS audit service companies are established until now. The effect of IS audit is highly evaluated In public sector by the clients Most clients think IS audit service contributed to upgrade the quality of software and standard the methodology of developing system

실시간 멀티미디어 서비스용 동기 통신 프로토콜의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Synchronization Communication Protocols for Real-Time Multimedia Services)

  • In the real-time delivery of multimedia data streams over networks, the interruption of continuity in a single media stream and the mismatching of the data within the same time interval in multimedia data streams transfered in paralled on different channels are considered as the most serious synchronization problems. There are several mechanisms proposed to handle these problems. In this paper, these mechanisms are analyzed and compared in various point of view by the computer simulation. According to the simulation results, it has been shown that the method which uses the segmentation and the method which uses the seperate synchronization channel are superior to the method which uses the synchronization marks in view of the real-time transmission and quality of sevice. On the other hand, it can be seen that the method which uses the segmentation is superior to the method which uses the seperate synchronization channel from a channel utilization's point of view.

부산 , 경남지역 사업체 급식소 운영방식에 따른 고객만족지수 (Customer Satisfaction Index of Business & Industry Foodservice Operations in Pusan and Kyeung Nam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the customer satisfaction index(CSI) between 8 self-operated foodservices and 6 contract foodservices in Pusan and the Kyeung Nam area. There were 438 subjects for self-operated foodservices, and 384 for contract foodservices. The questionnaire was used in this study as a survey method and was concerned with quality of food(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ), sanitation, facilities, information service, and employee sevice area. Data from customers were analyzed by using the $SPSSPC^+$ program, and in terms of frequency, and t-test. The results are as follows; 1. Sanitation was the most important factor in both self-operated and contract foodservices. 2. Contract foodservices showed a higher mean rating in both facilities and employee service than did self-operated foodservices in the satisfaction. 3. In self-operated foodservices, men had a significantly(p>0.05) higher CSI in all areas then women, but contract foodservices did not have this difference. 4. Contract foodservices had a higher CSI in quality of food(Ⅰ), sanitation, facilities, information service, and employee service area, and was also in higher total CSI, than self-operated foodservices.

A Study on Factors Affecting Chatbot Service Using Intention: Applying Value-based Adoption Model

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate factors affecting Chatbot service acceptance attitude. For wide use of Chatbot service, firms need to find barriers or obstacles for customers, if any, not to use Chatbot service. Research design, data, and methodology - We apply value-based accept model to investigate the quality of Chatbot, to verify the meaning of service value of Chatbot and to find the relationship among variables. To test hypotheses, we conducted survey. We collected 300 questionnaires. SPSS version 2.0 is used. Regression analysis, moderating effect test is conducted. Results - 4 Qualities of Chatbot, Ease of use, Usefulness, Enjoyment, Interaction are affecting acceptance attitude, and 5 service values, only interaction does not affect emotion. Trust, Specialty, Necessity, Social, Emotion moderating Chatbot service to accepting attitude. Regarding moderating effects by personal characteristics and personal tendency, innovation resistance, innovativeness, and social effects are turned to have influence while regulatory focus, construal level does not have moderating force. Also, the auxiliary service like Chatbot service affects customers' evaluation on the main service quality. Conclusions - Service firms adopt Chatbot service for various purposes. The results imply that customers are generally recognize the merits of Chatbot, but there are some barriers such as innovation resistance characteristic especially uncomfortable.

바코드 기반의 저가 이동형 교육출석관리시스템 개발 (Barcode-based Low-cost Portable Training Attendance Management System Development)

  • 교육에서 중요한 요소는 신뢰성 있는 교육의 질을 확보하는 문제이다. 교육의 질을 확보하는 기준에는 다양한 방법들이 있다. 노동부의 계좌제교육, 보건의료종사자의 보수교육에서의 질 관리는 출석관리가 중요한 평가기준이기 때문에 신뢰성 높은 출석관리가 요구된다. 노동부에서 교육생의 출석 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서 최근에 신용카드형태의 출석체크 시스템을 도입하였다. 이에 비해 보건의료종사자의 보수교육은 형식적으로 이루어지는 출석관리로 교육의 질 문제가 제기되어왔다. 최근 개발된 USN기반의 출석관리시스템들은 효과는 있지만 적은규모의 교육이 다수의 지역에서 동시에 진행되는 경우에 관리자 측면에서는 비용적인 문제와 이동성 문제 그리고 시스템 운용의 문제 그리고 교육생의 출석관리의 신뢰도 문제가 해결해야 할 과제로 남게 되었다. 이러한 요구를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구는 바코드와 PC카메라 기반의 저비용 출석관리시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템을 실제 보수교육현장에서 테스트를 실시한 결과 관리자 측면에서는 98%만족도를 보였고 교육생 측면에서도 95%의 만족도를 보였다.

  • IPTV functions not only as media player that does play the broadcasting industry's contents, also as the gateway is guaranteed of QoS(Quality of Service). This is for free contents-sharing that device stores contents using home network circumstance, and is for watching with seamless network service. Also this have required next QoS model that can handle stably as it may contain more data of the small computing device in next generation home system. We need ubiquitous-oriented QoS's design and development project that focuses on internal and external media service, not the existing QoS nor one-sided QoS of media sevice industry. This paper focuses on network module development. This supports IPTV in media industry and two-way capability of QoS highlighting multimedia service in network industry. In additional, this can handle stably the multiplex signal of USN/RFID as the representative ubiquitous and home network that services high-speed wire and wireless interface, and support the seamless u-QoS.
